1 M oreover thou shalt make the tabernacle with ten curtains; of fine twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, with cherubim the work of the skilful workman shalt thou make them.

2 T he length of each curtain shall be eight and twenty cubits, and the breadth of each curtain four cubits: all the curtains shall have one measure.

La lunghezza di ogni telo sarà di ventotto cubiti e la larghezza di ogni telo di quattro cubiti; i teli avranno tutti la stessa misura.

3 F ive curtains shall be coupled together one to another; and the other five curtains shall be coupled one to another.

Cinque teli saranno uniti assieme e gli altri cinque teli saranno pure uniti assieme.

4 A nd thou shalt make loops of blue upon the edge of the one curtain from the selvedge in the coupling; and likewise shalt thou make in the edge of the curtain that is outmost in the second coupling.

Farai degli occhielli di color violaceo sull'orlo del telo esterno della prima serie; e lo stesso farai all'orlo del telo esterno della seconda serie.

5 F ifty loops shalt thou make in the one curtain, and fifty loops shalt thou make in the edge of the curtain that is in the second coupling; the loops shall be opposite one to another.

Farai cinquanta occhielli sul primo telo e farai cinquanta occhielli sull'orlo del telo esterno della seconda serie di teli: gli occhielli si corrisponderanno l'uno all'altro.

6 A nd thou shalt make fifty clasps of gold, and couple the curtains one to another with the clasps: and the tabernacle shall be one whole.

E farai cinquanta fermagli d'oro e unirai i teli l'uno all'altro mediante i fermagli, perché il tabernacolo formi un tutt'uno.

7 A nd thou shalt make curtains of goats' hair for a tent over the tabernacle: eleven curtains shalt thou make them.

Farai pure dei teli di pelo di capra, per servire da tenda sopra il tabernacolo: di questi teli ne farai undici.

8 T he length of each curtain shall be thirty cubits, and the breadth of each curtain four cubits: the eleven curtains shall have one measure.

La lunghezza di ogni telo sarà di trenta cubiti e la larghezza di ogni telo di quattro cubiti; gli undici teli avranno tutti la stessa misura.

9 A nd thou shalt couple five curtains by themselves, and six curtains by themselves, and shalt double over the sixth curtain in the forefront of the tent.

Unirai cinque teli tra di loro, e gli altri sei fra di loro; ripiegherai su se stesso il sesto telo sulla parte anteriore della tenda.

10 A nd thou shalt make fifty loops on the edge of the one curtain that is outmost in the coupling, and fifty loops upon the edge of the curtain which is outmost in the second coupling.

Farai inoltre cinquanta occhielli sull'orlo del telo esterno della prima serie e cinquanta occhielli all'orlo del telo esterno della seconda serie del telo.

11 A nd thou shalt make fifty clasps of brass, and put the clasps into the loops, and couple the tent together, that it may be one.

Farai pure cinquanta fermagli di bronzo e farai entrare i fermagli negli occhielli e unirai così la tenda in modo che formi un tutt'uno.

12 A nd the overhanging part that remaineth of the curtains of the tent, the half curtain that remaineth, shall hang over the back of the tabernacle.

Della parte che rimane il sovrappiù, dei teli della tenda, la metà del telo in sovrappiú ricadrà sulla parte posteriore del tabernacolo;

13 A nd the cubit on the one side, and the cubit on the other side, of that which remaineth in the length of the curtains of the tent, shall hang over the sides of the tabernacle on this side and on that side, to cover it.

e il cubito da una parte e il cubito dall'altra parte che sono in sovrappiú nella lunghezza dei teli della tenda, ricadranno sui due lati del tabernacolo, uno da un lato e l'altro dall'altro per coprirlo.

14 A nd thou shalt make a covering for the tent of rams' skins dyed red, and a covering of sealskins above.

Farai pure una copertura per la tenda di pelli di montone tinte di rosso, e sopra questa un'altra copertura di pelli di tasso.

15 A nd thou shalt make the boards for the tabernacle of acacia wood, standing up.

Farai per il tabernacolo delle assi in legno d'acacia, messe per ritto.

16 T en cubits shall be the length of a board, and a cubit and a half the breadth of each board.

La lunghezza di un'asse sarà di dieci cubiti e la sua larghezza di un cubito e mezzo.

17 T wo tenons shall there be in each board, joined one to another: thus shalt thou make for all the boards of the tabernacle.

