1 И сказал Господь Моисею, говоря:

And the Lord said to Moses,

2 с кажи сие сынам Израилевым: кто из сынов Израилевых и из пришельцев, живущих между Израильтянами, даст из детей своих Молоху, тот да будет предан смерти: народ земли да побьет его камнями;

Moreover, you shall say to the Israelites, Any one of the Israelites or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel who gives any of his children to Molech shall surely be put to death; the people of the land shall stone him with stones.

3 и Я обращу лице Мое на человека того и истреблю его из народа его за то, что он дал из детей своих Молоху, чтоб осквернить святилище Мое и обесчестить святое имя Мое;

I also will set My face against that man and will cut him off from among his people, because he has given of his children to Molech, defiling My sanctuary and profaning My holy name.

4 и если народ земли не обратит очей своих на человека того, когда он даст из детей своих Молоху, и не умертвит его,

And if the people of the land do at all hide their eyes from the man when he gives one of his children to Molech and they overlook it or neglect to take legal action to punish him, winking at his sin, and do not kill him,

5 т о Я обращу лице Мое на человека того и на род его и истреблю его из народа его, и всех блудящих по следам его, чтобы блудно ходить вслед Молоха.

Then I will set My face against that man and against his family and will cut him off from among their people, him and all who follow him to play the harlot after Molech.

6 И если какая душа обратится к вызывающим мертвых и к волшебникам, чтобы блудно ходить вслед их, то Я обращу лице Мое на ту душу и истреблю ее из народа ее.

The person who turns to those who have familiar spirits and to wizards, playing the harlot after them, I will set My face against that person and will cut him off from among his people.

7 О свящайте себя и будьте святы, ибо Я Господь, Бог ваш,.

Consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy; for I am the Lord your God.

8 С облюдайте постановления Мои и исполняйте их, ибо Я Господь, освящающий вас.

And you shall keep My statutes and do them. I am the Lord Who sanctifies you.

9 К то будет злословить отца своего или мать свою, тот да будет предан смерти; отца своего и мать свою он злословил: кровь его на нем.

Everyone who curses his father or mother shall surely be put to death; he has cursed his father or mother; his bloodguilt is upon him.

10 Е сли кто будет прелюбодействовать с женой замужнею, если кто будет прелюбодействовать с женою ближнего своего, --да будут преданы смерти и прелюбодей и прелюбодейка.

The man who commits adultery with another’s wife, even his neighbor’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

11 К то ляжет с женою отца своего, тот открыл наготу отца своего: оба они да будут преданы смерти, кровь их на них.

And the man who lies carnally with his father’s wife has uncovered his father’s nakedness; both of the guilty ones shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon their own heads.

12 Е сли кто ляжет с невесткою своею, то оба они да будут преданы смерти: мерзость сделали они, кровь их на них.

And if a man lies carnally with his daughter-in-law, both of them shall surely be put to death; they have wrought confusion, perversion, and defilement; their blood shall be upon their own heads.

13 Е сли кто ляжет с мужчиною, как с женщиною, то оба они сделали мерзость: да будут преданы смерти, кровь их на них.

If a man lies with a male as if he were a woman, both men have committed an offense (something perverse, unnatural, abhorrent, and detestable); they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

14 Е сли кто возьмет себе жену и мать ее: это беззаконие; на огне должно сжечь его и их, чтобы не было беззакония между вами.

And if a man takes a wife and her mother, it is wickedness and an outrageous offense; all three shall be burned with fire, both he and they, that there be no wickedness among you.

15 К то смесится со скотиною, того предать смерти, и скотину убейте.

And if a man lies carnally with a beast, he shall surely be to death, and you shall slay the beast.

16 Е сли женщина пойдет к какой-нибудь скотине, чтобы совокупиться с нею, то убей женщину и скотину: да будут они преданы смерти, кровь их на них.

If a woman approaches any beast and lies carnally with it, you shall the woman and the beast; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.

17 Е сли кто возьмет сестру свою, дочь отца своего или дочь матери своей, и увидит наготу ее, и она увидит наготу его: это срам, да будут они истреблены пред глазами сынов народа своего; он открыл наготу сестры своей: грех свой понесет он.

If a man takes his sister, his father’s or his mother’s daughter, and sees her nakedness and she sees his nakedness, it is a wicked and shameful thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their people; he has had sexual relations with his sister; he shall bear his iniquity.

18 Е сли кто ляжет с женою во время болезни и откроет наготу ее, то он обнажил истечения ее, и она открыла течение кровей своих: оба они да будут истреблены из народа своего.

And if a man shall lie with a woman having her menstrual pains and shall uncover her nakedness, he has made naked her fountain, and she has uncovered the fountain of her blood; and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.

19 Н аготы сестры матери твоей и сестры отца твоего не открывай, ибо таковой обнажает плоть свою: грех свой понесут они.

You shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother’s sister or of your father’s sister, for that is to make naked his close kin; they shall bear their iniquity.

20 К то ляжет с теткою своею, тот открыл наготу дяди своего; грех свой понесут они, бездетными умрут.

And if a man shall lie carnally with his uncle’s wife, he has uncovered his uncle’s nakedness; they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.

21 Е сли кто возьмет жену брата своего: это гнусно; он открыл наготу брата своего, бездетны будут они.

And if a man shall take his brother’s wife, it is impurity; he has uncovered his brother’s nakedness; they shall be childless.

22 С облюдайте все уставы Мои и все законы Мои и исполняйте их, --и не свергнет вас с себя земля, в которую Я веду вас жить.

You shall therefore keep all My statutes and all My ordinances and do them, that the land where I am bringing you to dwell may not vomit you out.

23 Н е поступайте по обычаям народа, который Я прогоняю от вас; ибо они всё это делали, и Я вознегодовал на них,

You shall not walk in the customs of the nation which I am casting out before you; for they did all these things, and therefore I was wearied and grieved by them.

24 и сказал Я вам: вы владейте землею их, и вам отдаю в наследие землю, в которой течет молоко и мед. Я Господь, Бог ваш, Который отделил вас от всех народов.

But I have said to you, You shall inherit their land, and I will give it to you to possess, a land flowing with milk and honey. I am the Lord your God, Who has separated you from the peoples.

25 О тличайте скот чистый от нечистого и птицу чистую от нечистой и не оскверняйте душ ваших скотом и птицею и всем пресмыкающимся по земле, что отличил Я, как нечистое.

You shall therefore make a distinction between the clean beast and the unclean, and between the unclean fowl and the clean; and you shall not make yourselves detestable with beast or with bird or with anything with which the ground teems or that creeps, which I have set apart from you as unclean.

26 Б удьте предо Мною святы, ибо Я свят Господь, и Я отделил вас от народов, чтобы вы были Мои.

And you shall be holy to Me; for I the Lord am holy, and have separated you from the peoples, that you should be Mine.

27 М ужчина ли или женщина, если будут они вызывать мертвых или волхвовать, да будут преданы смерти: камнями должно побить их, кровь их на них.

A man or woman who is a medium and has a familiar spirit or is a wizard shall surely be put to death, be stoned with stones; their blood shall be upon them.
