1 Е сли кто согрешит тем, что слышал голос проклятия и был свидетелем, или видел, или знал, но не объявил, то он понесет на себе грех.

If anyone sins in that he is sworn to testify and has knowledge of the matter, either by seeing or hearing of it, but fails to report it, then he shall bear his iniquity and willfulness.

2 И ли если прикоснется к чему-нибудь нечистому, или к трупу зверя нечистого, или к трупу скота нечистого, или к трупу гада нечистого, но не знал того, то он нечист и виновен.

Or if anyone touches an unclean thing, whether the carcass of an unclean wild beast or of an unclean domestic animal or of unclean creeping things that multiply prolifically, even if he is unaware of it, and he has become unclean, he is guilty.

3 И ли если прикоснется к нечистоте человеческой, какая бы то ни была нечистота, от которой оскверняются, и он не знал того, но после узнает, то он виновен.

Or if he touches human uncleanness, of whatever kind the uncleanness may be with which he becomes defiled, and he is unaware of it, when he does know it, then he shall be guilty.

4 И ли если кто безрассудно устами своими поклянется сделать что-нибудь худое или доброе, какое бы то ни было дело, в котором люди безрассудно клянутся, и он не знал того, но после узнает, то он виновен в том.

Or if anyone unthinkingly swears he will do something, whether to do evil or good, whatever it may be that a man shall pronounce rashly taking an oath, then, when he becomes aware of it, he shall be guilty in either of these.

5 Е сли он виновен в чем-нибудь из сих, и исповедается, в чем он согрешил,

When a man is guilty in one of these, he shall confess the sin he has committed.

6 т о пусть принесет Господу за грех свой, которым он согрешил, жертву повинности из мелкого скота, овцу или козу, за грех, и очистит его священник от греха его.

He shall bring his guilt or trespass offering to the Lord for the sin which he has committed, a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make atonement for his sin.

7 Е сли же он не в состоянии принести овцы, то в повинность за грех свой пусть принесет Господу двух горлиц или двух молодых голубей, одного в жертву за грех, а другого во всесожжение;

But if he cannot afford a lamb, then he shall bring for his guilt offering to the Lord two turtledoves or two young pigeons, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.

8 п усть принесет их к священнику, и представит прежде ту, которая за грех, и надломит голову ее от шеи ее, но не отделит;

He shall bring them to the priest, who shall offer the one for the sin offering first, and wring its head from its neck, but shall not sever it;

9 и покропит кровью сей жертвы за грех на стену жертвенника, а остальную кровь выцедит к подножию жертвенника: это жертва за грех;

And he shall sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar, and the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar; it is a sin offering.

10 а другую употребит во всесожжение по установлению; и так очистит его священник от греха его, которым он согрешил, и прощено будет ему.

And he shall prepare the second bird for a burnt offering, according to the ordinance; and the priest shall make atonement for him for his sin which he has committed, and he shall be forgiven.

11 Е сли же он не в состоянии принести двух горлиц или двух молодых голубей, пусть принесет за то, что согрешил, десятую часть ефы пшеничной муки в жертву за грех; пусть не льет на нее елея, и ливана пусть не кладет на нее, ибо это жертва за грех;

But if the offender cannot afford to bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then he shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall put no oil or frankincense on it, for it is a sin offering.

12 и принесет ее к священнику, а священник возьмет из нее полную горсть в память и сожжет на жертвеннике в жертву Господу: это жертва за грех;

He shall bring it to the priest, who shall take a handful of it as a memorial portion and burn it on the altar, on the offerings made by fire to the Lord; it is a sin offering.

13 и так очистит его священник от греха его, которым он согрешил в котором-нибудь из оных, и прощено будет ему; же принадлежит священнику, как приношение хлебное.

Thus the priest shall make atonement for him for the sin that he has committed in any of these things, and he shall be forgiven; and the remainder shall be for the priest, as in the cereal offering.

14 И сказал Господь Моисею, говоря:

And the Lord said to Moses,

15 е сли кто сделает преступление и по ошибке согрешит против посвященного Господу, пусть за вину свою принесет Господу из стада овец овна без порока, по твоей оценке, серебряными сиклями по сиклю священному, в жертву повинности;

If anyone commits a breach of faith and sins unwittingly in the holy things of the Lord, he shall bring his trespass or guilt offering to the Lord, a ram without blemish out of the flock, valued by you in shekels of silver, that is, the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass or guilt offering.

16 з а ту святыню, против которой он согрешил, пусть воздаст и прибавит к тому пятую долю, и отдаст сие священнику, и священник очистит его овном жертвы повинности, и прощено будет ему.

And he shall make restitution for what he has done amiss in the holy thing, and shall add a fifth to it, and give it to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass or guilt offering, and he shall be forgiven.

17 Е сли кто согрешит и сделает что-нибудь против заповедей Господних, чего не надлежало делать, и по неведению сделается виновным и понесет на себе грех,

If anyone sins and does any of the things the Lord has forbidden, though he was not aware of it, yet he is guilty and shall bear his iniquity.

18 п усть принесет к священнику в жертву повинности овна без порока, по оценке твоей, и загладит священник проступок его, в чем он преступил по неведению, и прощено будет ему.

He shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, estimated by you to the amount, for a guilt or trespass offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him for the error which he committed unknowingly, and he shall be forgiven.

19 Э то жертва повинности, он провинился пред Господом.

It is a trespass or guilt offering; he is certainly guilty before the Lord.
