4 P o, le të thonë tani ata që kanë frikë nga Zoti: "Dhemshuria e tij vazhdon përjetë".

Let those now who reverently and worshipfully fear the Lord say that His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever.

5 N ë ankth kërkova Zotin, dhe Zoti m’u përgjigj dhe më çoi larg.

Out of my distress I called upon the Lord; the Lord answered me and set me free and in a large place.

6 Z oti është për mua; unë nuk do të kem fare frikë; çfarë mund të më bëjë njeriu?

The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?

7 Z oti është për mua nga ata që më ndihmojnë, dhe unë do t’i shikoj triumfues armiqtë e mi.

The Lord is on my side and takes my part, He is among those who help me; therefore shall I see my desire established upon those who hate me.

8 É shtë më mirë të gjesh strehë tek Zoti se sa t’i kesh besim njeriut.

It is better to trust and take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in man.

9 É shtë më mirë të gjesh strehë tek Zoti se sa t’u kesh besim princave.

It is better to trust and take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.

10 T ërë kombet më kishin rrethuar, por në emër të Zotit unë do t’i zhduk ato.

All nations (the surrounding tribes) compassed me about, but in the name of the Lord I will cut them off!

11 M ë kishin rrethuar, po, më kishin rrethuar, por në emër të Zotit unë do t’i shkatërroj.

They compassed me about, yes, they surrounded me on every side; but in the name of the Lord I will cut them off!

12 M ë kishin rrethuar si bleta, por u shuan si zjarr ferrishtash; në emër të Zotit unë do t’i shkatërroj.

They swarmed about me like bees, they blaze up and are extinguished like a fire of thorns; in the name of the Lord I will cut them off!

13 T i më kishe shtyrë me dhunë për të më rrëzuar, por Zoti më ndihmoi.

You thrust sorely at me that I might fall, but the Lord helped me.

14 Z oti është forca ime dhe kënga ime, ai ka qenë shpëtimi im.

The Lord is my Strength and Song; and He has become my Salvation.

15 N jë britmë gëzimi dhe fitoreje jehon në çadrat e të drejtëve; dora e djathtë e Zotit bën çudi.

The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents and private dwellings of the righteous: the right hand of the Lord does valiantly and achieves strength!

16 E djathta e Zotit u ngrit; e djathta e Zotit bën çudi.

The right hand of the Lord is exalted; the right hand of the Lord does valiantly and achieves strength!

17 U në nuk do të vdes, por do të jetoj dhe do të tregoj veprat e Zotit.

I shall not die but live, and shall declare the works and recount the illustrious acts of the Lord.

18 Z oti më ka ndëshkuar rëndë, por nuk më ka lënë në dorë të vdekjes.

The Lord has chastened me sorely, but He has not given me over to death.

19 M ë hapni portat e drejtësisë; unë do të hyj dhe do të kremtoj Zotin.

Open to me the gates of righteousness; I will enter through them, and I will confess and praise the Lord.

20 K jo është porta e Zotit, të drejtët do të kalojnë nëpër të.

This is the gate of the Lord; the righteous shall enter through it.

21 U në do të të kremtoj, sepse më je përgjigjur dhe ke qenë shpëtimi im.

I will confess, praise, and give thanks to You, for You have heard and answered me; and You have become my Salvation and Deliverer.

22 G uri, që ndërtuesit kishin hedhur, u bë guri i qoshes.

The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone.

23 K jo është vepër e Zotit, dhe është një gjë e mrekullueshme në sytë tona.

This is from the Lord and is His doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.

24 K jo është dita që Zoti ka bërë; le të gëzohemi dhe të ngazëllojmë në të.

This is the day which the Lord has brought about; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

25 O Zot, na ndihmo tani; o Zot, bëj që tani të kemi mbarësi.

Save now, we beseech You, O Lord; send now prosperity, O Lord, we beseech You, and give to us success!

26 I bekuar qoftë ai që vjen në emër të Zotit; ne ju bekojmë nga shtëpia e Zotit.

Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord; we bless you from the house of the Lord.

27 Z oti është Perëndia dhe ka bërë që mbi ne të shkëlqejë drita e tij; lidheni viktimën e flijimit në brirët e altarit.

The Lord is God, Who has shown and given us light. Decorate the festival with leafy boughs and bind the sacrifices to be offered with thick cords to the horns of the altar.

28 T i je Perëndia im, unë do të të kremtoj; ti je Perëndia im, unë do të të përlëvdoj.

You are my God, and I will confess, praise, and give thanks to You; You are my God, I will extol You.
