1 A nd the Lord said to Moses,

¶ Y el SEÑOR habló a Moisés, diciendo:

2 S ay to the Israelites, When you come into the land where you are to live, which I am giving you,

Habla a los hijos de Israel, y diles: Cuando hubiereis entrado en la tierra de vuestras habitaciones, que yo os doy,

3 A nd will make an offering by fire to the Lord from the herd or from the flock, a burnt offering or a sacrifice to fulfill a special vow or as a freewill offering or in your set feasts, to make a pleasant and soothing fragrance to the Lord,

e hiciereis ofrenda encendida al SEÑOR, holocausto, o sacrificio, para ofrecer voto, o de vuestra voluntad, o para hacer en vuestras solemnidades olor grato al SEÑOR, de vacas o de ovejas;

4 T hen shall he who brings his offering to the Lord bring a cereal offering of a tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a fourth of a hin of oil.

entonces el que ofreciere su ofrenda al SEÑOR, traerá por presente una décima de un efa de flor de harina, amasada con la cuarta parte de un hin de aceite;

5 A nd a fourth of a hin of wine for the drink offering you shall prepare with the burnt offering or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.

y de vino para la libación ofrecerás la cuarta parte de un hin, además del holocausto o del sacrificio, por cada cordero.

6 O r for a ram you shall prepare for a cereal offering two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a third of a hin of oil.

Y por cada carnero harás presente de dos décimas de flor de harina, amasada con el tercio de un hin de aceite;

7 A nd for the drink offering you shall offer a third of a hin of wine, for a sweet and pleasing odor to the Lord.

y de vino para la libación ofrecerás el tercio de un hin, en olor grato al SEÑOR.

8 A nd when you prepare a bull for a burnt offering or for a sacrifice, in fulfilling a special vow or peace offering to the Lord,

Y cuando ofreciereis novillo en holocausto o sacrificio, para ofrecer voto, o sacrificio de paz al SEÑOR,

9 T hen shall one offer with the bull a cereal offering of three tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil.

ofrecerás con el novillo un presente de tres décimas de flor de harina, amasada con la mitad de un hin de aceite;

10 A nd you shall bring for the drink offering half a hin of wine for an offering made by fire, of a pleasant and soothing fragrance to the Lord.

y de vino para la libación ofrecerás la mitad de un hin, en ofrenda encendida de olor grato al SEÑOR.

11 T hus shall it be done for each bull or for each ram, or for each of the male lambs or of the kids.

Así se hará con cada buey, o carnero, o cordero, lo mismo de ovejas que de cabras.

12 A ccording to the number that you shall prepare, so shall you do to everyone according to their number.

Conforme al número así haréis con cada uno, según el número de ellos.

13 A ll who are native-born shall do these things in this way in bringing an offering made by fire of a sweet and pleasant odor to the Lord.

Todo natural hará estas cosas así, para ofrecer ofrenda encendida de olor grato al SEÑOR.

14 A nd if a stranger sojourns with you or whoever may be among you throughout your generations, and he wishes to offer an offering made by fire, of a pleasing and soothing fragrance to the Lord, as you do, so shall he do.

Y cuando habitare con vosotros extranjero, o cualquiera que estuviere entre vosotros, por vuestras edades, si hiciere ofrenda encendida de olor grato al SEÑOR, como vosotros hiciereis, así hará él.

15 T here shall be one statute for you and for the stranger who is a temporary resident with you, a statute forever throughout your generations: as you are, so shall the stranger be before the Lord.

Un mismo estatuto tendréis, vosotros de la congregación y el extranjero que mora con vosotros; estatuto que será perpetuo, por vuestras edades; como vosotros, así será el extranjero delante del SEÑOR.

16 O ne law and one ordinance shall be for you and for the stranger who sojourns with you.

Una misma ley y un mismo derecho tendréis, vosotros y el extranjero que mora con vosotros.

17 A nd the Lord said to Moses,

También habló el SEÑOR a Moisés, diciendo:

18 S ay to the Israelites, When you come into the land to which I am bringing you,

Habla a los hijos de Israel, y diles: Cuando hubiereis entrado en la tierra a la cual yo os llevo,

19 T hen, when you eat of the food of the land, you shall set apart a portion for a gift to the Lord.

será que cuando comenzareis a comer del pan de la tierra, ofreceréis ofrenda al SEÑOR.

20 Y ou shall set apart a cake made of the first of your coarse meal as a gift; as an offering set apart from the threshing floor, so shall you lift it out or heave it.

De lo primero que amasareis, ofreceréis una torta en ofrenda; como la ofrenda de la era, así la ofreceréis.

21 O f the first of your coarse meal you shall give to the Lord a portion for a gift throughout your generations.

De las primicias de vuestras masas daréis al SEÑOR ofrenda por vuestras generaciones.

