1 E ntonces me hizo volver por el camino de la puerta exterior del santuario que da hacia el oriente, y estaba cerrada.

And he causeth me to turn back the way of the gate of the outer sanctuary that is looking eastward, and it is shut.

2 Y el Señor me dijo: Esta puerta estará cerrada; no se abrirá y nadie entrará por ella, porque el Señor, Dios de Israel, ha entrado por ella; por eso permanecerá cerrada.

And Jehovah saith unto me, `This gate is shut, it is not opened, and none doth go in by it, for Jehovah, God of Israel, hath come in by it, and it hath been shut.

3 E n cuanto al príncipe, él, como príncipe, se sentará allí para comer pan delante del Señor; entrará por el camino del vestíbulo de la puerta y por el mismo camino saldrá.

The prince, who prince, he sitteth by it to eat bread before Jehovah, by the way of the porch of the gate he cometh in, and by its way he goeth out.'

4 L uego me llevó por el camino de la puerta del norte al frente del templo; miré, y he aquí, la gloria del Señor llenaba la casa del Señor, y me postré sobre mi rostro.

And he bringeth me in the way of the north gate unto the front of the house, and I look, and lo, filled hath the honour of Jehovah the house of Jehovah, and I fall on my face.

5 Y el Señor me dijo: Hijo de hombre, pon atención, mira con tus ojos y oye con tus oídos todo lo que te digo acerca de todos los estatutos de la casa del Señor y acerca de todas sus leyes; y fíjate bien en cuanto a la entrada del templo y a todas las salidas del santuario.

And Jehovah saith unto me, `Son of man, set thy heart, and see with thine eyes, and with thine ears hear, all that I am speaking with thee, of all the statutes of the house of Jehovah, and of all its laws; and thou hast set thy heart to the entrance of the house, with all the outlets of the sanctuary,

6 Y dirás a los rebeldes, a la casa de Israel: “Así dice el Señor Dios: ‘Son ya demasiadas todas vuestras abominaciones, oh casa de Israel,

and hast said unto the rebellious, unto the house of Israel: Thus said the Lord Jehovah: Enough to you -- of all your abominations, O house of Israel.

7 c uando introdujisteis extranjeros, incircuncisos de corazón e incircuncisos de carne, para que estuvieran en mi santuario y profanaran mi casa; cuando les ofrecisteis mi alimento, la grosura y la sangre; invalidasteis, pues, mi pacto; esto además de todas vuestras abominaciones.

In your bringing in sons of a stranger, uncircumcised of heart, and uncircumcised of flesh, to be in My sanctuary, to pollute it, even My house, in your bringing near My bread, fat, and blood, and they break My covenant by all your abominations,

8 ‘ No os habéis ocupado de guardar mis cosas sagradas, sino que habéis puesto extranjeros como guardas de mis ordenanzas en mi santuario.’

and ye have not kept the charge of My holy things, and ye set for keepers of My charge in My sanctuary for you.

9 “ Así dice el Señor Dios: ‘Ningún extranjero, incircunciso de corazón e incircunciso de carne, entrará en mi santuario; ninguno de los extranjeros que están entre los hijos de Israel.

`Thus said the Lord Jehovah: No son of a stranger, uncircumcised of heart, and uncircumcised of flesh, cometh in unto My sanctuary, even any son of a stranger, who in the midst of the sons of Israel,

10 ‘ Y los levitas que se alejaron de mí cuando Israel se descarriaba, que se alejaron de mí tras sus ídolos, llevarán el castigo por su iniquidad.

but -- the Levites who have gone far off from me, in the wandering of Israel when they went astray from Me after their idols, and they have borne their iniquity.

11 ‘ Serán servidores en mi santuario, encargados de las puertas del templo y servidores en el templo; ofrecerán el holocausto y el sacrificio para el pueblo, y estarán delante de ellos para servirles.

And they have been in My sanctuary ministrants, overseers at the gates of the house, and ministrants at the house; they slay the burnt-offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they stand before them to serve them.

12 ‘ Por cuanto les sirvieron delante de sus ídolos, y fueron tropezadero de iniquidad para la casa de Israel, por tanto he jurado contra ellos,’ —declara el Señor Dios — ‘que llevarán el castigo por su iniquidad.

Because that they serve them before their idols, and have been to the house of Israel for a stumbling-block of iniquity, therefore I have lifted up my hand against them -- an affirmation of the Lord Jehovah -- and they have borne their iniquity.

13 ‘ No se acercarán a mí para servirme de sacerdotes, ni se acercarán a ninguna de mis cosas santas, ni a las cosas santísimas, sino que cargarán su ignominia y las abominaciones que han cometido.

And they draw not nigh unto Me to act as My priest, and to draw nigh unto any of My holy things, unto the holy of holies, and they have borne their shame and their abominations that they have done,

14 ‘ Los pondré como guardas de las ordenanzas del templo, de todo su servicio y de todo lo que se ha de hacer en él.

and I made them keepers of the charge of the house, for all its service and for all that is done in it.

