1 M i corazón está dispuesto, oh Dios; Cantaré y entonaré salmos; ésta es mi gloria.

¶ O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise; this is my glory.

2 D espiértate, salterio y arpa; Despertaré al alba.

Awake, psaltery and harp; I will awake the dawn.

3 T e alabaré, oh Jehová, entre los pueblos; A ti cantaré salmos entre las naciones.

I will praise thee, O LORD, among the peoples, and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.

4 P orque más grande que los cielos es tu misericordia, Y hasta los cielos tu verdad.

For thy mercy is great above the heavens, and thy truth reaches unto the heavens.

5 E xaltado seas sobre los cielos, oh Dios, Y sobre toda la tierra sea enaltecida tu gloria.

Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens and thy glory above all the earth;

6 P ara que sean librados tus amados, Salva con tu diestra y respóndeme.

¶ that thy beloved may be delivered: save with thy right hand, and answer me.

7 D ios ha dicho en su santuario: Yo me regocijaré; Repartiré a Siquem, y mediré el valle de Sucot.

God has spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem and mete out the valley of Succoth.

8 M ío es Galaad, mío es Manasés, Y Efraín es el yelmo de mi cabeza; Judá es mi cetro.

Gilead shall be mine; Manasseh shall be mine; Ephraim also shall be the strength of my head; Judah shall be my lawgiver;

9 M oab, la jofaina para lavarme; Sobre Edom echaré mi calzado; Me regocijaré sobre Filistea.

Moab shall be my washpot; over Edom I will cast my shoe; over Philistia I will triumph.

10 ¿ Quién me guiará a la ciudad fortificada? ¿Quién me guiará hasta Edom,

Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?

11 S i tú, oh Dios, nos has desechado, Y no sales ya con nuestras tropas?

Surely thou, O God, who had cast us off and did not, O God, go forth with our hosts.

12 D anos socorro contra el adversario, Porque vana es la ayuda del hombre.

Give us help from trouble; for the salvation of man is deception.

13 C on Dios haremos proezas, Y él aplastará a nuestros enemigos.

Through God we shall do valiantly, for he shall tread down our enemies again.
