1 T hen he made the altar for burnt gifts of acacia wood. It was as long and as wide as three steps, and as tall as a man’s chest.

IGUALMENTE hizo el altar del holocausto de madera de Sittim: su longitud de cinco codos, y su anchura de otros cinco codos, cuadrado, y de tres codos de altura.

2 H e made horns on its four corners of one piece with it and covered it with brass.

E hízole sus cuernos á sus cuatro esquinas, los cuales eran de la misma pieza, y cubriólo de metal.

3 H e made all the objects of the altar, its pails, its tools for picking up the ashes, its pots, meat-hooks and fire-holders of brass.

Hizo asimismo todos los vasos del altar: calderas, y tenazas, y tazones, y garfios, y palas: todos sus vasos hizo de metal.

4 H e made a net for it of brass. It was put under the altar and it came up half-way.

E hizo para el altar el enrejado de metal, de hechura de red, que puso en su cerco por debajo hasta el medio del altar.

5 H e put four rings of brass at the four corners of the net to hold the long pieces of wood.

Hizo también cuatro anillos de fundición á los cuatro cabos del enrejado de metal, para meter las varas.

6 H e made the long pieces of wood out of acacia wood and covered them with brass.

E hizo las varas de madera de Sittim, y cubriólas de metal.

7 H e put the long pieces of wood through the rings on each side of the altar for carrying it. He made the altar with pieces of wood so it was empty inside. Making the Pot of Brass for Washing

Y metió las varas por los anillos á los lados del altar, para llevarlo con ellas: hueco lo hizo, de tablas.

8 H e made the pot for washing and its base of brass. They were made from the mirrors of the women servants who worked at the door of the meeting tent.

También hizo la fuente de metal, con su basa de metal, de los espejos de las que velaban á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio.

9 T hen he made the open space for the holy tent. On the south side were curtains for the open space. They were made of fine linen, as long as fifty long steps.

Hizo asimismo el atrio; á la parte austral del mediodía las cortinas del atrio eran de cien codos, de lino torcido:

10 T hey hung from twenty pillars with twenty brass bases. The hooks of the pillar and their rings were made of silver.

Sus columnas veinte, con sus veinte basas de metal: los capiteles de las columnas y sus molduras, de plata.

11 A nd on the north side there were curtains as long as fifty long steps, and twenty pillars with twenty brass bases. The hooks of the pillars and their rings were made of silver.

Y á la parte del aquilón cortinas de cien codos: sus columnas veinte, con sus veinte basas de metal; los capiteles de las columnas y sus molduras, de plata.

12 O n the west side there were curtains as long as twenty-five long steps. They had ten pillars with ten bases. The hooks of the pillars and their rings were made of silver.

A la parte del occidente cortinas de cincuenta codos: sus columnas diez, y sus diez basas; los capiteles de las columnas y sus molduras, de plata.

13 T he east side was as wide as twenty-five long steps.

Y á la parte oriental, al levante, cortinas de cincuenta codos:

14 T he curtains for one side of the gate were as long as seven steps. They had three pillars with three bases.

Al un lado cortinas de quince codos, sus tres columnas, y sus tres basas;

15 A nd on the other side there were curtains as long as seven steps, with three pillars and three bases.

Al otro lado, de la una parte y de la otra de la puerta del atrio, cortinas de á quince codos, sus tres columnas, y sus tres basas.

16 A ll the curtains around the open space were made of fine linen.

Todas las cortinas del atrio alrededor eran de lino torcido.

17 T he bases for the pillars were made of brass. The hooks of the pillars and their rings were made of silver. Their tops were covered with silver. And the pillars were joined with silver.

Y las basas de las columnas eran de metal; los capiteles de las columnas y sus molduras, de plata; asimismo las cubiertas de las cabezas de ellas, de plata: y todas las columnas del atrio tenían molduras de plata.

18 T he curtain for the gate of the open space was the work of an able workman. It was made of blue, purple and red cloth and fine linen. It was as long as ten long steps, and as high as a man raises his hand, to go with the curtains around the open space.

Y el pabellón de la puerta del atrio fue de obra de recamado, de jacinto, y púrpura, y carmesí, y lino torcido: la longitud de veinte codos, y la altura en el ancho de cinco codos, conforme á las cortinas del atrio.

19 I ts four pillars and their bases were made of brass. Their hooks and rings were made of silver. And their tops were covered with silver.

Y sus columnas fueron cuatro con sus cuatro basas de metal: y sus capiteles de plata; y las cubiertas de los capiteles de ellas y sus molduras, de plata.

20 A ll the nails of the meeting tent and the open space were made of brass. The Parts Are Weighed

Y todas las estacas del tabernáculo y del atrio alrededor fueron de metal.

21 T his is the number of the things for the meeting tent, the meeting tent of the Law, as they were given by the mouth of Moses, for the work of the Levites, under the leading of Ithamar, the son of Aaron the religious leader.

Estas son las cuentas del tabernáculo, del tabernáculo del testimonio, lo que fué contado de orden de Moisés por mano de Ithamar, hijo de Aarón sacerdote, para el ministerio de los Levitas.

22 B ezalel, the son of Uri, son of Hur, of the family of Judah, made all that the Lord had told Moses.

Y Bezaleel, hijo de Uri, hijo de Hur, de la tribu de Judá, hizo todas las cosas que Jehová mandó á Moisés.

23 W ith him was Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the family of Dan. He was an able workman who cut words in stone, gold or silver, and in sewing blue, purple and red cloth and fine linen.

Y con él estaba Aholiab, hijo de Ahisamac, de la tribu de Dan, artífice, y diseñador, y recamador en jacinto, y púrpura, y carmesí, y lino fino.

24 A ll the gold used for the work of the holy tent, the gold given as a gift in worship, weighed as much as twelve men.

Todo el oro empleado en la obra, en toda la obra del santuario, el cual fué oro de ofrenda, fué veintinueve talentos, y setecientos y treinta siclos, según el siclo del santuario.

25 T he silver given by the people weighed as much as forty men.

Y la plata de los contados de la congregación fué cien talentos, y mil setecientos setenta y cinco siclos, según el siclo del santuario:

26 E ach one of the men who were twenty years old and older, added up to 603, 550 men, gave only a small weight of silver.

Medio por cabeza, medio siclo, según el siclo del santuario, á todos los que pasaron por cuenta de edad de veinte años y arriba, que fueron seiscientos tres mil quinientos cincuenta.

27 O ne hundred heavy weights of silver were used for making the bases for the holy tent and for the curtain in front of the most holy place. One hundred bases were made from the heavy weights of silver.

Hubo además cien talentos de plata para hacer de fundición las basas del santuario y las basas del velo: en cien basas cien talentos, á talento por basa.

28 A nd from the heavy weights of silver he made hooks and joining parts for the pillars, and also covered their tops.

Y de los mil setecientos setenta y cinco siclos hizo los capiteles de las columnas, y cubrió los capiteles de ellas, y las ciñó.

29 T he brass that was given weighed as much as thirty men.

Y el metal de la ofrenda fue setenta talentos, y dos mil cuatrocientos siclos;

30 W ith it he made the base for the door of the meeting tent, the brass altar and its brass net, and all the objects of the altar.

Del cual hizo las basas de la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio, y el altar de metal, y su enrejado de metal, y todos los vasos del altar.

31 H e also made bases all around the open space and the base for the gate of the open space, and all the nails of the meeting tent and all around the open space.

Y las basas del atrio alrededor, y las basas de la puerta del atrio, y todas las estacas del tabernáculo, y todas las estacas del atrio alrededor.
