2 L et those who want to kill me be ashamed and brought low. Let those who want to hurt me be turned away in shame.

Să rămînă de ruşine şi înfruntaţi, cei ce vor să-mi ia viaţa! Să dea înapoi şi să roşească, cei ce-mi doresc pieirea!

3 L et those who say, “O, O!” be turned back because of their shame.

Să se întoarcă înapoi de ruşine, cei ce zic:,, Aha, Aha!``

4 L et all who look for You be full of joy and be glad in You. And let those who love Your saving power always say, “Let God be honored.”

Toţi cei ce Te caută, să se veselească şi să se bucure în Tine! Cei ce iubesc mîntuirea Ta, să zică neîncetat:,, Prea mărit să fie Dumnezeu!``

5 B ut I am poor and in need. Hurry to me, O God! You are my help and the One Who takes me out of trouble. O Lord, do not wait.

Eu sînt sărac şi lipsit: grăbeşte să-mi ajuţi, Dumnezeule. Tu eşti ajutorul şi Izbăvitorul meu: Doamne, nu zăbovi!
