1 U nd am achten Tage rief Mose Aaron und seine Söhne und die Ältesten in Israel

And it cometh to pass on the eighth day, Moses hath called for Aaron and for his sons, and for the elders of Israel,

2 u nd sprach zu Aaron: Nimm zu dir ein junges Kalb zum Sündopfer und einen Widder zum Brandopfer, beide ohne Fehl, und bringe sie vor den Herrn.

and he saith unto Aaron, `Take to thyself a calf, a son of the herd, for a sin-offering, and a ram for a burnt-offering, perfect ones, and bring near before Jehovah.

3 U nd rede mit den Kindern Israel und sprich: Nehmt einen Ziegenbock zum Sündopfer und ein Kalb und ein Schaf, beide ein Jahr alt und ohne Fehl, zum Brandopfer

`And unto the sons of Israel thou dost speak, saying, Take ye a kid of the goats for a sin-offering, and a calf, and a lamb, sons of a year, perfect ones, for a burnt-offering,

4 u nd einen Ochsen und einen Widder zum Dankopfer, daß wir dem HERRN opfern, und ein Speisopfer, mit Öl gemengt. Denn heute wird euch der HERR erscheinen.

and a bullock and a ram for peace-offerings, to sacrifice before Jehovah, and a present mixed with oil; for to-day Jehovah hath appeared unto you.'

5 U nd sie nahmen, was Mose geboten hatte, vor der Tür der Hütte des Stifts; und es trat herzu die ganze Gemeinde und stand vor dem HERRN.

And they take that which Moses hath commanded unto the front of the tent of meeting, and all the company draw near and stand before Jehovah;

6 D a sprach Mose: Das ist's, was der HERR geboten hat, daß ihr es tun sollt, so wird euch des HERRN Herrlichkeit erscheinen.

and Moses saith, `This the thing which Jehovah hath commanded; do, and the honour of Jehovah doth appear unto you.'

7 U nd Mose sprach zu Aaron: Tritt zum Altar und mache dein Sündopfer und dein Brandopfer und versöhne dich und das Volk; darnach mache des Volkes Opfer und versöhne sie auch, wie der HERR geboten hat.

And Moses saith unto Aaron, `Draw near unto the altar, and make thy sin-offering, and thy burnt-offering, and make atonement for thyself, and for the people, and make the offering of the people, and make atonement for them, as Jehovah hath commanded.'

8 U nd Aaron trat zum Altar und schlachtete das Kalb zu seinem Sündopfer.

And Aaron draweth near unto the altar, and slaughtereth the calf of the sin-offering, which for himself;

9 U nd seine Söhne brachten das Blut zu ihm, und er tauchte mit seinem Finger ins Blut und tat's auf die Hörner des Altars und goß das Blut an des Altars Boden.

and the sons of Aaron bring the blood near unto him, and he dippeth his finger in the blood, and putteth on the horns of the altar, and the blood he hath poured out at the foundation of the altar;

10 A ber das Fett und die Nieren und das Netz von der Leber am Sündopfer zündete er an auf dem Altar, wie der HERR dem Mose geboten hatte.

and the fat, and the kidneys, and the redundance of the liver, of the sin-offering, he hath made a perfume on the altar, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses;

11 U nd das Fleisch und das Fell verbrannte er mit Feuer draußen vor dem Lager.

and the flesh and the skin he hath burnt with fire, at the outside of the camp.

12 D arnach schlachtete er das Brandopfer; und Aarons Söhne brachten das Blut zu ihm, und er sprengte es auf den Altar umher.

And he slaughtereth the burnt-offering, and the sons of Aaron have presented unto him the blood, and he sprinkleth it on the altar round about;

13 U nd sie brachten das Brandopfer zu ihm zerstückt und den Kopf; und er zündete es an auf dem Altar.

and the burnt-offering they have presented unto him, by its pieces, and the head, and he maketh perfume on the altar;

14 U nd er wusch das Eingeweide und die Schenkel und zündete es an oben auf dem Brandopfer auf dem Altar.

and he washeth the inwards and the legs, and maketh perfume for the burnt-offering on the altar.

15 D arnach brachte er herzu des Volks Opfer und nahm den Bock, das Sündopfer des Volks, und schlachtete ihn und machte ein Sündopfer daraus wie das vorige.

And he bringeth near the offering of the people, and taketh the goat of the sin-offering which for the people, and slaughtered it, and maketh it a sin-offering, like the first;

16 U nd brachte das Brandopfer herzu und tat damit, wie es recht war.

and he bringeth near the burnt-offering, and maketh it, according to the ordinance;

17 U nd brachte herzu das Speisopfer und nahm seine Hand voll und zündete es an auf dem Altar, außer dem Morgenbrandopfer.

and he bringeth near the present, and filleth his palm with it, and maketh perfume on the altar, apart from the burnt-offering of the morning.

18 D arnach schlachtete er den Ochsen und den Widder zum Dankopfer des Volks; und seine Söhne brachten ihm das Blut, das sprengte er auf dem Altar umher.

And he slaughtereth the bullock and the ram, a sacrifice of the peace-offerings, which for the people, and sons of Aaron present the blood unto him (and he sprinkleth it on the altar round about),

19 A ber das Fett vom Ochsen und vom Widder, den Schwanz und das Fett am Eingeweide und die Nieren und das Netz über der Leber:

and the fat of the bullock, and of the ram, the fat tail, and the covering, and the kidneys, and the redundance above the liver,

20 a lles solches Fett legten sie auf die Brust; und er zündete das Fett an auf dem Altar.

and they set the fat on the breasts, and he maketh perfume with the fat on the altar;

21 A ber die Brust und die rechte Schulter webte Aaron zum Webopfer vor dem HERRN, wie der HERR dem Mose geboten hatte.

and the breasts, and the right leg hath Aaron waved -- a wave-offering before Jehovah, as He hath commanded Moses.

22 U nd Aaron hob seine Hand auf zum Volk und segnete sie; und er stieg herab, da er das Sündopfer, Brandopfer und Dankopfer gemacht hatte.

And Aaron lifteth up his hand towards the people, and blesseth them, and cometh down from making the sin-offering, and the burnt-offering, and the peace-offerings.

23 U nd Mose und Aaron gingen in die Hütte des Stifts; und da sie wieder herausgingen, segneten sie das Volk. Da erschien die Herrlichkeit des HERRN allem Volk.

And Moses goeth in -- Aaron also -- unto the tent of meeting, and they come out, and bless the people, and the honour of Jehovah appeareth unto all the people;

24 U nd ein Feuer ging aus von dem HERRN und verzehrte auf dem Altar das Brandopfer und das Fett. Da das alles Volk sah, frohlockten sie und fielen auf ihr Antlitz.

and fire cometh out from before Jehovah, and consumeth on the altar the burnt-offering, and the fat; and all the people see, and cry aloud, and fall on their faces.
