1 Î n anul al douăzeci şi cincilea al robiei noastre, la începutul anului, în ziua a zecea a lunii, la patrusprezece ani după dărîmarea cetăţii, tocmai în ziua aceea, a venit mîna Domnului peste mine, şi m'a strămutat în ţara lui Israel.

In the twenty and fifth year of our removal, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, in this self-same day hath a hand of Jehovah been upon me, and He bringeth me in thither;

2 M 'a dus acolo, în nişte vedenii dumnezeieşti, şi m'a aşezat pe un munte foarte înalt; spre miazăzi de acest munte era ceva ca o cetate zidită.

in visions of God He hath brought me in unto the land of Israel, and causeth me to rest on a very high mountain, and upon it as the frame of a city on the south.

3 M 'am dus acolo; şi iată că acolo era un om, a cărui înfăţişare era ca înfăţişarea aramei; el avea în mînă o sfoară de măsurat, de in, şi o prăjină de măsurat, şi stătea la poartă,

And He bringeth me in thither, and lo, a man, his appearance as the appearance of brass, and a thread of flax in his hand, and a measuring-reed, and he is standing at the gate,

4 O mul acela mi -a zis:,, Fiul omului, priveşte cu ochii tăi, ascultă cu urechile tale, şi ia aminte la toate lucrurile, pe cari ţi le voi arăta; căci ai fost adus aici ca să ţi le arăt. Fă cunoscut casei lui Israel tot ce vei vedea.``

and the man speaketh unto me: `Son of man, see with thine eyes, And with thine ears hear, And set thy heart to all that I am shewing thee, For, in order to shew thee, Thou hast been brought in hither, Declare all that thou art seeing to the house of Israel.'

5 U n zid înconjura Templul pe din afară de jur împrejur. În mîna omului aceluia era o prăjină de măsurat lungă de şase coţi, fiecare cot avînd o palmă mai mult decît cotul obicinuit. A măsurat lăţimea zidului, care era de o prăjină, şi înălţimea, care era tot de o prăjină.

And lo, a wall on the outside of the house all round about, and in the hand of the man a measuring-reed, six cubits by a cubit and a handbreadth, and he measureth the breadth of the building one reed, and the height one reed.

6 A mers la poarta de răsărit, şi i -a suit treptele. A măsurat pragul porţii, care era lat de o prăjină, şi celalt prag care era lat de o prăjină.

And he cometh in unto the gate whose front eastward, and he goeth up by its steps, and he measureth the threshold of the gate one reed broad, even the one threshold one reed broad,

7 F iecare odaie de pază era lungă de o prăjină, şi largă tot de o prăjină. Între fiecare două odăi de pază era un loc gol de cinci coţi. Pragul porţii, de lîngă tinda porţii din lăuntru, era de o prăjină.

and the little chamber one reed long and one reed broad, and between the little chambers five cubits, and the threshold of the gate, from the side of the porch of the gate from within, one reed.

8 A măsurat şi tinda porţii dinlăuntru; era de o prăjină.

And he measureth the porch of the gate from within one reed,

9 A măsurat apoi tinda porţii; era de opt coţi, şi stîlpii ei erau de doi coţi. Tinda porţii era spre partea dinlăuntru.

and he measureth the porch of the gate eight cubits, and its posts two cubits, and the porch of the gates from within,

10 O dăile de pază ale porţii de răsărit erau în număr de trei de o parte şi trei de cealaltă; cîteşi trele aveau aceeaş măsură, şi stîlpii de fiecare parte aveau tot aceeaş măsură.

and the little chambers of the gate eastward, three on this side, and three on that side; one measure to them three, and one measure to the posts, on this side and on that side.

11 A măsurat apoi lărgimea deschizăturii porţii, care era de zece coţi, şi lungimea porţii, care era de treisprezece coţi.

And he measureth the breadth of the opening of the gate ten cubits, the length of the gate thirteen cubits;

12 Î naintea odăilor de pază era un loc gol de un cot de o parte şi de cealaltă; fiecare odaie de pază avea şase coţi de o parte, şi şase coţi de cealaltă.

and a border before the little chambers, one cubit, and one cubit the border on this side, and the little chamber six cubits on this side, and six cubits on that side.

13 A măsurat poarta dela acoperiţul unei odăi de pază, pînă la acoperişul celeilalte; între cele două deschizături cari erau faţă în faţă era o lăţime de douăzeci şi cinci de coţi.

And he measureth the gate from the roof of the little chamber to the roof of another; the breadth twenty and five cubits, opening over-against opening.

14 A măsurat tinda porţii şi a găsit douăzeci de coţi; tinda da într'o curte, de jur împrejurul porţii.

And he maketh the posts of sixty cubits, even unto the post of the court, the gate all round about;

15 L ocul dintre poarta dela intrare şi tinda porţii dinlăuntru era lung de cincizeci de coţi.

and by the front of the gate of the entrance, by the front of the porch of the inner gate, fifty cubits;

16 L a odăile de pază şi la stîlpii lor dinlăuntrul porţii de jur împrejur erau nişte ferestre îngrădite; ferestre erau şi înlăuntru în tinzile porţii de jur împrejur; iar pe stîlpi erau săpate ramuri de finici.

and narrow windows unto the little chambers, and unto their posts at the inside of the gate all round about -- and so to the arches -- and windows all round about at the inside, and at the post palm-trees.

