1 A nd these are the kings of the land, whom the children of Israel smote, and of whose land they took possession across the Jordan, toward the sun-rising, from the river Arnon to mount Hermon, and all the plain on the east:

¶ Estos son los reyes de la tierra que los hijos de Israel hirieron, y cuya tierra poseyeron al otro lado del Jordán al nacimiento del sol, desde el arroyo de Arnón hasta el monte de Hermón, y toda la llanura oriental:

2 S ihon the king of the Amorites, who dwelt at Heshbon, ruled from Aroer, which is upon the bank of the river Arnon, and from the middle of the ravine, and over half Gilead, as far as the river Jabbok, the border of the children of Ammon;

Sehón rey de los amorreos, que habitaba en Hesbón, y señoreaba desde Aroer, que está a la ribera del arroyo de Arnón, y desde en medio del arroyo, y la mitad de Galaad, hasta el arroyo Jaboc, el término de los hijos de Amón;

3 a nd the plain as far as the sea of Chinneroth on the east, and as far as the sea of the plain, the salt sea, on the east, toward Beth-jeshimoth; and on the south, under the slopes of Pisgah;

y desde la campiña hasta el mar de Cineret, al oriente; y hasta el mar de la llanura, el mar Salado, al oriente, por el camino de Bet-jesimot; y desde el mediodía debajo de las vertientes del Pisga.

4 a nd the territory of Og the king of Bashan, of the residue of the giants, who dwelt at Ashtaroth and at Edrei,

Y los términos de Og rey de Basán, que había quedado de los refaítas, el cual habitaba en Astarot y en Edrei,

5 a nd ruled over mount Hermon, and over Salcah, and over all Bashan, as far as the border of the Geshurites and the Maachathites, and half Gilead the border of Sihon the king of Heshbon.

y señoreaba en el monte de Hermón, y en Salca, y en todo Basán hasta los términos de Gesur y de Maaca, y la mitad de Galaad, término de Sehón rey de Hesbón.

6 M oses the servant of Jehovah and the children of Israel smote them, and Moses the servant of Jehovah gave it for a possession to the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to half the tribe of Manasseh.

A éstos hirieron Moisés siervo del SEÑOR y los hijos de Israel; y Moisés siervo del SEÑOR dio aquella tierra en posesión a los rubenitas, gaditas, y a la media tribu de Manasés.

7 A nd these are the kings of the land whom Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side the Jordan on the west, from Baal-Gad in the valley of Lebanon as far as the smooth mountain, which rises toward Seir. And Joshua gave it to the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions,

¶ Y éstos son los reyes de la tierra que hirió Josué con los hijos de Israel, del otro lado del Jordán al occidente, desde Baal-gad en el llano del Líbano hasta el monte de Halac que sube a Seir; y Josué dio la tierra en posesión a las tribus de Israel, conforme a sus repartimientos;

8 i n the mountain, and in the lowland, and in the plain, and on the hill-slopes, and in the wilderness, and in the south: the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites and the Jebusites:

en los montes y en los valles, en los llanos y en las vertientes, al desierto y al mediodía; el heteo, el amorreo, el cananeo, el ferezeo, el heveo, y el jebuseo.
