1 Y sucederá en los últimos días que el monte de la casa del Señor será establecido como cabeza de los montes; se elevará sobre las colinas, y afluirán a él los pueblos.

¶ But it shall come to pass in the last of the times that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established as the top of the mountains and higher than all the hills, and peoples shall flow unto it.

2 V endrán muchas naciones y dirán: Venid y subamos al monte del Señor, a la casa del Dios de Jacob, para que El nos instruya en sus caminos, y nosotros andemos en sus sendas. Porque de Sion saldrá la ley, y de Jerusalén la palabra del Señor.

And many Gentiles shall come and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth from Zion and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

3 E l juzgará entre muchos pueblos, y enjuiciará a naciones poderosas y lejanas; entonces forjarán sus espadas en rejas de arado y sus lanzas en podaderas. No alzará espada nación contra nación, ni se adiestrarán más para la guerra.

And he shall judge among many peoples and correct strong nations even afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruninghooks; nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they train for war any more.

4 C ada uno se sentará bajo su parra y bajo su higuera, y no habrá quien los atemorice, porque la boca del Señor de los ejércitos ha hablado.

But each one shall sit under their vine and under their fig tree, and no one shall make them afraid, for the mouth of the LORD of the hosts has spoken it.

5 A unque todos los pueblos anden cada uno en el nombre de su dios, nosotros andaremos en el nombre del Señor nuestro Dios para siempre jamás.

Even if all the peoples should walk each one in the name of their gods; with all this we will walk in the name of the LORD our God for ever and eternally.

6 E n aquel día —declara el Señor — reuniré a la coja y recogeré a la perseguida, a las que yo había maltratado.

In that day, saith the LORD, I will assemble her that is lame, and I will gather her that is driven out, and her that I have afflicted,

7 H aré de la coja un remanente, y de la perseguida una nación fuerte. Y el Señor reinará sobre ellos en el monte de Sion desde ahora y para siempre.

and I will make her that is lame to be heirs, and her that was cast off a strong nation, and the LORD shall reign over them in the mount of Zion from now, and for evermore.

8 Y tú, torre del rebaño, colina de la hija de Sion, hasta ti vendrá, vendrá el antiguo dominio, el reino de la hija de Jerusalén.

¶ And thou, O tower of the flock, the stronghold of the daughter of Zion shall come unto thee; and the dominion shall come first, the kingdom, to the daughter of Jerusalem.

9 A hora, ¿por qué gritas tan fuerte ? ¿No hay rey en ti? ¿Ha perecido tu consejero, que el dolor te aflige como a mujer de parto?

Now why dost thou cry out aloud? is there no king in thee? is thy counsellor perished? for pangs have taken thee as a woman in travail.

10 R etuércete y gime, hija de Sion, como mujer de parto, porque ahora saldrás de la ciudad y habitarás en el campo, e irás hasta Babilonia. Allí serás rescatada, allí te redimirá el Señor de la mano de tus enemigos.

Be in pain, and labour to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail; for now thou shalt go forth out of the city, and thou shalt dwell in the field, and thou shalt go even to Babylon; there shalt thou be delivered; there the LORD shall redeem thee from the hand of thine enemies.

11 P ero ahora se han juntado contra ti muchas naciones, que dicen: “Sea profanada, y que se deleiten en Sion nuestros ojos.”

But now many nations are gathered against thee that say, Let her be defiled, and let our eyes see our desire carried out upon Zion.

12 M as ellos no conocen los pensamientos del Señor, ni comprenden su propósito, porque los ha recogido como gavillas en la era.

But they did not know the thoughts of the LORD, neither did they understand his counsel by which he gathered them as sheaves onto the threshing floor.

13 L evántate y trilla, hija de Sion, pues yo haré tu cuerno de hierro y haré tus pezuñas de bronce, para que desmenuces a muchos pueblos, para que consagres al Señor su injusta ganancia, y sus riquezas al Señor de toda la tierra.

Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion; for I will make thine horn iron, and I will make thy hoofs bronze; and thou shalt break in pieces many peoples; and thou shalt consecrate their spoil unto the LORD and their riches unto the Lord of the whole earth.