17 M 'a dus în curtea de afară, unde se aflau odăi şi un caldarîm de jur împrejur; pe caldarîmul acesta erau treizeci de odăi.

And he bringeth me in unto the outer court, and lo, chambers and a pavement made for the court all round about -- thirty chambers on the pavement --

18 C aldarîmul era lîngă porţi, şi era dealungul porţilor: acesta era caldarîmul de jos.

and the pavement unto the side of the gates over-against the length of the gates the lower pavement;

19 A măsurat lăţimea dela poarta de jos pînă la partea de afară a curţii dinlăuntru, şi avea o sută doi coţi, la răsărit şi la miazănoapte.

and he measureth the breadth from before the lower gate, to the front of the inner court, on the outside, a hundred cubits, eastward and northward.

20 A măsurat lungimea şi lăţimea porţii de miazănoapte a curţii de afară.

As to the gate of the outer court whose front northward, he hath measured its length and its breadth;

21 O dăile ei de pază, în număr de trei de o parte şi trei de alta, stîlpii şi tinda ei, aveau aceeaş măsură ca poarta dintîi, cincizeci de coţi în lungime şi douăzeci şi cinci de coţi în lăţime.

and its little chambers, three on this side, and three on that side, and its posts and its arches have been according to the measure of the first gate, fifty cubits its length, and the breadth five and twenty by the cubit;

22 F erestrele ei, tinda ei, finicii ei, aveau aceeaş măsură ca poarta de răsărit; te suiai la ea pe şapte trepte, iar tinda ei era în partea dinlăuntru.

and its windows, and its arches, and its palm-trees according to the measure of the gate whose face eastward, and by seven steps they go up on it, and its arches before them.

23 L a curtea dinlăuntru era o poartă, în faţa porţii de miazănoapte şi în faţa porţii de răsărit; a măsurat o sută de coţi dela o poartă pînă la cealaltă.

And the gate of the inner court over-against the gate at the north and at the east; and he measureth from gate unto gate, a hundred cubits.

24 M 'a dus în partea de miazăzi, unde se afla poarta dela miazăzi. I -a măsurat stîlpii şi tinda, cari aveau aceeaş măsură.

And he causeth me to go southward, and lo, a gate southward, and he hath measured its posts and its arches according to these measures;

25 P oarta aceasta şi tinda ei aveau ferestre de jur împrejur, ca şi celelalte ferestre, şi poarta era lungă de cincizeci de coţi şi lată de douăzeci şi cinci de coţi.

and windows to it and to its arches all round about, like these windows, fifty cubits the length, and the breadth five and twenty cubits;

26 L a ea te suiai pe o scară de şapte trepte, iar tinda ei era în partea din lăuntru; pe stîlpi era cîte un finic de fiecare parte.

and seven steps its ascent, and its arches before them, and palm-trees to it, one on this side, and one on that side, at its posts;

27 C urtea dinlăuntru avea o poartă înspre miazăzi; a măsurat dela o poartă pînă la cealaltă spre miazăzi o sută de coţi.

and the gate of the inner court southward, and he measureth from gate unto gate southward, a hundred cubits.

28 M 'a dus în curtea din lăuntru, pe poarta de miazăzi. A măsurat poarta de miazăzi, şi a găsit că avea aceeaş măsură.

And he bringeth me in unto the inner court by the south gate, and he measureth the south gate according to these measures;

29 O dăile ei de pază, stîlpii şi tinda ei, aveau aceeaş măsură. Poarta aceasta şi tinda ei aveau ferestre de jur împrejur, şi poarta era lungă de cincizeci de coţi şi lată de douăzeci şi cinci de coţi.

and its little chambers, and its posts, and its arches according to these measures, and windows to it and to its arches all round about; fifty cubits the length, and the breadth twenty and five cubits.

30 ( De jur împrejur erau tinzi lungi de două zeci şi cinci de coţi şi late de cinci coţi.)

As to the arches all round about, the length five and twenty cubits, and the breadth five cubits;

31 T inda porţii dădea în curtea de afară; pe stîlpii ei erau finici, şi opt trepte pentru suit la poartă.

and its arches unto the outer court, and palm-trees unto its posts, and eight steps its ascent.

32 M 'am dus apoi în curtea dinlăuntru, pe intrarea de răsărit. A măsurat poarta, şi a găsit că avea aceeaş măsură.

And he bringeth me in unto the inner court eastward, and he measureth the gate according to these measures;

33 O dăile ei de pază, stîlpii ei şi tinda ei, aveau aceeaş măsură. Poarta aceasta şi tinda ei aveau şi ele ferestre de jur împrejur, lungi de cinci zeci de coţi şi late de două zeci şi cinci.

and its little chambers, and its posts, and its arches according to these measures: and windows to it and to its arches all round about, the length fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits;

34 T inda ei dădea în curtea de afară; de fiecare parte erau finici pe stîlpi, şi opt trepte pentru suit la poartă.

and its arches toward the outer court, and palm-trees toward its posts, on this side and on that side, and eight steps its ascent.

