1 M i corazón está firme, oh Dios; cantaré, cantaré alabanzas, aun con mi alma.

¶ O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise; this is my glory.

2 ¡ Despertad, arpa y lira! ¡A la aurora despertaré!

Awake, psaltery and harp; I will awake the dawn.

3 T e alabaré entre los pueblos, Señor; te cantaré alabanzas entre las naciones.

I will praise thee, O LORD, among the peoples, and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.

4 P orque grande, por encima de los cielos, es tu misericordia; y hasta el firmamento tu verdad.

For thy mercy is great above the heavens, and thy truth reaches unto the heavens.

5 E xaltado seas sobre los cielos, oh Dios, sobre toda la tierra sea tu gloria.

Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens and thy glory above all the earth;

6 P ara que sean librados tus amados, salva con tu diestra, y respóndeme.

¶ that thy beloved may be delivered: save with thy right hand, and answer me.

7 D ios ha hablado en su santuario: Me alegraré, repartiré a Siquem y mediré el valle de Sucot.

God has spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem and mete out the valley of Succoth.

8 M ío es Galaad, mío es Manasés, Efraín es el yelmo de mi cabeza, Judá es mi cetro.

Gilead shall be mine; Manasseh shall be mine; Ephraim also shall be the strength of my head; Judah shall be my lawgiver;

9 M oab es la vasija en que me lavo; sobre Edom arrojaré mi calzado; sobre Filistea lanzaré gritos.

Moab shall be my washpot; over Edom I will cast my shoe; over Philistia I will triumph.

10 ¿ Quién me conducirá a la ciudad fortificada? ¿Quién me guiará hasta Edom ?

Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?

11 ¿ No eres tú, oh Dios, el que nos ha rechazado ? ¿No saldrás, oh Dios, con nuestros ejércitos?

Surely thou, O God, who had cast us off and did not, O God, go forth with our hosts.

12 D anos ayuda contra el adversario, pues vano es el auxilio del hombre.

Give us help from trouble; for the salvation of man is deception.

13 E n Dios haremos proezas, y El hollará a nuestros adversarios.

Through God we shall do valiantly, for he shall tread down our enemies again.
