1 T hou hast been favourable, Jehovah, unto thy land; thou hast turned the captivity of Jacob:

Fuiste propicio a tu tierra, oh SEÑOR; volviste la cautividad de Jacob.

2 T hou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people; thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.

Perdonaste la iniquidad de tu pueblo; cubriste todos los pecados de ellos. (Selah.)

3 T hou hast withdrawn all thy wrath; thou hast turned from the fierceness of thine anger.

Quitaste toda tu saña; te volviste de la ira de tu furor.

4 B ring us back, O God of our salvation, and cause thine indignation toward us to cease.

Vuélvenos, oh Dios, salud nuestra, y haz cesar tu ira de sobre nosotros.

5 W ilt thou be angry with us for ever? wilt thou draw out thine anger from generation to generation?

¿Estarás enojado contra nosotros para siempre? ¿Extenderás tu ira de generación en generación?

6 W ilt thou not revive us again, that thy people may rejoice in thee?

¿No volverás tú a darnos vida, y tu pueblo se alegrará en ti?

7 S hew us thy loving-kindness, O Jehovah, and grant us thy salvation.

Muéstranos, oh SEÑOR, tu misericordia, y danos tu salud.

8 I will hear what God, Jehovah, will speak; for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his godly ones: but let them not turn again to folly.

¶ Escucharé lo que hablará Dios el SEÑOR; porque hablará paz a su pueblo y a sus santos, para que no se conviertan otra vez a la locura.

9 S urely his salvation is nigh them that fear him, that glory may dwell in our land.

Ciertamente cercana está su salud a los que le temen; para que habite la gloria en nuestra tierra.

10 L oving-kindness and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other:

La misericordia y la verdad se encontraron; la justicia y la paz se besaron.

11 T ruth shall spring out of the earth, and righteousness shall look down from the heavens.

La verdad reverdecerá de la tierra; y la justicia mirará desde los cielos.

12 J ehovah also will give what is good, and our land shall yield its increase.

El SEÑOR dará también el bien; y nuestra tierra dará su fruto.

13 R ighteousness shall go before him, and shall set his footsteps on the way.

La justicia irá delante de él; y pondrá sus pasos en camino.