35 M 'a dus la poarta de miază-noapte. A măsurat -o, şi a găsit aceeaş măsură.

And he bringeth me in unto the north gate, and hath measured according to these measures;

36 Ş i ea avea odăi de pază, stîlpi, tindă şi ferestre de jur împrejur; era lungă de cinci zeci de coţi şi lată de două zeci şi cinci de coţi.

its little chambers, its posts, and its arches; and windows to it all round about: the length fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits;

37 T inda ei dădea în curtea de afară; de fiecare parte erau cinci finici pe stîlpii ei, şi opt trepte pentru suit la poartă.

and its posts to the outer court, and palm-trees unto its posts, on this side and on that side, and eight steps its ascent.

38 E ra o odaie, care se deschidea spre tinda porţii; acolo trebuiau spălate arderile de tot.

And the chamber and its opening by the posts of the gates, there they purge the burnt-offering.

39 Î n tinda porţii erau de fiecare parte două mese, pe cari trebuia junghiată arderea de tot, jertfa de ispăşire şi jertfa pentru vină.

And in the porch of the gate two tables on this side, and two tables on that side, to slaughter on them the burnt-offering, and the sin-offering, and the guilt-offering;

40 Î n una din părţile de afară, cum te sui la intrarea porţii de miază-noapte, erau două mese; şi în cealaltă parte, spre tinda porţii, erau iarăş două mese.

and at the side without, at the going up to the opening of the north gate, two tables; and at the other side that at the porch of the gate, two tables;

41 Î n cele două părţi ale porţii, se aflau astfel patru mese de o parte şi patru mese de cealaltă, de toate opt mese, pe cari trebuiau înjunghiate jertfele.

four tables on this side, and four tables on that side, at the side of the gate, eight tables on which they slaughter.

42 Î n faţa meselor pentru jertfe, mai erau pentru arderile de tot patru mese de pietre cioplite, lungi de un cot şi jumătate, late de un cot şi jumătate, şi înalte de un cot; pe mesele acestea, trebuiau puse uneltele cu cari se jungheau vitele pentru arderi de tot şi pentru celelalte jertfe.

And the four tables for burnt-offering of hewn stone: the length one cubit and a half, and the breadth one cubit and a half, and the height one cubit: on them they place the instruments with which they slaughter the burnt-offering and the sacrifice.

43 P e din lăuntru casa avea de jur împrejur pervazuri de un lat de mînă, cari slujeau ca mese pentru carnea jertfelor.

And the boundaries one handbreadth, prepared within all round about: and on the tables the flesh of the offering.

44 A fară din poarta dinlăuntru erau două odăi pentru cîntăreţi în curtea dinlăuntru: una era alături de poarta de miază noapte şi avea faţa spre miazăzi, celaltă era alături de poarta de miazăzi şi avea faţa spre miazănoapte.

And on the outside of the inner gate chambers of the singers, in the inner court, that at the side of the north gate, and their fronts southward, one at the side of the east gate the front northward.

45 E l mi -a zis:,, Odaia aceasta, dinspre miazăzi, este pentru preoţii cari îngrijesc de slujba Templului.

And he speaketh unto me: `This chamber, whose front southward, for priests keeping charge of the house;

46 I ar odaia dinspre miazănoapte este pentru preoţii cari îngrijesc de slujba altarului. Fiii lui Ţadoc sînt aceia cari, din fiii lui Levi, se apropie de Domnul, ca să -I slujească.

and the chamber, whose front northward, for priests keeping charge of the altar: they sons of Zadok, who are drawing near of the sons of Levi unto Jehovah, to serve Him.'

47 A măsurat curtea, care era în patru colţuri, lungă de o sută de coţi. Altarul era înaintea casei.

And he measureth the court: the length a hundred cubits, and the breadth a hundred cubits, square, and the altar before the house.

48 M 'a dus în tinda casei. A măsurat stîlpii tinzii, şi a găsit cinci coţi de o parte, şi cinci coţi de cealaltă. Lăţimea porţii era de patrusprezece coţi, iar peretele de pe laturile porţii era de trei coţi deoparte şi de trei coţi de cealaltă.

And he bringeth me in unto the porch of the house, and he measureth the post of the porch, five cubits on this side, and five cubits on that side, and the breadth of the gate, three cubits on this side, and three cubits on that side;

49 T inda avea o lungime de douăzeci de coţi şi o lăţime de doisprezece coţi; te suiai la ea pe zece trepte. Lîngă stîlpi mai erau şi alţi stîlpi, unul de o parte şi altul de alta.

the length of the porch twenty cubits, and the breadth eleven cubits; and by the steps whereby they go up unto it: and pillars at the posts, one on this side, and one on that side.
