1 И бо Царство Небесное подобно хозяину дома, который вышел рано поутру нанять работников в виноградник свой

For the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of an estate who went out in the morning along with the dawn to hire workmen for his vineyard.

2 и , договорившись с работниками по динарию на день, послал их в виноградник свой;

After agreeing with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard.

3 в ыйдя около третьего часа, он увидел других, стоящих на торжище праздно,

And going out about the third hour (nine o’clock), he saw others standing idle in the marketplace;

4 и им сказал: идите и вы в виноградник мой, и что следовать будет, дам вам. Они пошли.

And he said to them, You go also into the vineyard, and whatever is right I will pay you. And they went.

5 О пять выйдя около шестого и девятого часа, сделал то же.

He went out again about the sixth hour (noon), and the ninth hour (three o’clock) he did the same.

6 Н аконец, выйдя около одиннадцатого часа, он нашел других, стоящих праздно, и говорит им: что вы стоите здесь целый день праздно?

And about the eleventh hour (five o’clock) he went out and found still others standing around, and said to them, Why do you stand here idle all day?

7 О ни говорят ему: никто нас не нанял. Он говорит им: идите и вы в виноградник мой, и что следовать будет, получите.

They answered him, Because nobody has hired us. He told them, You go out into the vineyard also and you will get whatever is just and fair.

8 К огда же наступил вечер, говорит господин виноградника управителю своему: позови работников и отдай им плату, начав с последних до первых.

When evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his manager, Call the workmen and pay them their wages, beginning with the last and ending with the first.

9 И пришедшие около одиннадцатого часа получили по динарию.

And those who had been hired at the eleventh hour (five o’clock) came and received a denarius each.

10 П ришедшие же первыми думали, что они получат больше, но получили и они по динарию;

Now when the first came, they supposed they would get more, but each of them also received a denarius.

11 и , получив, стали роптать на хозяина дома

And when they received it, they grumbled at the owner of the estate,

12 и говорили: эти последние работали один час, и ты сравнял их с нами, перенесшими тягость дня и зной.

Saying, These who came last worked no more than an hour, and yet you have made them rank with us who have borne the burden and the scorching heat of the day.

13 О н же в ответ сказал одному из них: друг! я не обижаю тебя; не за динарий ли ты договорился со мною?

But he answered one of them, Friend, I am doing you no injustice. Did you not agree with me for a denarius?

14 в озьми свое и пойди; я же хочу дать этому последнему, что и тебе;

Take what belongs to you and go. I choose to give to this man hired last the same as I give to you.

15 р азве я не властен в своем делать, что хочу? или глаз твой завистлив оттого, что я добр?

Am I not permitted to do what I choose with what is mine? Is your eye evil because I am good?

16 Т ак будут последние первыми, и первые последними, ибо много званых, а мало избранных.

So those who are last will be first, and those who are first will be last. For many are called, but few chosen.

17 И , восходя в Иерусалим, Иисус дорогою отозвал двенадцать учеников одних, и сказал им:

And as Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, He took the twelve disciples aside along the way and said to them,

18 в от, мы восходим в Иерусалим, и Сын Человеческий предан будет первосвященникам и книжникам, и осудят Его на смерть;

Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and scribes; and they will sentence Him to death

19 и предадут Его язычникам на поругание и биение и распятие; и в третий день воскреснет.

And deliver Him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and whipped and crucified, and He will be raised on the third day.

20 Т огда приступила к Нему мать сыновей Зеведеевых с сыновьями своими, кланяясь и чего-то прося у Него.

Then the mother of Zebedee’s children came up to Him with her sons and, kneeling, worshiped Him and asked a favor of Him.

21 О н сказал ей: чего ты хочешь? Она говорит Ему: скажи, чтобы сии два сына мои сели у Тебя один по правую сторону, а другой по левую в Царстве Твоем.

And He asked her, What do you wish? She answered Him, Give orders that these two sons of mine may sit, one at Your right hand and one at Your left in Your kingdom.

22 И исус сказал в ответ: не знаете, чего просите. Можете ли пить чашу, которую Я буду пить, или креститься крещением, которым Я крещусь? Они говорят Ему: можем.

But Jesus replied, You do not realize what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink and to be baptized with the baptism with which I am baptized ? They answered, We are able.

23 И говорит им: чашу Мою будете пить, и крещением, которым Я крещусь, будете креститься, но дать сесть у Меня по правую сторону и по левую--не от Меня, но кому уготовано Отцем Моим.

He said to them, You will drink My cup, but seats at My right hand and at My left are not Mine to give, but they are for those for whom they have been ordained and prepared by My Father.

24 У слышав десять вознегодовали на двух братьев.

But when the ten heard this, they were indignant at the two brothers.

25 И исус же, подозвав их, сказал: вы знаете, что князья народов господствуют над ними, и вельможи властвуют ими;

And Jesus called them to Him and said, You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great men hold them in subjection.

26 н о между вами да не будет так: а кто хочет между вами быть большим, да будет вам слугою;

Not so shall it be among you; but whoever wishes to be great among you must be your servant,

27 и кто хочет между вами быть первым, да будет вам рабом;

And whoever desires to be first among you must be your slave—

28 т ак как Сын Человеческий не пришел, чтобы Ему служили, но чтобы послужить и отдать душу Свою для искупления многих.

Just as the Son of Man came not to be waited on but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.

29 И когда выходили они из Иерихона, за Ним следовало множество народа.

And as they were going out of Jericho, a great throng accompanied Him.

30 И вот, двое слепых, сидевшие у дороги, услышав, что Иисус идет мимо, начали кричать: помилуй нас, Господи, Сын Давидов!

And behold, two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was passing by, they cried out, Lord, have pity and mercy on us, Son of David!

31 Н арод же заставлял их молчать; но они еще громче стали кричать: помилуй нас, Господи, Сын Давидов!

The crowds reproved them and told them to keep still; but they cried out all the more, Lord, have pity and mercy on us, Son of David!

32 И исус, остановившись, подозвал их и сказал: чего вы хотите от Меня?

And Jesus stopped and called them, and asked, What do you want Me to do for you?

33 О ни говорят Ему: Господи! чтобы открылись глаза наши.

They answered Him, Lord, we want our eyes to be opened!

34 И исус же, умилосердившись, прикоснулся к глазам их; и тотчас прозрели глаза их, и они пошли за Ним.

And Jesus, in pity, touched their eyes; and instantly they received their sight and followed Him.
