1 N ow after the Sabbath, near dawn of the first day of the week, Mary of Magdala and the other Mary went to take a look at the tomb.

По прошествии же субботы, на рассвете первого дня недели, пришла Мария Магдалина и другая Мария посмотреть гроб.

2 A nd behold, there was a great earthquake, for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled the boulder back and sat upon it.

И вот, сделалось великое землетрясение, ибо Ангел Господень, сошедший с небес, приступив, отвалил камень от двери гроба и сидел на нем;

3 H is appearance was like lightning, and his garments as white as snow.

вид его был, как молния, и одежда его бела, как снег;

4 A nd those keeping guard were so frightened at the sight of him that they were agitated and they trembled and became like dead men.

устрашившись его, стерегущие пришли в трепет и стали, как мертвые;

5 B ut the angel said to the women, Do not be alarmed and frightened, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, Who was crucified.

Ангел же, обратив речь к женщинам, сказал: не бойтесь, ибо знаю, что вы ищете Иисуса распятого;

6 H e is not here; He has risen, as He said. Come, see the place where He lay.

Его нет здесь--Он воскрес, как сказал. Подойдите, посмотрите место, где лежал Господь,

7 T hen go quickly and tell His disciples, He has risen from the dead, and behold, He is going before you to Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you.

и пойдите скорее, скажите ученикам Его, что Он воскрес из мертвых и предваряет вас в Галилее; там Его увидите. Вот, я сказал вам.

8 S o they left the tomb hastily with fear and great joy and ran to tell the disciples.

И, выйдя поспешно из гроба, они со страхом и радостью великою побежали возвестить ученикам Его.

9 A nd as they went, behold, Jesus met them and said, Hail (greetings)! And they went up to Him and clasped His feet and worshiped Him.

Когда же шли они возвестить ученикам Его, и се Иисус встретил их и сказал: радуйтесь! И они, приступив, ухватились за ноги Его и поклонились Ему.

10 T hen Jesus said to them, Do not be alarmed and afraid; go and tell My brethren to go into Galilee, and there they will see Me.

Тогда говорит им Иисус: не бойтесь; пойдите, возвестите братьям Моим, чтобы шли в Галилею, и там они увидят Меня.

11 W hile they were on their way, behold, some of the guards went into the city and reported to the chief priests everything that had occurred.

Когда же они шли, то некоторые из стражи, войдя в город, объявили первосвященникам о всем бывшем.

12 A nd when they had gathered with the elders and had consulted together, they gave a sufficient sum of money to the soldiers,

И сии, собравшись со старейшинами и сделав совещание, довольно денег дали воинам,

13 A nd said, Tell people, His disciples came at night and stole Him away while we were sleeping.

и сказали: скажите, что ученики Его, придя ночью, украли Его, когда мы спали;

14 A nd if the governor hears of it, we will appease him and make you safe and free from trouble and care.

и, если слух об этом дойдет до правителя, мы убедим его, и вас от неприятности избавим.

15 S o they took the money and did as they were instructed; and this story has been current among the Jews to the present day.

Они, взяв деньги, поступили, как научены были; и пронеслось слово сие между иудеями до сего дня.

16 N ow the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed and made appointment with them.

Одиннадцать же учеников пошли в Галилею, на гору, куда повелел им Иисус,

17 A nd when they saw Him, they fell down and worshiped Him; but some doubted.

и, увидев Его, поклонились Ему, а иные усомнились.

18 J esus approached and, breaking the silence, said to them, All authority (all power of rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.

И приблизившись Иисус сказал им: дана Мне всякая власть на небе и на земле.

19 G o then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

Итак идите, научите все народы, крестя их во имя Отца и Сына и Святаго Духа,

20 T eaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days ( perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion), to the close and consummation of the age. Amen (so let it be).

уча их соблюдать всё, что Я повелел вам; и се, Я с вами во все дни до скончания века. Аминь.