Ogni asse avrà due incastri per unire un'asse all'altra; così farai per tutte le assi del tabernacolo.

18 A nd thou shalt make the boards for the tabernacle, twenty boards for the south side southward.

Farai dunque le assi per il tabernacolo venti assi per il lato sud.

19 A nd thou shalt make forty sockets of silver under the twenty boards; two sockets under one board for its two tenons, and two sockets under another board for its two tenons.

Metterai quaranta basi d'argento sotto le venti assi: due basi sotto ciascuna asse per i suoi due incastri.

20 A nd for the second side of the tabernacle, on the north side, twenty boards,

Farai pure venti assi per il secondo lato del tabernacolo, per il lato nord,

21 a nd their forty sockets of silver; two sockets under one board, and two sockets under another board.

e le loro quaranta basi d'argento, due basi sotto ciascun'asse.

22 A nd for the hinder part of the tabernacle westward thou shalt make six boards.

per la parte posteriore del tabernacolo, verso ovest, farai sei assi.

23 A nd two boards shalt thou make for the corners of the tabernacle in the hinder part.

Farai pure due assi per i due angoli posteriori del tabernacolo.

24 A nd they shall be double beneath, and in like manner they shall be entire unto the top thereof unto one ring: thus shall it be for them both; they shall be for the two corners.

Esse saranno appaiate in basso e saranno unite assieme in alto con un anello. Così sarà per ambedue le assi, che saranno ai due angoli.

25 A nd there shall be eight boards, and their sockets of silver, sixteen sockets; two sockets under one board, and two sockets under another board.

Vi saranno dunque otto assi con le loro basi d'argento: sedici basi, due basi sotto ciascun'asse.

26 A nd thou shalt make bars of acacia wood: five for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle,

Farai anche delle traverse di legno d'acacia: cinque per le assi di un lato del tabernacolo,

27 a nd five bars for the boards of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the side of the tabernacle, for the hinder part westward.

28 A nd the middle bar in the midst of the boards shall pass through from end to end.

La traversa di centro, in mezzo alle assi, passerà da una parte all'altra.

29 A nd thou shalt overlay the boards with gold, and make their rings of gold for places for the bars: and thou shalt overlay the bars with gold.

Rivestirai d'oro le assi e farai d'oro i loro anelli per i quali passeranno le traverse, e rivestirai d'oro le traverse.

30 A nd thou shalt rear up the tabernacle according to the fashion thereof which hath been showed thee in the mount.

Erigerai il tabernacolo secondo la forma esatta che ti è stata mostrata sul monte.

31 A nd thou shalt make a veil of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen: with cherubim the work of the skilful workman shall it be made.

Farai un velo di filo violaceo, porporino, scarlatto e di lino fino ritorto, con dei cherubini artisticamente lavorati.

32 A nd thou shalt hang it upon four pillars of acacia overlaid with gold; their hooks shall be of gold, upon four sockets of silver.

e lo sospenderai a quattro colonne di acacia rivestite d'oro, con i loro uncini d'oro, posate su basi d'argento.

33 A nd thou shalt hang up the veil under the clasps, and shalt bring in thither within the veil the ark of the testimony: and the veil shall separate unto you between the holy place and the most holy.

Appenderai il velo ai fermagli; e là, all'interno del velo, introdurrai l'arca della testimonianza; il velo servirà per voi da separazione fra il luogo santo e il luogo santissimo.

34 A nd thou shalt put the mercy-seat upon the ark of the testimony in the most holy place.

Metterai quindi il propiziatorio sull'arca della testimonianza nel luogo santissimo.

35 A nd thou shalt set the table without the veil, and the candlestick over against the table on the side of the tabernacle toward the south: and thou shalt put the table on the north side.

Fuori del velo invece metterai la tavola, mentre il candelabro andrà di fronte alla tavola sul lato sud del tabernacolo, e metterai la tavola sul lato nord.

36 A nd thou shalt make a screen for the door of the Tent, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, the work of the embroiderer.

Farai pure per l'ingresso della tenda una cortina di filo violaceo, porporino, scarlatto e di lino ritorto, il lavoro di un ricamatore.

37 A nd thou shalt make for the screen five pillars of acacia, and overlay them with gold: their hooks shall be of gold: and thou shalt cast five sockets of brass for them.

Inoltre farai cinque colonne di acacia per la cortina e le rivestirai d'oro; i loro uncini saranno d'oro e fonderai per esse cinque basi di bronzo».
