1 I will cry to God with my voice, even to God with my voice, and He will give ear and hearken to me.

2 I n the day of my trouble I seek (inquire of and desperately require) the Lord; in the night my hand is stretched out without slacking up; I refuse to be comforted.

我 在 患 难 之 日 寻 求 主 ； 我 在 夜 间 不 住 地 举 手 祷 告 ； 我 的 心 不 肯 受 安 慰 。

3 I remember God; I am disquieted and I groan; I muse in prayer, and my spirit faints. Selah!

我 想 念 神 ， 就 烦 燥 不 安 ； 我 沉 吟 悲 伤 ， 心 便 发 昏 。 （ 细 拉 ）

4 Y ou hold my eyes from closing; I am so troubled that I cannot speak.

你 叫 我 不 能 闭 眼 ； 我 烦 乱 不 安 ， 甚 至 不 能 说 话 。

5 I consider the days of old, the years of bygone times.

我 追 想 古 时 之 日 ， 上 古 之 年 。

6 I call to remembrance my song in the night; with my heart I meditate and my spirit searches diligently:

我 想 起 我 夜 间 的 歌 曲 ， 扪 心 自 问 ； 我 心 里 也 仔 细 省 察 。

7 W ill the Lord cast off forever? And will He be favorable no more?

难 道 主 要 永 远 丢 弃 我 ， 不 再 施 恩 麽 ？

8 H ave His mercy and loving-kindness ceased forever? Have His promises ended for all time?

难 道 他 的 慈 爱 永 远 穷 尽 ， 他 的 应 许 世 世 废 弃 麽 ？

9 H as God abandoned or forgotten His graciousness? Has He in anger shut up His compassion? Selah!

难 道 神 忘 记 开 恩 ， 因 发 怒 就 止 住 他 的 慈 悲 麽 ？ （ 细 拉 ）

10 A nd I say, This is my appointed lot and trial, but I will recall the years of the right hand of the Most High, for this is my grief, that the right hand of the Most High changes.

我 便 说 ： 这 是 我 的 懦 弱 ， 但 我 要 追 念 至 高 者 显 出 右 手 之 年 代 。

11 I will recall the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember the wonders of old.

我 要 提 说 耶 和 华 所 行 的 ； 我 要 记 念 你 古 时 的 奇 事 。

12 I will meditate also upon all Your works and consider all Your deeds.

我 也 要 思 想 你 的 经 营 ， 默 念 你 的 作 为 。

13 Y our way, O God, is in the sanctuary. Who is a great God like our God?

神 啊 ， 你 的 作 为 是 洁 净 的 ； 有 何 神 大 如 神 呢 ？

14 Y ou are the God Who does wonders; You have demonstrated Your power among the peoples.

你 是 行 奇 事 的 神 ； 你 曾 在 列 邦 中 彰 显 你 的 能 力 。

15 Y ou have with Your arm redeemed Your people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah!

你 曾 用 你 的 膀 臂 赎 了 你 的 民 ， 就 是 雅 各 和 约 瑟 的 子 孙 。 （ 细 拉 ）

16 W hen the waters saw You, O God, they were afraid; the deep shuddered also, for the waters saw You.

神 啊 ， 诸 水 见 你 ， 一 见 就 都 惊 惶 ； 深 渊 也 都 战 抖 。

17 T he clouds poured down water, the skies sent out a sound; Your arrows went forth.

云 中 倒 出 水 来 ； 天 空 发 出 响 声 ； 你 的 箭 也 飞 行 四 方 。

18 T he voice of Your thunder was in the whirlwind, the lightnings illumined the world; the earth trembled and shook.

你 的 雷 声 在 旋 风 中 ； 电 光 照 亮 世 界 ； 大 地 战 抖 震 动 。

19 Y our way was through the sea, and Your paths through the great waters, yet Your footsteps were not traceable, but were obliterated.

你 的 道 在 海 中 ； 你 的 路 在 大 水 中 ； 你 的 脚 踪 无 人 知 道 。

20 Y ou led Your people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

你 曾 藉 摩 西 和 亚 伦 的 手 引 导 你 的 百 姓 ， 好 像 羊 群 一 般 。
