1 D espués de esto, vi a cuatro ángeles de pie en los cuatro extremos de la tierra, que detenían los cuatro vientos de la tierra, para que no soplara viento alguno, ni sobre la tierra ni sobre el mar ni sobre ningún árbol.

¶ And after these things I saw four angels standing upon the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth that no wind should blow upon the earth nor upon the sea nor upon any tree.

2 Y vi a otro ángel que subía de donde sale el sol y que tenía el sello del Dios vivo; y gritó a gran voz a los cuatro ángeles a quienes se les había concedido hacer daño a la tierra y al mar,

And I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, having the seal of the living God: and he cried out with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the land and the sea,

3 d iciendo: No hagáis daño, ni a la tierra ni al mar ni a los árboles, hasta que hayamos puesto un sello en la frente a los siervos de nuestro Dios.

saying, Hurt not the land neither the sea nor the trees until we have sealed the slaves of our God in their foreheads.

4 Y oí el número de los que fueron sellados: ciento cuarenta y cuatro mil sellados de todas las tribus de los hijos de Israel;

And I heard the number of those that were sealed: and there were sealed a hundred and forty-four thousand of all the tribes of the sons of Israel.

5 d e la tribu de Judá fueron sellados doce mil; de la tribu de Rubén, doce mil; de la tribu de Gad, doce mil;

Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.

6 d e la tribu de Aser, doce mil; de la tribu de Neftalí, doce mil; de la tribu de Manasés, doce mil;

Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Naphtali were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand.

7 d e la tribu de Simeón, doce mil; de la tribu de Leví, doce mil; de la tribu de Isacar, doce mil;

Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand.

8 d e la tribu de Zabulón, doce mil; de la tribu de José, doce mil, y de la tribu de Benjamín fueron sellados doce mil. Los redimidos de todas las naciones

Of the tribe of Zebulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.

9 D espués de esto miré, y vi una gran multitud, que nadie podía contar, de todas las naciones, tribus, pueblos y lenguas, de pie delante del trono y delante del Cordero, vestidos con vestiduras blancas y con palmas en las manos.

After this I saw, and, behold, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations and kindreds and peoples and tongues stood before the throne and before the Lamb clothed with long white robes and palms in their hands

10 Y clamaban a gran voz, diciendo: La salvación pertenece a nuestro Dios que está sentado en el trono, y al Cordero.

and cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation unto him who is seated upon the throne of our God and unto the Lamb.

11 Y todos los ángeles estaban de pie alrededor del trono y alrededor de los ancianos y de los cuatro seres vivientes, y cayeron sobre sus rostros delante del trono, y adoraron a Dios,

And all the angels stood round about the throne and about the elders and the four animals; and they fell upon their faces before the throne and worshipped God,

12 d iciendo: ¡Amén! La bendición, la gloria, la sabiduría, la acción de gracias, el honor, el poder y la fortaleza, sean a nuestro Dios por los siglos de los siglos. Amén.

saying, Amen: The blessing and the glory and the wisdom and the thanksgiving and the honour and the power and the might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.

13 Y uno de los ancianos habló diciéndome: Estos que están vestidos con vestiduras blancas, ¿quiénes son y de dónde han venido?

¶ And one of the elders responded and asked me, Who are these who are arrayed in long white robes? and where did they come from?

14 Y yo le respondí: Señor mío, tú lo sabes. Y él me dijo: Estos son los que vienen de la gran tribulación, y han lavado sus vestiduras y las han emblanquecido en la sangre del Cordero.

And I said unto him, lord, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are those who came out of great tribulation and have washed their long robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

15 P or eso están delante del trono de Dios, y le sirven día y noche en su templo; y el que está sentado en el trono extenderá su tabernáculo sobre ellos.

Therefore, they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple, and he that is seated on the throne shall dwell among them.

16 Y a no tendrán hambre ni sed, ni el sol los abatirá, ni calor alguno,

They shall hunger no more neither thirst anymore; neither shall the sun be thrust upon them nor any other heat.

17 p ues el Cordero en medio del trono los pastoreará y los guiará a manantiales de aguas de vida, y Dios enjugará toda lágrima de sus ojos.

For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall govern them and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters, and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
