1 W e give praise and thanks to You, O God, we praise and give thanks; Your wondrous works declare that Your Name is near and they who invoke Your Name rehearse Your wonders.

（ 亚 萨 的 诗 歌 ， 交 与 伶 长 。 调 用 休 要 毁 坏 。 ） 神 啊 ， 我 们 称 谢 你 ， 我 们 称 谢 你 ！ 因 为 你 的 名 相 近 ， 人 都 述 说 你 奇 妙 的 作 为 。

2 W hen the proper time has come, I will judge uprightly.

我 到 了 所 定 的 日 期 ， 必 按 正 直 施 行 审 判 。

3 W hen the earth totters, and all the inhabitants of it, it is I Who will poise and keep steady its pillars. Selah!

地 和 其 上 的 居 民 都 消 化 了 ； 我 曾 立 了 地 的 柱 子 。 （ 细 拉 ）

4 I said to the arrogant and boastful, Deal not arrogantly; and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn.

我 对 狂 傲 人 说 ： 不 要 行 事 狂 傲 ！ 对 凶 恶 人 说 ： 不 要 举 角 ！

5 L ift not up your horn on high, speak not with a stiff neck and insolent arrogance.

不 要 把 你 们 的 角 高 举 ； 不 要 挺 着 颈 项 说 话 。

6 F or not from the east nor from the west nor from the south come promotion and lifting up.

因 为 高 举 非 从 东 ， 非 从 西 ， 也 非 从 南 而 来 。

7 B ut God is the Judge! He puts down one and lifts up another.

惟 有 神 断 定 ； 他 使 这 人 降 卑 ， 使 那 人 升 高 。

8 F or in the hand of the Lord there is a cup, and the wine foams and is red, well mixed; and He pours out from it, and all the wicked of the earth must drain it and drink its dregs.

耶 和 华 手 里 有 杯 ， 其 中 的 酒 起 沫 ， 杯 内 满 了 搀 杂 的 酒 ； 他 倒 出 来 ， 地 上 的 恶 人 必 都 喝 这 酒 的 渣 滓 ， 而 且 喝 尽 。

9 B ut I will declare and rejoice forever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

但 我 要 宣 扬 ， 直 到 永 远 ！ 我 要 歌 颂 雅 各 的 神 ！

10 A ll the horns of the ungodly also will I cut off, but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

恶 人 一 切 的 角 ， 我 要 砍 断 ； 惟 有 义 人 的 角 必 被 高 举 。