22 W hen you have erred and have not observed all these commandments which the Lord has spoken to Moses,

¶ Y cuando errareis, y no hiciereis todos estos mandamientos que el SEÑOR ha dicho a Moisés,

23 E ven all that the Lord has commanded you through Moses, from the day that the Lord gave commandment and onward throughout your generations,

todas las cosas que el SEÑOR os ha mandado por la mano de Moisés, desde el día que el SEÑOR mandó a Moisés, y en adelante, por vuestras edades,

24 T hen it shall be, if it was done unwittingly or in error without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bull for a burnt offering, for a pleasant and soothing fragrance to the Lord, with its cereal offering and its drink offering, according to the ordinance, and one male goat for a sin offering.

será que, si el pecado fue hecho por yerro con ignorancia de la congregación, toda la congregación ofrecerá un novillo como holocausto, en olor grato al SEÑOR, con su presente y su libación, conforme a la ley; y un macho cabrío como el pecado.

25 A nd the priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the Israelites, and they shall be forgiven, for it was an error and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to the Lord, and their sin offering before the Lord for their error.

Y reconciliará el sacerdote a toda la congregación de los hijos de Israel; y les será perdonado, porque yerro es; y ellos traerán sus ofrendas, ofrenda encendida al SEÑOR, y sus pecados delante del SEÑOR, que cometieron en su ignorancia.

26 A nd all the congregation of the Israelites shall be forgiven and the stranger who lives temporarily among them, because all the people were involved in the error.

Y será perdonado a toda la congregación de los hijos de Israel, y al extranjero que mora entre ellos, por cuanto es yerro de todo el pueblo.

27 A nd if any person sins unknowingly or unintentionally, he shall offer a female goat a year old for a sin offering.

Y si una persona pecare por yerro, ofrecerá una cabra de un año como el pecado.

28 A nd the priest shall make atonement before the Lord for the person who commits an error when he sins unknowingly or unintentionally, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven.

Y el sacerdote reconciliará a la persona que habrá errado por ignorancia, cuando pecare por yerro delante del SEÑOR, la reconciliará, y le será perdonado.

29 Y ou shall have one law for him who sins unknowingly or unintentionally, whether he is native born among the Israelites or a stranger who is sojourning among them.

El natural entre los hijos de Israel, y el extranjero que habitare entre ellos, una misma ley tendréis para el que hiciere algo por yerro.

30 B ut the person who does anything willfully and openly, whether he is native-born or a stranger, that one reproaches, reviles, and blasphemes the Lord, and that person shall be cut off from among his people.

¶ Mas el alma que hiciere algo a conciencia, así el natural como el extranjero, al SEÑOR injurió; y la tal persona será cortada de en medio de su pueblo.

31 B ecause he has despised and rejected the word of the Lord, and has broken His commandment, that person shall be utterly cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.

Por cuanto tuvo en poco la palabra del SEÑOR, y dio por nulo su mandamiento, enteramente será cortada esa persona; su iniquidad será sobre ella.

32 W hile the Israelites were in the wilderness, they found a man who was gathering sticks on the Sabbath day.

Y estando los hijos de Israel en el desierto, hallaron un hombre que recogía leña en día de sábado.

33 T hose who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron and to all the congregation.

Y los que le hallaron recogiendo leña lo trajeron a Moisés y a Aarón, y a toda la congregación;

34 T hey put him in custody, because it was not certain or clear what should be done to him.

y lo pusieron bajo guarda, porque no estaba declarado qué se le había de hacer.

35 A nd the Lord said to Moses, The man shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp.

Y el SEÑOR dijo a Moisés: Irremisiblemente muera aquel hombre; apedréelo con piedras toda la congregación fuera del campamento.

36 A nd all the congregation brought him without the camp and stoned him to death with stones, as the Lord commanded Moses.

Entonces la congregación lo sacó fuera del campamento, y lo apedrearon con piedras, y murió; como el SEÑOR mandó a Moisés.

37 A nd the Lord said to Moses,

¶ Y el SEÑOR habló a Moisés, diciendo:

38 S peak to the Israelites and bid them make fringes or tassels on the corners in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and put upon the fringe of the borders or upon the tassel of each corner a cord of blue.

Habla a los hijos de Israel, y diles que se hagan flecos (franjas) en los bordes de sus vestidos, por sus generaciones; y pongan en cada fleco de los bordes del vestido un cordón de cárdeno.

39 A nd it shall be to you a fringe or tassel that you may look upon and remember all the commandments of the Lord and do them, that you may not spy out and follow after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you used to follow and play the harlot,

Y os servirá de fleco, para que cuando lo viereis, os acordéis de todos los mandamientos del SEÑOR, para ponerlos por obra; y no miréis en pos de vuestro corazón y de vuestros ojos, en pos de los cuales fornicáis.

40 T hat you may remember and do all My commandments and be holy to your God.

Para que os acordéis, y hagáis todos mis mandamientos, y seáis santos a vuestro Dios.

41 I am the Lord your God, Who brought you out of the land of Egypt to be your God. I am the Lord your God.

Yo el SEÑOR vuestro Dios, que os saqué de la tierra de Egipto, para ser vuestro Dios. YO SOY vuestro Dios.
