1 Y habló el Señor a Moisés y a Aarón, diciendo:

Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,

2 L os hijos de Israel acamparán, cada uno junto a su bandera, bajo las insignias de sus casas paternas; acamparán alrededor de la tienda de reunión, a cierta distancia.

“The children of Israel shall encamp every man by his own standard, with the banners of their fathers’ houses: at a distance from the Tent of Meeting shall they encamp around it.”

3 L os que acampen al oriente, hacia la salida del sol, serán los de la bandera del campamento de Judá, según sus ejércitos. El jefe de los hijos de Judá, Naasón, hijo de Aminadab,

Those who encamp on the east side toward the sunrise shall be of the standard of the camp of Judah, according to their divisions: and the prince of the children of Judah shall be Nahshon the son of Amminadab.

4 y su ejército, los enumerados, setenta y cuatro mil seiscientos.

His division, and those who were numbered of them, were seventy-four thousand six hundred.

5 Y junto a él acampará la tribu de Isacar. El jefe de los hijos de Isacar, Natanael, hijo de Zuar,

Those who encamp next to him shall be the tribe of Issachar: and the prince of the children of Issachar shall be Nethanel the son of Zuar.

6 y su ejército, los enumerados, cincuenta y cuatro mil cuatrocientos.

His division, and those who were numbered of it, were fifty-four thousand four hundred.

7 D espués, la tribu de Zabulón. El jefe de los hijos de Zabulón, Eliab, hijo de Helón,

The tribe of Zebulun: and the prince of the children of Zebulun shall be Eliab the son of Helon.

8 y su ejército, los enumerados, cincuenta y siete mil cuatrocientos.

His division, and those who were numbered of it, were fifty-seven thousand four hundred.

9 E l total de los enumerados del campamento de Judá: ciento ochenta y seis mil cuatrocientos, según sus ejércitos. Ellos partirán primero.

All who were numbered of the camp of Judah were one hundred eighty-six thousand four hundred, according to their divisions. They shall set out first.

10 A l sur estará la bandera del campamento de Rubén, según sus ejércitos. El jefe de los hijos de Rubén, Elisur, hijo de Sedeur,

“On the south side shall be the standard of the camp of Reuben according to their divisions. The prince of the children of Reuben shall be Elizur the son of Shedeur.

His division, and those who were numbered of it, were forty-six thousand five hundred.

12 Y junto a él acampará la tribu de Simeón. El jefe de los hijos de Simeón, Selumiel, hijo de Zurisadai,

“Those who encamp next to him shall be the tribe of Simeon. The prince of the children of Simeon shall be Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.

13 y su ejército, los enumerados, cincuenta y nueve mil trescientos.

His division, and those who were numbered of them, were fifty-nine thousand three hundred.

14 D espués, la tribu de Gad. El jefe de los hijos de Gad, Eliasaf, hijo de Deuel,

“The tribe of Gad: and the prince of the children of Gad shall be Eliasaph the son of Reuel.

15 y su ejército, los enumerados, cuarenta y cinco mil seiscientos cincuenta.

His division, and those who were numbered of them, were forty-five thousand six hundred fifty.

16 E l total de los enumerados del campamento de Rubén: ciento cincuenta y un mil cuatrocientos cincuenta, según sus ejércitos. Ellos partirán en segundo lugar.

“All who were numbered of the camp of Reuben were one hundred fifty-one thousand four hundred fifty, according to their armies. They shall set out second.

17 E ntonces partirá la tienda de reunión con el campamento de levitas en medio de los campamentos; tal como acampan así partirán, cada uno en su lugar, por sus banderas.

“Then the Tent of Meeting shall set out, with the camp of the Levites in the middle of the camps. As they encamp, so shall they set out, every man in his place, by their standards.

18 A l occidente estará la bandera del campamento de Efraín, según sus ejércitos. El jefe de los hijos de Efraín, Elisama, hijo de Amiud,

“On the west side shall be the standard of the camp of Ephraim according to their divisions: and the prince of the children of Ephraim shall be Elishama the son of Ammihud.

19 y su ejército, los enumerados, cuarenta mil quinientos.

His division, and those who were numbered of them, were forty thousand five hundred.

20 Y junto a él estará la tribu de Manasés. El jefe de los hijos de Manasés, Gamaliel, hijo de Pedasur,

“Next to him shall be the tribe of Manasseh: and the prince of the children of Manasseh shall be Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.

21 y su ejército, los enumerados, treinta y dos mil doscientos.

His division, and those who were numbered of them, were thirty-two thousand two hundred.

22 D espués, la tribu de Benjamín. El jefe de los hijos de Benjamín, Abidán, hijo de Gedeoni,

“The tribe of Benjamin: and the prince of the children of Benjamin shall be Abidan the son of Gideoni.

23 y su ejército, los enumerados, treinta y cinco mil cuatrocientos.

His army, and those who were numbered of them, were thirty-five thousand four hundred.

24 E l total de los enumerados del campamento de Efraín: ciento ocho mil cien, según sus ejércitos. Y ellos partirán en tercer lugar.

“All who were numbered of the camp of Ephraim were one hundred eight thousand one hundred, according to their divisions. They shall set out third.

25 A l norte estará la bandera del campamento de Dan, según sus ejércitos. El jefe de los hijos de Dan, Ahiezer, hijo de Amisadai,

“On the north side shall be the standard of the camp of Dan according to their divisions: and the prince of the children of Dan shall be Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.

26 y su ejército, los enumerados, sesenta y dos mil setecientos.

His division, and those who were numbered of them, were sixty-two thousand seven hundred.

27 Y junto a él acampará la tribu de Aser. El jefe de los hijos de Aser, Pagiel, hijo de Ocrán,

“Those who encamp next to him shall be the tribe of Asher: and the prince of the children of Asher shall be Pagiel the son of Ochran.

28 y su ejército, los enumerados, cuarenta y un mil quinientos.

His division, and those who were numbered of them, were forty-one thousand and five hundred.

29 D espués, la tribu de Neftalí. El jefe de los hijos de Neftalí, Ahira, hijo de Enán,

“The tribe of Naphtali: and the prince of the children of Naphtali shall be Ahira the son of Enan.

30 y su ejército, los enumerados, cincuenta y tres mil cuatrocientos.

His division, and those who were numbered of them, were fifty-three thousand four hundred.

31 E l total de los enumerados del campamento de Dan: ciento cincuenta y siete mil seiscientos. Ellos serán los últimos en partir, según sus banderas.

“All who were numbered of the camp of Dan were one hundred fifty-seven thousand six hundred. They shall set out last by their standards.”

32 E stos son los enumerados de los hijos de Israel, por sus casas paternas; el total de los enumerados de los campamentos, según sus ejércitos: seiscientos tres mil quinientos cincuenta.

These are those who were numbered of the children of Israel by their fathers’ houses. All who were numbered of the camps according to their armies were six hundred three thousand five hundred fifty.

33 P ero los levitas no fueron contados entre los hijos de Israel, tal como el Señor había ordenado a Moisés.

But the Levites were not numbered among the children of Israel; as Yahweh commanded Moses.

34 Y los hijos de Israel hicieron conforme a todo lo que el Señor había ordenado a Moisés; así acamparon por sus banderas y así partieron, cada uno según su familia, conforme a su casa paterna.

Thus the children of Israel did. According to all that Yahweh commanded Moses, so they encamped by their standards, and so they set out, everyone by their families, according to their fathers’ houses.
