1 N ow these are the kings of the land, which the children of Israel smote, and possessed their land on the other side Jordan toward the rising of the sun, from the river Arnon unto mount Hermon, and all the plain on the east:

¶ Estos son los reyes de la tierra que los hijos de Israel hirieron, y cuya tierra poseyeron al otro lado del Jordán al nacimiento del sol, desde el arroyo de Arnón hasta el monte de Hermón, y toda la llanura oriental:

2 S ihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt in Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is upon the bank of the river Arnon, and from the middle of the river, and from half Gilead, even unto the river Jabbok, which is the border of the children of Ammon;

Sehón rey de los amorreos, que habitaba en Hesbón, y señoreaba desde Aroer, que está a la ribera del arroyo de Arnón, y desde en medio del arroyo, y la mitad de Galaad, hasta el arroyo Jaboc, el término de los hijos de Amón;

3 a nd from the plain to the sea of Chinneroth on the east, and unto the sea of the plain, even the salt sea on the east, the way to Beth-jeshimoth; and from the south, under Ashdoth-pisgah:

y desde la campiña hasta el mar de Cineret, al oriente; y hasta el mar de la llanura, el mar Salado, al oriente, por el camino de Bet-jesimot; y desde el mediodía debajo de las vertientes del Pisga.

4 a nd the coast of Og king of Bashan, which was of the remnant of the giants, that dwelt at Ashtaroth and at Edrei,

Y los términos de Og rey de Basán, que había quedado de los refaítas, el cual habitaba en Astarot y en Edrei,

5 a nd reigned in mount Hermon, and in Salcah, and in all Bashan, unto the border of the Geshurites and the Maachathites, and half Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.

y señoreaba en el monte de Hermón, y en Salca, y en todo Basán hasta los términos de Gesur y de Maaca, y la mitad de Galaad, término de Sehón rey de Hesbón.

6 T hem did Moses the servant of the Lord and the children of Israel smite: and Moses the servant of the Lord gave it for a possession unto the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh.

A éstos hirieron Moisés siervo del SEÑOR y los hijos de Israel; y Moisés siervo del SEÑOR dio aquella tierra en posesión a los rubenitas, gaditas, y a la media tribu de Manasés.

7 A nd these are the kings of the country which Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Jordan on the west, from Baal-gad in the valley of Lebanon even unto the mount Halak, that goeth up to Seir; which Joshua gave unto the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions;

¶ Y éstos son los reyes de la tierra que hirió Josué con los hijos de Israel, del otro lado del Jordán al occidente, desde Baal-gad en el llano del Líbano hasta el monte de Halac que sube a Seir; y Josué dio la tierra en posesión a las tribus de Israel, conforme a sus repartimientos;

8 i n the mountains, and in the valleys, and in the plains, and in the springs, and in the wilderness, and in the south country; the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites:

en los montes y en los valles, en los llanos y en las vertientes, al desierto y al mediodía; el heteo, el amorreo, el cananeo, el ferezeo, el heveo, y el jebuseo.

9 t he king of Jericho, one; the king of Ai, which is beside Beth-el, one;

El rey de Jericó, uno; el rey de Hai, que está al lado de Bet-el, otro;
