1 I will cry to God with my voice, even to God with my voice, and He will give ear and hearken to me.

2 I n the day of my trouble I seek (inquire of and desperately require) the Lord; in the night my hand is stretched out without slacking up; I refuse to be comforted.

(76-3) В день скорби моей ищу Господа; рука моя простерта ночью и не опускается; душа моя отказывается от утешения.

3 I remember God; I am disquieted and I groan; I muse in prayer, and my spirit faints. Selah!

(76-4) Вспоминаю о Боге и трепещу; помышляю, и изнемогает дух мой.

4 Y ou hold my eyes from closing; I am so troubled that I cannot speak.

(76-5) Ты не даешь мне сомкнуть очей моих; я потрясен и не могу говорить.

5 I consider the days of old, the years of bygone times.

(76-6) Размышляю о днях древних, о летах веков;

6 I call to remembrance my song in the night; with my heart I meditate and my spirit searches diligently:

(76-7) припоминаю песни мои в ночи, беседую с сердцем моим, и дух мой испытывает:

7 W ill the Lord cast off forever? And will He be favorable no more?

(76-8) неужели навсегда отринул Господь, и не будет более благоволить?

8 H ave His mercy and loving-kindness ceased forever? Have His promises ended for all time?

(76-9) неужели навсегда престала милость Его, и пресеклось слово Его в род и род?

9 H as God abandoned or forgotten His graciousness? Has He in anger shut up His compassion? Selah!

(76-10) неужели Бог забыл миловать? Неужели во гневе затворил щедроты Свои?

10 A nd I say, This is my appointed lot and trial, but I will recall the years of the right hand of the Most High, for this is my grief, that the right hand of the Most High changes.

(76-11) И сказал я: 'вот мое горе--изменение десницы Всевышнего'.

11 I will recall the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember the wonders of old.

(76-12) Буду вспоминать о делах Господа; буду вспоминать о чудесах Твоих древних;

12 I will meditate also upon all Your works and consider all Your deeds.

(76-13) буду вникать во все дела Твои, размышлять о великих Твоих деяниях.

13 Y our way, O God, is in the sanctuary. Who is a great God like our God?

(76-14) Боже! свят путь Твой. Кто Бог так великий, как Бог!

14 Y ou are the God Who does wonders; You have demonstrated Your power among the peoples.

(76-15) Ты--Бог, творящий чудеса; Ты явил могущество Свое среди народов;

15 Y ou have with Your arm redeemed Your people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah!

(76-16) Ты избавил мышцею народ Твой, сынов Иакова и Иосифа.

16 W hen the waters saw You, O God, they were afraid; the deep shuddered also, for the waters saw You.

(76-17) Видели Тебя, Боже, воды, видели Тебя воды и убоялись, и вострепетали бездны.

17 T he clouds poured down water, the skies sent out a sound; Your arrows went forth.

(76-18) Облака изливали воды, тучи издавали гром, и стрелы Твои летали.

18 T he voice of Your thunder was in the whirlwind, the lightnings illumined the world; the earth trembled and shook.

(76-19) Глас грома Твоего в круге небесном; молнии освещали вселенную; земля содрогалась и тряслась.

19 Y our way was through the sea, and Your paths through the great waters, yet Your footsteps were not traceable, but were obliterated.

(76-20) Путь Твой в море, и стезя Твоя в водах великих, и следы Твои неведомы.

20 Y ou led Your people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

(76-21) Как стадо, вел Ты народ Твой рукою Моисея и Аарона.