15 ‘ Pero los sacerdotes levitas, hijos de Sadoc, que se ocupaban de guardar mi santuario cuando los hijos de Israel se alejaron de mí, se acercarán a mí para servirme, y estarán delante de mí para ofrecerme la grosura y la sangre ’ —declara el Señor Dios.

`And the priests, the Levites, sons of Zadok, who have kept the charge of My sanctuary in the wandering of the sons of Israel from off Me, they draw near unto Me to serve Me, and have stood before Me, to bring near to Me fat and blood -- an affirmation of the Lord Jehovah:

16 ‘ Ellos entrarán en mi santuario, y se acercarán a mi mesa para servirme y guardar mis ordenanzas.

they come in unto My sanctuary, and they draw near unto My table to serve Me, and they have kept My charge.

17 ‘ Y cuando entren por las puertas del atrio interior, se pondrán vestiduras de lino; no se pondrán lana mientras estén sirviendo en las puertas del atrio interior y en el templo.

And it hath come to pass, in their going in unto the gates of the inner court, linen garments they put on; and no wool cometh up on them in their ministering in the gates of the inner court and within.

18 ‘ Llevarán turbantes de lino sobre sus cabezas, y calzoncillos de lino sobre sus lomos; no se ceñirán de nada que los haga sudar.

Linen bonnets are on their head, and linen trousers are on their loins, they are not restrained with sweat.

19 ‘ Cuando salgan al atrio exterior, al atrio exterior donde está el pueblo, se quitarán las vestiduras con que han estado sirviendo y las dejarán en las cámaras sagradas, y se pondrán otras vestiduras a fin de no santificar al pueblo con sus vestiduras.

And in their going forth unto the outer court -- unto the outer court unto the people -- they strip off their garments, in which they are ministering, and have placed them in the holy chambers, and have put on other garments; and they do not sanctify the people in their own garments.

20 ‘ No se afeitarán la cabeza, ni se dejarán crecer el cabello; sólo se recortarán el pelo de su cabeza.

And their head they do not shave, and the lock they do not send forth; they certainly poll their heads.

21 ‘ Ningún sacerdote beberá vino cuando entre al atrio interior.

And no priest doth drink wine in their coming in unto the inner court.

22 ‘ No tomará por mujer ni a viuda ni a divorciada, sino que tomará a una virgen del linaje de la casa de Israel, o a una viuda que sea viuda de sacerdote.

And a widow and divorced woman they do not take to them for wives: but -- virgins of the seed of the house of Israel, and the widow who is widow of a priest, do they take.

23 ‘ Enseñarán a mi pueblo a discernir entre lo sagrado y lo profano, y harán que ellos sepan distinguir entre lo inmundo y lo limpio.

`And My people they direct between holy and common, and between unclean and clean they cause them to discern.

24 ‘ En un pleito actuarán como jueces; lo decidirán conforme a mis ordenanzas. También guardarán mis leyes y mis estatutos en todas mis fiestas señaladas, y santificarán mis días de reposo.

And concerning controversy, they stand up for judgment; with My judgments they judge it; and My law and My statutes in all My appointed places they keep; and My sabbaths they sanctify.

25 ‘ No se acercarán a persona muerta para no contaminar se; pero por el padre, la madre, el hijo, la hija, el hermano, la hermana que no tenga marido, sí podrán contaminarse.

And unto any dead man they come not for uncleanness, but for father, and for mother, and for son, and for daughter, for brother, for sister who hath not been to a man, they defile themselves.

26 ‘ Después de haberse purificado, se le contarán siete días.

`And after his cleansing, seven days they number to him.

27 ‘ Y el día que entre en el santuario, en el atrio interior, para ministrar en el santuario, ofrecerá su ofrenda por el pecado ’ —declara el Señor Dios.

And in the day of his coming in unto the sanctuary, unto the inner court, to minister in the sanctuary, he bringeth near his sin-offering -- an affirmation of the Lord Jehovah.

28 ‘ Y con respecto a la heredad para ellos, yo soy su heredad; no les daréis posesión en Israel: yo soy su posesión.

And it hath been to them for an inheritance; I their inheritance: and a possession ye do not give to them in Israel; I their possession.

29 ‘ Comerán la ofrenda de cereal, la ofrenda por el pecado y la ofrenda por la culpa; toda cosa consagrada en Israel será de ellos.

The present, and the sin-offering, and the guilt-offering, they do eat, and every devoted thing in Israel is theirs.

30 ‘ Y las primicias de todos los primeros frutos de todo, y de toda clase de ofrenda de vuestras ofrendas, serán para los sacerdotes; también daréis al sacerdote las primicias de vuestras masas para que haga reposar una bendición sobre vuestra casa.

And the first of all the first-fruits of all, and every heave-offering of all, of all your heave-offerings, are the priests': and the first of your dough ye give to the priest, to cause a blessing to rest on thy house.

31 ‘ Los sacerdotes no comerán el cuerpo muerto o despedazado de ninguna ave ni de ningún animal.

Any carcase and torn thing, of the fowl, and of the beasts, the priests do not eat.
