1 I love You fervently and devotedly, O Lord, my Strength.

（ 耶 和 华 的 仆 人 大 卫 的 诗 ， 交 与 伶 长 。 当 耶 和 华 救 他 脱 离 一 切 仇 敌 和 扫 罗 之 手 的 日 子 ， 他 向 耶 和 华 念 这 诗 的 话 。 说 ： ） 耶 和 华 ， 我 的 力 量 啊 ， 我 爱 你 ！

2 T he Lord is my Rock, my Fortress, and my Deliverer; my God, my keen and firm Strength in Whom I will trust and take refuge, my Shield, and the Horn of my salvation, my High Tower.

耶 和 华 是 我 的 岩 石 ， 我 的 山 寨 ， 我 的 救 主 ， 我 的 神 ， 我 的 磐 石 ， 我 所 投 靠 的 。 他 是 我 的 盾 牌 ， 是 拯 救 我 的 角 ， 是 我 的 高 ? 。

3 I will call upon the Lord, Who is to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies.

我 要 求 告 当 赞 美 的 耶 和 华 ； 这 样 我 必 从 仇 敌 手 中 被 救 出 来 。

4 T he cords or bands of death surrounded me, and the streams of ungodliness and the torrents of ruin terrified me.

曾 有 死 亡 的 绳 索 缠 绕 我 ， 匪 类 的 急 流 使 我 惊 惧 ，

5 T he cords of Sheol (the place of the dead) surrounded me; the snares of death confronted and came upon me.

阴 间 的 绳 索 缠 绕 我 ， 死 亡 的 网 罗 临 到 我 。

6 I n my distress I called upon the Lord and cried to my God; He heard my voice out of His temple (heavenly dwelling place), and my cry came before Him, into His ears.

我 在 急 难 中 求 告 耶 和 华 ， 向 我 的 神 呼 求 。 他 从 殿 中 听 了 我 的 声 音 ； 我 在 他 面 前 的 呼 求 入 了 他 的 耳 中 。

7 T hen the earth quaked and rocked, the foundations also of the mountains trembled; they moved and were shaken because He was indignant and angry.

那 时 ， 因 他 发 怒 ， 地 就 摇 撼 战 抖 ； 山 的 根 基 也 震 动 摇 撼 。

8 T here went up smoke from His nostrils; and lightning out of His mouth devoured; coals were kindled by it.

从 他 鼻 孔 冒 烟 上 腾 ； 从 他 口 中 发 火 焚 烧 ， 连 炭 也 着 了 。

9 H e bowed the heavens also and came down; and thick darkness was under His feet.

他 又 使 天 下 垂 ， 亲 自 降 临 ， 有 黑 云 在 他 脚 下 。

10 A nd He rode upon a cherub and flew; yes, He sped on with the wings of the wind.

他 坐 着 基 路 伯 飞 行 ； 他 藉 着 风 的 翅 膀 快 飞 。

11 H e made darkness His secret hiding place; as His pavilion (His canopy) round about Him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies.

他 以 黑 暗 为 藏 身 之 处 ， 以 水 的 黑 暗 、 天 空 的 厚 云 为 他 四 围 的 行 宫 。

12 O ut of the brightness before Him there broke forth through His thick clouds hailstones and coals of fire.

因 他 面 前 的 光 辉 ， 他 的 厚 云 行 过 便 有 冰 雹 火 炭 。

13 T he Lord also thundered from the heavens, and the Most High uttered His voice, amid hailstones and coals of fire.

耶 和 华 也 在 天 上 打 雷 ； 至 高 者 发 出 声 音 便 有 冰 雹 火 炭 。

14 A nd He sent out His arrows and scattered them; and He flashed forth lightnings and put them to rout.

他 射 出 箭 来 ， 使 仇 敌 四 散 ； 多 多 发 出 闪 电 ， 使 他 们 扰 乱 。

15 T hen the beds of the sea appeared and the foundations of the world were laid bare at Your rebuke, O Lord, at the blast of the breath of Your nostrils.

耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 的 斥 责 一 发 ， 你 鼻 孔 的 气 一 出 ， 海 底 就 出 现 ， 大 地 的 根 基 也 显 露 。

16 H e reached from on high, He took me; He drew me out of many waters.

他 从 高 天 伸 手 抓 住 我 ， 把 我 从 大 水 中 拉 上 来 。

17 H e delivered me from my strong enemy and from those who hated and abhorred me, for they were too strong for me.

他 救 我 脱 离 我 的 劲 敌 和 那 些 恨 我 的 人 ， 因 为 他 们 比 我 强 盛 。

18 T hey confronted and came upon me in the day of my calamity, but the Lord was my stay and support.

我 遭 遇 灾 难 的 日 子 ， 他 们 来 攻 击 我 ； 但 耶 和 华 是 我 的 倚 靠 。

19 H e brought me forth also into a large place; He was delivering me because He was pleased with me and delighted in me.

他 又 领 我 到 宽 阔 之 处 ； 他 救 拔 我 ， 因 他 喜 悦 我 。

20 T he Lord rewarded me according to my righteousness (my conscious integrity and sincerity with Him); according to the cleanness of my hands has He recompensed me.

耶 和 华 按 着 我 的 公 义 报 答 我 ， 按 着 我 手 中 的 清 洁 赏 赐 我 。

21 F or I have kept the ways of the Lord and have not wickedly departed from my God.

因 为 我 遵 守 了 耶 和 华 的 道 ， 未 曾 作 恶 离 开 我 的 神 。

22 F or all His ordinances were before me, and I put not away His statutes from me.

他 的 一 切 典 章 常 在 我 面 前 ； 他 的 律 例 我 也 未 曾 丢 弃 。

23 I was upright before Him and blameless with Him, ever to keep myself free from my sin and guilt.

我 在 他 面 前 作 了 完 全 人 ； 我 也 保 守 自 己 远 离 我 的 罪 孽 。

24 T herefore has the Lord recompensed me according to my righteousness (my uprightness and right standing with Him), according to the cleanness of my hands in His sight.

所 以 ， 耶 和 华 按 我 的 公 义 ， 按 我 在 他 眼 前 手 中 的 清 洁 偿 还 我 。

25 W ith the kind and merciful You will show Yourself kind and merciful, with an upright man You will show Yourself upright,

慈 爱 的 人 ， 你 以 慈 爱 待 他 ； 完 全 的 人 ， 你 以 完 全 待 他 。

26 W ith the pure You will show Yourself pure, and with the perverse You will show Yourself contrary.

清 洁 的 人 ， 你 以 清 洁 待 他 ； 乖 僻 的 人 ， 你 以 弯 曲 待 他 。

27 F or You deliver an afflicted and humble people but will bring down those with haughty looks.

困 苦 的 百 姓 ， 你 必 拯 救 ； 高 傲 的 眼 目 ， 你 必 使 他 降 卑 。

28 F or You cause my lamp to be lighted and to shine; the Lord my God illumines my darkness.

你 必 点 着 我 的 灯 ； 耶 和 华 ─ 我 的 神 必 照 明 我 的 黑 暗 。

29 F or by You I can run through a troop, and by my God I can leap over a wall.

我 藉 着 你 冲 入 敌 军 ， 藉 着 我 的 神 跳 过 墙 垣 。

30 A s for God, His way is perfect! The word of the Lord is tested and tried; He is a shield to all those who take refuge and put their trust in Him.

至 於 神 ， 他 的 道 是 完 全 的 ； 耶 和 华 的 话 是 炼 净 的 。 凡 投 靠 他 的 ， 他 便 作 他 们 的 盾 牌 。

31 F or who is God except the Lord? Or who is the Rock save our God,

除 了 耶 和 华 ， 谁 是 神 呢 ？ 除 了 我 们 的 神 ， 谁 是 磐 石 呢 ？

32 T he God who girds me with strength and makes my way perfect?

惟 有 那 以 力 量 束 我 的 腰 、 使 我 行 为 完 全 的 ， 他 是 神 。

33 H e makes my feet like hinds’ feet; He sets me securely upon my high places.

他 使 我 的 脚 快 如 母 鹿 的 蹄 ， 又 使 我 在 高 处 安 稳 。

34 H e teaches my hands to war, so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze.

他 教 导 我 的 手 能 以 争 战 ， 甚 至 我 的 膀 臂 能 开 铜 弓 。

35 Y ou have also given me the shield of Your salvation, and Your right hand has held me up; Your gentleness and condescension have made me great.

