Han dicho: Venid, y cortémoslos de ser pueblo, Y no haya más memoria del nombre de Israel.

5 F or they plan together with one mind. They make an agreement against You:

Por esto han conspirado de corazón á una, Contra ti han hecho liga;

6 T he tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab and the Hagarites;

Los pabellones de los Idumeos y de los Ismaelitas, Moab y los Agarenos;

7 G ebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with those who live in Tyre;

Gebal, y Ammón, y Amalec; Los Filisteos con los habitadores de Tiro.

8 A ssyria has joined them also. They help the children of Lot.

13 O my God, make them like dust turning in the wind, like parts of the grass that have no worth and are blown away.

Dios mío, ponlos como á torbellinos; Como á hojarascas delante del viento.

14 A s the fire that burns up the trees and spreads over the mountains,

Como fuego que quema el monte, Como llama que abrasa las breñas.

15 s o go behind them with Your storm. Make them afraid with Your storm.

Persíguelos así con tu tempestad, Y asómbralos con tu torbellino.

16 F ill their faces with shame, so they will look to Your name, O Lord.

Llena sus rostros de vergüenza; Y busquen tu nombre, oh Jehová.

17 L et them be ashamed and afraid forever. Let them be put to shame and lost.
