1 Y Bezaleel, Aholiab y toda persona hábil en quien el Señor ha puesto sabiduría e inteligencia para saber hacer toda la obra de construcción del santuario, harán todo conforme a lo que el Señor ha ordenado.

“Bezalel and Oholiab shall work with every wise-hearted man, in whom Yahweh has put wisdom and understanding to know how to do all the work for the service of the sanctuary, according to all that Yahweh has commanded.”

2 E ntonces llamó Moisés a Bezaleel y a Aholiab y a toda persona hábil en quien el Señor había puesto sabiduría, y a todo aquel cuyo corazón le impulsaba a venir a la obra para hacerla.

Moses called Bezalel and Oholiab, and every wise-hearted man, in whose heart Yahweh had put wisdom, even everyone whose heart stirred him up to come to the work to do it:

3 Y recibieron de Moisés todas las ofrendas que los hijos de Israel habían traído para hacer la obra de la construcción del santuario. Y ellos seguían trayéndole ofrendas voluntarias cada mañana.

and they received from Moses all the offering which the children of Israel had brought for the work of the service of the sanctuary, with which to make it. They brought yet to him freewill offerings every morning.

4 A sí que vinieron todos los hombres hábiles que hacían todo el trabajo del santuario, cada cual del trabajo que estaba haciendo,

All the wise men, who performed all the work of the sanctuary, each came from his work which they did.

5 y dijeron a Moisés: El pueblo trae más de lo que se necesita para la obra de construcción que el Señor nos ha ordenado que se haga.

They spoke to Moses, saying, “The people bring much more than enough for the service of the work which Yahweh commanded to make.”

6 E ntonces Moisés dio una orden, y se pasó una proclama por todo el campamento, diciendo: Ningún hombre ni mujer haga más trabajo para las contribuciones del santuario. Así se impidió que el pueblo trajera más.

Moses gave commandment, and they caused it to be proclaimed throughout the camp, saying, “Let neither man nor woman make anything else for the offering for the sanctuary.” So the people were restrained from bringing.

7 P orque el material que tenían era abundante, y más que suficiente para hacer toda la obra. Construcción del tabernáculo

For the stuff they had was sufficient for all the work to make it, and too much.

8 Y todos los hombres hábiles de entre los que estaban haciendo la obra hicieron el tabernáculo con diez cortinas de lino fino torcido, y tela azul, púrpura y escarlata, con querubines, obra de hábil artífice; Bezaleel las hizo.

All the wise-hearted men among those who did the work made the tabernacle with ten curtains; of fine twined linen, blue, purple, and scarlet, with cherubim, the work of the skillful workman, they made them.

9 L a longitud de cada cortina era de veintiocho codos, y la anchura de cada cortina de cuatro codos; todas las cortinas tenían una misma medida.

The length of each curtain was twenty-eight cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits. All the curtains had one measure.

10 Y unió cinco cortinas una con otra, también las otras cinco cortinas las unió una con otra.

He coupled five curtains to one another, and the other five curtains he coupled to one another.

11 E hizo lazos de tela azul en el borde de la cortina del extremo del primer enlace; lo mismo hizo en el borde de la cortina del extremo del segundo enlace.

He made loops of blue on the edge of the one curtain from the edge in the coupling. Likewise he made in the edge of the curtain that was outermost in the second coupling.

12 H izo cincuenta lazos en una cortina, e hizo cincuenta lazos en el borde de la cortina que estaba en el segundo enlace; los lazos se correspondían unos a otros.

He made fifty loops in the one curtain, and he made fifty loops in the edge of the curtain that was in the second coupling. The loops were opposite to one another.

13 H izo además cincuenta broches de oro, y unió las cortinas una a la otra con los broches, de manera que el tabernáculo llegó a ser una unidad.

He made fifty clasps of gold, and coupled the curtains to one another with the clasps: so the tabernacle was a unit.

14 H izo también cortinas de pelo de cabra a manera de tienda sobre el tabernáculo; hizo once cortinas en total.

He made curtains of goats’ hair for a covering over the tabernacle. He made them eleven curtains.

15 L a longitud de cada cortina era de treinta codos, y la anchura de cada cortina de cuatro codos; las once cortinas tenían una misma medida.

The length of each curtain was thirty cubits, and four cubits the width of each curtain. The eleven curtains had one measure.

He coupled five curtains by themselves, and six curtains by themselves.

He made fifty loops on the edge of the curtain that was outermost in the coupling, and he made fifty loops on the edge of the curtain which was outermost in the second coupling.

He made fifty clasps of brass to couple the tent together, that it might be a unit.

He made a covering for the tent of rams’ skins dyed red, and a covering of sea cow hides above.

20 H izo luego para el tabernáculo tablas de madera de acacia, colocándolas verticalmente.

He made the boards for the tabernacle of acacia wood, standing up.

21 L a longitud de cada tabla era de diez codos, y de un codo y medio la anchura de cada tabla.

Ten cubits was the length of a board, and a cubit and a half the width of each board.

22 C ada tabla tenía dos espigas para unirlas una con otra; así hizo con todas las tablas del tabernáculo.

Each board had two tenons, joined to one another. He made all the boards of the tabernacle this way.

23 H izo, pues, las tablas para el tabernáculo: veinte tablas para el lado sur.

He made the boards for the tabernacle: twenty boards for the south side southward.

24 T ambién hizo cuarenta basas de plata debajo de las veinte tablas: dos basas debajo de una tabla para sus dos espigas, y dos basas debajo de otra tabla para sus dos espigas.

He made forty sockets of silver under the twenty boards; two sockets under one board for its two tenons, and two sockets under another board for its two tenons.

For the second side of the tabernacle, on the north side, he made twenty boards,

and their forty sockets of silver; two sockets under one board, and two sockets under another board.

For the far part of the tabernacle westward he made six boards.

He made two boards for the corners of the tabernacle in the far part.

They were double beneath, and in the same way they were all the way to its top to one ring. He did this to both of them in the two corners.

30 H abía ocho tablas con sus basas de plata; dieciséis basas, dos basas debajo de cada tabla.

There were eight boards, and their sockets of silver, sixteen sockets; under every board two sockets.

31 H izo también barras de madera de acacia; cinco para las tablas de un lado del tabernáculo,

He made bars of acacia wood; five for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle,

32 y cinco barras para las tablas del otro lado del tabernáculo, y cinco barras para las tablas del lado posterior del tabernáculo, hacia el occidente.

and five bars for the boards of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the tabernacle for the hinder part westward.

He made the middle bar to pass through in the middle of the boards from the one end to the other.

He overlaid the boards with gold, and made their rings of gold for places for the bars, and overlaid the bars with gold.

35 H izo además, el velo de tela azul, púrpura y escarlata y lino fino torcido; lo hizo con querubines, obra de hábil artífice.

He made the veil of blue, purple, scarlet, and fine twined linen: with cherubim. He made it the work of a skillful workman.

36 Y le hizo cuatro columnas de acacia y las revistió de oro; sus ganchos eran también de oro, y fundió para ellas cuatro basas de plata.

He made four pillars of acacia for it, and overlaid them with gold. Their hooks were of gold. He cast four sockets of silver for them.

He made a screen for the door of the tent, of blue, purple, scarlet, and fine twined linen, the work of an embroiderer;

and the five pillars of it with their hooks. He overlaid their capitals and their fillets with gold, and their five sockets were of brass.
