When Methuselah was 187 years old, Lamech was born to him.

26 M bas lindjes së Lamekut, Metuselahu jetoi shtatëqind e tetëdhjetë e dy vjet dhe i lindën bij e bija.

Methuselah lived after the birth of Lamech 782 years and had other sons and daughters.

27 K ështu Metuselahu jetoi gjithsej nëntëqind e gjashtëdhjetë e nëntë vjet; pastaj ai vdiq.

So Methuselah lived 969 years, and he died.

28 L ameku jetoi njëqind e tetëdhjetë e dy vjet dhe i lindi një bir;

When Lamech was 182 years old, a son was born.

Lamech lived after the birth of Noah 595 years and had other sons and daughters.

31 K ështu Lameku jetoi gjithsej shtatëqind e shtatëdhjetë e shtatë vjet, pastaj ai vdiq.

So all the days of Lamech were 777 years, and he died.

32 N oeut, në moshën pesëqind vjeç, i lindi Semi, Kami dhe Jafeti.

After Noah was 500 years old, he became the father of Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
