1 C ome, let us sing aloud to Jehovah, let us shout for joy to the rock of our salvation;

¶ Venid, alegrémonos en el SEÑOR; cantemos con júbilo a la roca de nuestra salud.

2 L et us come before his face with thanksgiving; let us shout aloud unto him with psalms.

Lleguemos ante su presencia con alabanza; cantemos a El con júbilo.

3 F or Jehovah is a great God, and a great king above all gods.

Porque el SEÑOR es Dios grande; y Rey grande sobre todos los dioses.

4 I n his hand are the deep places of the earth; the heights of the mountains are his also:

Porque en su mano están las profundidades de la tierra, y las alturas de los montes son suyas.

5 T he sea is his, and he made it, and his hands formed the dry.

Suyo también el mar, pues él lo hizo; y sus manos formaron la tierra seca.

6 C ome, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before Jehovah our Maker.

Venid, postrémonos y adoremos; arrodillémonos delante del SEÑOR nuestro hacedor.

7 F or he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture and the sheep of his hand. To-day if ye hear his voice,

¶ Porque él es nuestro Dios; y nosotros el pueblo de su prado, y ovejas de su mano. Si hoy oyereis su voz,

8 H arden not your heart, as at Meribah, as the day of Massah, in the wilderness;

no endurezcáis vuestro corazón como en Meriba, como el día de Masá en el desierto;

9 W hen your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work.

donde me tentaron vuestros padres, me probaron, y vieron mi obra.

10 F orty years was I grieved with the generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways;

Cuarenta años combatí con la nación, y dije: Pueblo es que yerra de corazón, que no han conocido mis caminos.

11 S o that I swore in mine anger, that they should not enter into my rest.

Por tanto yo juré en mi furor: No entrarán en mi reposo.
