1 В десетата година, в десетия месец, на дванадесетия ден от месеца, Господнето слово дойде към мен и каза:

In the tenth year, in the tenth month, in the twelfth day of the month, the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,

2 С ине човешки, насочи лицето си против египетския цар фараона и пророкувай против него и против целия Египет.

Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt;

3 Г овори и кажи: Така казва Господ Йехова: Ето, Аз съм против тебе, фараоне, египетски царю, великото чудовище, което лежиш сред реките си и казваш: Реката ми е моя; аз я направих за себе си.

speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great monster that lieth in the midst of his rivers, that hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.

4 А з ще сложа въдици в челюстите ти и рибите в реките ти ще прилепя за люспите ти; и ще те извлека от реките ти с всичките риби в реките ти, прилепнали към люспите ти.

And I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will cause the fish of thy rivers to stick unto thy scales; and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy rivers, with all the fish of thy rivers which stick unto thy scales.

5 Щ е те изхвърля в пустинята, теб и всичките риби в реките ти; ще паднеш на отвореното поле; няма да бъдеш събран, нито прибран; дадох те на земните зверове и на небесните птици за храна.

And I will cast thee forth into the wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open field; thou shalt not be brought together, nor gathered; I have given thee for food to the beasts of the earth and to the birds of the heavens.

6 И всички египетски жители ще познаят, че Аз съм Господ; защото бяха жезъл от тръстика за Израелевия дом.

And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am Jehovah, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel.

7 К огато те взеха в ръка, ти се счупи и промуши рамото на всички тях; и когато се облегнаха на тебе, ти се сломи и разклати кръста на всички тях.

When they took hold of thee by thy hand, thou didst break, and didst rend all their shoulders; and when they leaned upon thee, thou brakest, and madest all their loins to be at a stand.

8 З атова така казва Господ Йехова: Ето, ще докарам меч върху теб и ще изтребя от теб и човек, и животно.

Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and will cut off from thee man and beast.

9 И Египетската земя ще бъде опустошена и пуста; и ще познаят, че Аз съм Господ, защото каза: Реката е моя и аз я направих.

And the land of Egypt shall be a desolation and a waste; and they shall know that I am Jehovah. Because he hath said, The river is mine, and I have made it;

10 З атова, ето, Аз съм против теб и реката ти; и ще превърна Египетската земя в пустош, разорение и опустошение - от Мигдол до Сиина и до границата на Етиопия.

therefore, behold, I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt an utter waste and desolation, from the tower of Seveneh even unto the border of Ethiopia.

11 Ч овешки крак няма да мине през нея, нито крак на животно ще мине през нея, нито ще бъде населена за четиридесет години.

No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited forty years.

12 Т огава ще превърна Египетската земя в пустиня между опустошените страни и градовете ѝ ще бъдат пусти за четиридесет години между разорените градове; и ще разсея египтяните между народите и ще ги разпръсна по страните.

And I will make the land of Egypt a desolation in the midst of the countries that are desolate; and her cities among the cities that are laid waste shall be a desolation forty years; and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.

13 Н о така казва Господ Йехова: На края на четиридесетте години ще събера египтяните от племената, между които бяха разпръснати;

For thus saith the Lord Jehovah: At the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the peoples whither they were scattered;

14 и ще доведа египетските пленници, ще ги върна в земята Патрос, в родната им земя, и ще бъдат там унижено царство.

and I will bring back the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their birth; and they shall be there a base kingdom.

15 Щ е бъде най-униженото от царствата и няма да се издигне вече над народите; защото ще ги намаля, за да не владеят вече над народите.

It shall be the basest of the kingdoms; neither shall it any more lift itself up above the nations: and I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations.

16 И зраелевият дом няма да уповава вече на Египет, така че да му напомня беззаконието, когато погледнат към тях за помощ; и те ще познаят, че Аз съм Господ Йехова.

And it shall be no more the confidence of the house of Israel, bringing iniquity to remembrance, when they turn to look after them: and they shall know that I am the Lord Jehovah.

17 И в двадесет и седмата година, в първия месец, на първия ден от месеца, Господнето слово дойде към мен и каза:

And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first month, in the first day of the month, the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,

18 С ине човешки, вавилонският цар Навуходоносор накара войската си да извърши една толкова голяма работа против Тир, че всяка глава стана плешива и всяко рамо - ожулено; но пак не получи заплата за Тир - нито той, нито войската му, за работата, която извърши против него.

Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyre: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was worn; yet had he no wages, nor his army, from Tyre, for the service that he had served against it.

19 З атова така казва Господ Йехова: Ето, Аз давам Египетската земя на вавилонския цар Навуходоносор; той ще откара многобройното ѝ население, ще я обере и ще вземе плячка от нея; и това ще бъде заплатата на войската му.

Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall carry off her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army.

20 Д адох му Египетската земя срещу труда, който положи, понеже се трудиха за Мене, казва Господ Йехова.

I have given him the land of Egypt as his recompense for which he served, because they wrought for me, saith the Lord Jehovah.

21 В онзи ден ще направя да израсте рог на Израелевия дом и ще ти дам да отвориш уста сред тях; и ще познаят, че Аз съм Господ.

In that day will I cause a horn to bud forth unto the house of Israel, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am Jehovah.