你 把 你 的 救 恩 给 我 作 盾 牌 ； 你 的 右 手 扶 持 我 ； 你 的 温 和 使 我 为 大 。

36 Y ou have given plenty of room for my steps under me, that my feet would not slip.

你 使 我 脚 下 的 地 步 宽 阔 ； 我 的 脚 未 曾 滑 跌 。

37 I pursued my enemies and overtook them; neither did I turn again till they were consumed.

我 要 追 赶 我 的 仇 敌 ， 并 要 追 上 他 们 ； 不 将 他 们 灭 绝 ， 我 总 不 归 回 。

38 I smote them so that they were not able to rise; they fell wounded under my feet.

我 要 打 伤 他 们 ， 使 他 们 不 能 起 来 ； 他 们 必 倒 在 我 的 脚 下 。

39 F or You have girded me with strength for the battle; You have subdued under me and caused to bow down those who rose up against me.

因 为 你 曾 以 力 量 束 我 的 腰 ， 使 我 能 争 战 ； 你 也 使 那 起 来 攻 击 我 的 都 服 在 我 以 下 。

40 Y ou have also made my enemies turn their backs to me, that I might cut off those who hate me.

你 又 使 我 的 仇 敌 在 我 面 前 转 背 逃 跑 ， 叫 我 能 以 剪 除 那 恨 我 的 人 。

41 T hey cried, but there was none to deliver—even unto the Lord, but He answered them not.

他 们 呼 求 ， 却 无 人 拯 救 ； 就 是 呼 求 耶 和 华 ， 他 也 不 应 允 。

42 T hen I beat them small as the dust before the wind; I emptied them out as the dirt and mire of the streets.

我 捣 碎 他 们 ， 如 同 风 前 的 灰 尘 ， 倒 出 他 们 ， 如 同 街 上 的 泥 土 。

43 Y ou have delivered me from the strivings of the people; You made me the head of the nations; a people I had not known served me.

你 救 我 脱 离 百 姓 的 争 竞 ， 立 我 作 列 国 的 元 首 ； 我 素 不 认 识 的 民 必 事 奉 我 。

44 A s soon as they heard of me, they obeyed me; foreigners submitted themselves cringingly and yielded feigned obedience to me.

他 们 一 听 见 我 的 名 声 就 必 顺 从 我 ； 外 邦 人 要 投 降 我 。

45 F oreigners lost heart and came trembling out of their caves or strongholds.

外 邦 人 要 衰 残 ， 战 战 兢 兢 地 出 他 们 的 营 寨 。

46 T he Lord lives! Blessed be my Rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted,

耶 和 华 是 活 神 。 愿 我 的 磐 石 被 人 称 颂 ； 愿 救 我 的 神 被 人 尊 崇 。

47 T he God Who avenges me and subdues peoples under me,

这 位 神 ， 就 是 那 为 我 伸 冤 、 使 众 民 服 在 我 以 下 的 。

48 W ho delivers me from my enemies; yes, You lift me up above those who rise up against me; You deliver me from the man of violence.

你 救 我 脱 离 仇 敌 ， 又 把 我 举 起 ， 高 过 那 些 起 来 攻 击 我 的 ； 你 救 我 脱 离 强 暴 的 人 。

49 T herefore will I give thanks and extol You, O Lord, among the nations, and sing praises to Your name.

耶 和 华 啊 ， 因 此 我 要 在 外 邦 中 称 谢 你 ， 歌 颂 你 的 名 。

50 G reat deliverances and triumphs gives He to His king; and He shows mercy and steadfast love to His anointed, to David and his offspring forever.

耶 和 华 赐 极 大 的 救 恩 给 他 所 立 的 王 ， 施 慈 爱 给 他 的 受 膏 者 ， 就 是 给 大 卫 和 他 的 後 裔 ， 直 到 永 远 。
