1 T hen I saw an angel coming down from heaven. He had in his hand a key to the hole without a bottom. He also had a strong chain.

Apoi am văzut pogorîndu-se din cer un înger, care ţinea în mînă cheia Adîncului şi un lanţ mare.

2 H e took hold of the dragon, that old snake, who is the Devil, or Satan, and chained him for 1, 000 years.

El a pus mîna pe balaur, pe şarpele cel vechi, care este Diavolul şi Satana, şi l -a legat pentru o mie de ani.

3 T he angel threw the devil into the hole without a bottom. He shut it and locked him in it. He could not fool the nations anymore until the 1, 000 years were completed. After this he must be free for awhile.

L -a aruncat în Adînc, l -a închis acolo, şi a pecetluit intrarea deasupra lui, ca să nu mai înşele Neamurile, pînă se vor împlini cei o mie de ani. După aceea, trebuie să fie deslegat pentru puţină vreme.

4 T hen I saw thrones. Those who were sitting there were given the power to judge. I saw the souls of those who had been killed because they told about Jesus and preached the Word of God. They had not worshiped the wild animal or his false god. They had not received his mark on their foreheads or hands. They lived again and were leaders along with Christ for 1, 000 years.

Şi am văzut nişte scaune de domnie; şi celorce au şezut pe ele, li s'a dat judecata. Şi am văzut sufletele celorce li se tăiase capul din pricina mărturiei lui Isus şi din pricina Cuvîntului lui Dumnezeu, şi ale celorce nu se închinaseră fiarei şi icoanei ei, şi nu primiseră semnul ei pe frunte şi pe mînă. Ei au înviat, şi au împărăţit cu Hristos o mie de ani.

5 T he rest of the dead did not come to life again until the 1, 000 years were finished. This is the first time many people are raised from the dead at the same time.

Ceilalţi morţi n'au înviat pînă nu s'au sfîrşit cei o mie de ani. Aceasta este întîia înviere.

6 T hose who are raised from the dead during this first time are happy and holy. The second death has no power over them. They will be religious leaders of God and of Christ. They will be leaders with Him for 1, 000 years. Satan Is Destroyed Forever

Fericiţi şi sfinţi sînt ceice au parte de întîia înviere! Asupra lor a doua moarte n'are nicio putere; ci vor fi preoţi ai lui Dumnezeu şi ai lui Hristos, şi vor împărăţi cu El o mie de ani.

7 W hen the 1, 000 years are finished, Satan will be free to leave his prison.

Cînd se vor împlini cei o mie de ani, Satana va fi deslegat;

8 H e will go out and fool the nations who are over all the world. They are Gog and Magog. He will gather them all together for war. There will be as many as the sand along the sea-shore.

şi va ieşi din temniţa lui, ca să înşele Neamurile, cari sînt în cele patru colţuri ale pămîntului, pe Gog şi pe Magog, ca să -i adune pentru război. Numărul lor va fi ca nisipul mării.

9 T hey will spread out over the earth and all around the place where God’s people are and around the city that is loved. Fire will come down from God out of heaven and destroy them.

Şi ei s'au suit pe faţa pămîntului, şi au înconjurat tabăra sfinţilor şi cetatea prea iubită. Dar din cer s'a pogorît un foc care i -a mistuit.

10 T hen the devil who fooled them will be thrown into the lake of fire burning with sulphur. The wild animal and the false preacher are already there. They will all be punished day and night forever. The Guilty Will Be Punished

Şi diavolul, care -i înşela, a fost aruncat în iazul de foc şi de pucioasă, unde este fiara şi proorocul mincinos. Şi vor fi munciţi zi şi noapte în vecii vecilor.

11 T hen I saw a great white throne. I saw the One Who sat on it. The earth and the heaven left Him in a hurry and they could be found no more.

Apoi am văzut un scaun de domnie mare şi alb, şi pe Celce şedea pe el. Pămîntul şi cerul au fugit dinaintea Lui, şi nu s'a mai găsit loc pentru ele.

12 I saw all the dead people standing before God. There were great people and small people. The books were opened. Then another book was opened. It was the book of life. The dead people were judged by what they had done as it was written in the books.

Şi am văzut pe morţi, mari şi mici, stînd în picioare înaintea scaunului de domnie. Nişte cărţi au fost deschise. Şi a fost deschisă o altă carte, care este cartea vieţii. Şi morţii au fost judecaţi după faptele lor, după cele ce erau scrise în cărţile acelea.

13 T he sea gave up the dead people who were in it. Death and hell gave up the dead people who were in them. Each one was judged by what he had done.

Marea a dat înapoi pe morţii cari erau în ea; Moartea şi Locuinţa morţilor au dat înapoi pe morţii cari erau în ele. Fiecare a fost judecat după faptele lui.

14 T hen death and hell were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death.

Şi Moartea şi Locuinţa morţilor au fost aruncate în iazul de foc. Iazul de foc este moartea a doua.

15 I f anyone’s name was not written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

Oricine n'a fost găsit scris în cartea vieţii, a fost aruncat în iazul de foc.
