1 А Іссахарові сини: Тола, і Пуа, Яшув і Шімрон, четверо.

And of the sons of Issachar: Tola, and Puah, Jashub, and Shimron, four.

2 А Толині сини: Уззі, і Рефая, і Єріїл, і Яхмай, і Ївсам, і Самуїл, голови їхніх батьківських домів Толи, хоробрі вояки своїх родів. Число їх за Давидових днів двадцять і дві тисячі і шість сотень.

And the sons of Tola: Uzzi, and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Ibsam, and Shemuel, heads of their fathers' houses, to wit, of Tola; mighty men of valor in their generations: their number in the days of David was two and twenty thousand and six hundred.

3 А сини Уззі: Їзрахія. А сини Їзрахії: Михаїл, і Овадія, і Йоїл, Їшшійя, п'ятеро, вони всі голови.

And the sons of Uzzi: Izrahiah. And the sons of Izrahiah: Michael, and Obadiah, and Joel, Isshiah, five; all of them chief men.

4 А в них, за їхніми нащадками, за домом їхніх батьків, були бойові військові ватаги, тридцять і шість тисяч, бо вони мали багато жінок та синів.

And with them, by their generations, after their fathers' houses, were bands of the host for war, six and thirty thousand; for they had many wives and sons.

5 А їхніх братів по всіх Іссахарових родах, хоробрих вояків, було вісімдесят і сім тисяч, усі вони переписані.

And their brethren among all the families of Issachar, mighty men of valor, reckoned in all by genealogy, were fourscore and seven thousand.

6 В еніямин: Бела, і Бекер, і Єдіяїл, троє.

The sons of Benjamin: Bela, and Becher, and Jediael, three.

7 А сини Белині: Ецбон, і Уззі, і Уззіїл, і Єрімот, і Ірі, п'ятеро голів батьківських домів, хоробрі вояки. А в родоводах їх двадцять і дві тисячі тридцять і чотири.

And the sons of Bela: Ezbon, and Uzzi, and Uzziel, and Jerimoth, and Iri, five; heads of fathers' houses, mighty men of valor; and they were reckoned by genealogy twenty and two thousand and thirty and four.

8 А сини Бехерові: Земіра, і Йоаш, і Еліезер, і Елйоенай, і Омрі, і Єремот, і Авійя, і Анатот, і Алемет, усе це Бехерові сини.

And the sons of Becher: Zemirah, and Joash, and Eliezer, and Elioenai, and Omri, and Jeremoth, and Abijah, and Anathoth, and Alemeth. All these were the sons of Becher.

9 А в родоводах їх, за їхніми нащадками, головами дому їхніх батьків, хоробрих вояків, двадцять тисяч і двісті.

And they were reckoned by genealogy, after their generations, heads of their fathers' houses, mighty men of valor, twenty thousand and two hundred.

10 А сини Єдіяїлові: Білган. А сини Білганові: Єуш, і Веніямин, і Егуд, і Кенаана, і Зетан, і Таршіш, і Ахішахар.

And the sons of Jediael: Bilhan. And the sons of Bilhan: Jeush, and Benjamin, and Ehud, and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tarshish, and Ahishahar.

11 У сіх цих Едіяїлових синів, за головами дому батьків, хоробрих вояків, було сімнадцять тисяч і двісті, що виходили з військовим відділом на війну.

All these were sons of Jediael, according to the heads of their fathers' houses, mighty men of valor, seventeen thousand and two hundred, that were able to go forth in the host for war.

12 І Шуппім, і Хуппім, сини Іра, Хушім син Ахера.

Shuppim also, and Huppim, the sons of Ir, Hushim, the sons of Aher.

13 С ини Нефталимові: Яхціїл, і Ґуні, і Єцер, і Шаллум, сини Білги.

The sons of Naphtali: Jahziel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shallum, the sons of Bilhah.

14 С ини Манасіїні: Асріїл, якого породила його наложниця арамітка; вона породила й Махіра, Ґілеадового батька.

The sons of Manasseh: Asriel, whom his concubine the Aramitess bare: she bare Machir the father of Gilead:

15 А Махір узяв жінку для Хуппіма та Шуппіма, а ім'я його сестрі Мааха, а ім'я другому Целофхад. А в Целофхада були тільки дочки.

and Machir took a wife of Huppim and Shuppim, whose sister's name was Maacah; and the name of the second was Zelophehad: and Zelophehad had daughters.

16 І породила Мааха, Махірова жінка, сина, і назвала ім'я йому Переш, а ім'я братові його Шареш. А його сини Улам і Рекем.

And Maacah the wife of Machir bare a son, and she called his name Peresh; and the name of his brother was Sheresh; and his sons were Ulam and Rakem.

17 А Уламові сини: Бедан. Оце сини Ґілеада, сина Махіра, сина Манасіїного.

And the sons of Ulam: Bedan. These were the sons of Gilead the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh.

18 А сестра його Молехет породила Ішгода, і Авіезера, і Махлу.

And his sister Hammolecheth bare Ishhod, and Abiezer, and Mahlah.

19 А сини Шеміди були: Ахіян, і Шехем, і Лікхі, і Аніям.

And the sons of Shemida were Ahian, and Shechem, and Likhi, and Aniam.

20 А сини Єфремові: Шутелах, і Веред, син його, і син його Тахат, і син його Ел'ада, і син його Тахат,

And the sons of Ephraim: Shuthelah, and Bered his son, and Tahath his son, and Eleadah his son, and Tahath his son,

21 і син його Завад, і син його Шутелах, і Езер, і Ел'ад. І повбивали їх люди Ґату, народжені в Краю, бо вони зійшли були забрати їхні череди.

and Zabad his son, and Shuthelah his son, and Ezer, and Elead, whom the men of Gath that were born in the land slew, because they came down to take away their cattle.

22 І був у жалобі їх батько Єфрем численні дні, а брати його приходили розважати його.

And Ephraim their father mourned many days, and his brethren came to comfort him.

23 І ввійшов він до жінки своєї, і зачала вона, і породила сина, а він назвав ім'я йому: Берія, бо зло було в домі його.

And he went in to his wife, and she conceived, and bare a son, and he called his name Beriah, because it went evil with his house.

24 А дочка його Шеера. І вона збудувала Бет-Хорон долішній і горішній та Уззен-Шееру.

And his daughter was Sheerah, who built Beth-horon the nether and the upper, and Uzzen-sheerah.

25 І син його Рефах, і Решеф, і син його Телах, і син його Тахан,

And Rephah was his son, and Resheph, and Telah his son, and Tahan his son,

26 с ин його Ладан, син його Аммігуд, син його Елішама,

Ladan his son, Ammihud his son, Elishama his son,

27 с ин його Нон, син його Ісус.

Nun his son, Joshua his son.

28 А їхня посілість та місця їхнього оселення Бет-Ел та належні йому міста, а на схід Нааран, а на захід Ґезер та належні йому міста, і Сихем та належні йому міста, аж до Айї та належних йому міст.

And their possessions and habitations were Beth-el and the towns thereof, and eastward Naaran, and westward Gezer, with the towns thereof; Shechem also and the towns thereof, unto Azzah and the towns thereof;

29 А на руки Манасіїних синів: Бет-Шеан та належні йому міста, Танах та належні йому міста, Меґіддо та належні йому міста, Дор та належні йому міста, у них сиділи сини Йосипа, Ізраїлевого сина.

and by the borders of the children of Manasseh, Beth-shean and its towns, Taanach and its towns, Megiddo and its towns, Dor and its towns. In these dwelt the children of Joseph the son of Israel.

30 С ини Асирові: Їмна, і Їшва, і Їшві, і Берія, та сестра їх Серах.

The sons of Asher: Imnah, and Ishvah, and Ishvi, and Beriah, and Serah their sister.

31 А сини Беріїні: Хевер і Малкіїл, він батько Бірзаіта.

And the sons of Beriah: Heber, and Malchiel, who was the father of Birzaith.

32 А Хевер породив Яфлета, і Шомера, і Хотама, і сестру їх Шую.

And Heber begat Japhlet, and Shomer, and Hotham, and Shua their sister.

33 А сини Яфлетові: Пасах, і Бімхал, і Ашват, оце сини Яфлетові.

And the sons of Japhlet: Pasach, and Bimhal, and Ashvath. These are the children of Japhlet.

34 А сини Шемерові: Ахі і Рогаґґа, Яхебба та Арам.

And the sons of Shemer: Ahi, and Rohgah, Jehubbah, and Aram.

35 А сини Гелема, його брата: Цофах, і Їмна, і Шелеш, і Амал.

And the sons of Helem his brother: Zophah, and Imna, and Shelesh, and Amal.

36 С ини Цофахові: Суах, і Харнефер, і Шуал, і Бері, і Їмра,

The sons of Zophah: Suah, and Harnepher, and Shual, and Beri, and Imrah,

37 Б ецер, і Год, і Шамма, і Шілша, і Їтран, і Беера.

Bezer, and Hod, and Shamma, and Shilshah, and Ithran, and Beera.

38 А сини Єтерові: Єфунне, і Піспа, і Ара.

And the sons of Jether: Jephunneh, and Pispa, and Ara.

39 А сини Улли: Арах, і Ханніїл, і Ріція.

And the sons of Ulla: Arah, and Hanniel, and Rizia.

40 У се це Асирові сини, голови батьківських домів, вибрані лицарі вояки, голови начальників. А в родовідних книгах військових записано, число їхніх людей було двадцять і шість тисяч.

All these were the children of Asher, heads of the fathers' houses, choice and mighty men of valor, chief of the princes. And the number of them reckoned by genealogy for service in war was twenty and six thousand men.
