1 A nd he entered again into the synagogue; and there was a man there which had a withered hand.

¶ Y otra vez entró en la sinagoga; y había allí un hombre que tenía una mano seca.

2 A nd they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath day; that they might accuse him.

Y le acechaban si en sábado le sanaría, para acusarle.

3 A nd he saith unto the man which had the withered hand, Stand forth.

Entonces dijo al hombre que tenía la mano seca: Levántate en medio.

4 A nd he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace.

Y les dice: ¿Es lícito hacer bien en sábados, o hacer mal? ¿Salvar la persona, o matarla? Mas ellos callaban.

5 A nd when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other.

Y mirándolos alrededor con enojo, condoliéndose de la ceguedad de sus corazones, dice al hombre: Extiende tu mano. Y la extendió; y su mano fue restituida sana como la otra.

6 A nd the Pharisees went forth, and straightway took counsel with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.

Entonces saliendo los fariseos, tomaron consejo con los herodianos contra él, para matarle.

7 B ut Jesus withdrew himself with his disciples to the sea: and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judæa,

Mas Jesús se apartó al mar con sus discípulos; y le siguió gran multitud de Galilea, y de Judea,

8 a nd from Jerusalem, and from Idumæa, and from beyond Jordan; and they about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they had heard what great things he did, came unto him.

y de Jerusalén, y de Idumea, y del otro lado del Jordán. Y los que moran alrededor de Tiro y de Sidón, grande multitud, oyendo cuán grandes cosas hacía, vinieron a él.

9 A nd he spake to his disciples, that a small ship should wait on him because of the multitude, lest they should throng him.

Y dijo a sus discípulos que le tuvieran siempre apercibida la barquilla, por causa de la multitud, para que no le oprimieran.

10 F or he had healed many; insomuch that they pressed upon him for to touch him, as many as had plagues.

Porque había sanado a muchos; de tal manera que caían sobre él cuantos tenían plagas, para tocarle.

11 A nd unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried, saying, Thou art the Son of God.

Y los espíritus inmundos, al verle, se postraban delante de él, y daban voces, diciendo: Tú eres el Hijo de Dios.

12 A nd he straitly charged them that they should not make him known.

Mas él les reñía mucho que no lo manifestaran.

13 A nd he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth unto him whom he would: and they came unto him.

¶ Y subió al monte, y llamó a sí a los que él quiso; y vinieron a él.

14 A nd he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,

Y estableció doce, para que estuvieran con él, y para enviarlos a predicar.

15 a nd to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:

Y que tuvieran potestad de sanar enfermedades, y de echar fuera demonios.

16 a nd Simon he surnamed Peter;

A Simón, al cual puso por nombre Pedro;

17 a nd James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, which is, The sons of thunder:

y a Jacobo, hijo de Zebedeo, y a Juan hermano de Jacobo; y los apellidó Boanerges, que es, Hijos del trueno;

18 a nd Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphæus, and Thaddæus, and Simon the Canaanite,

y a Andrés, y a Felipe, y a Bartolomé, y a Mateo, y a Tomás, y a Jacobo hijo de Alfeo, y a Tadeo, y a Simón el cananista,

19 a nd Judas Iscariot, which also betrayed him: and they went into an house.

Y a Judas Iscariote, el que le entregó. Y vinieron a casa.

20 A nd the multitude cometh together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.

Y otra vez se juntó la multitud de tal manera, que ellos ni aun podían comer pan.

21 A nd when his friends heard of it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, He is beside himself.

Cuando lo oyeron los suyos, vinieron para prenderle; porque decían: Está fuera de sí.

22 A nd the scribes which came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebub, and by the prince of the devils casteth he out devils.

¶ Pero los escribas que habían venido de Jerusalén, decían que tenía a Beelzebú; y que por el príncipe de los demonios echaba fuera los demonios.

23 A nd he called them unto him, and said unto them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan?

Y llamándolos, les dijo en parábolas: ¿Cómo puede Satanás echar fuera a Satanás?

24 A nd if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.

Si algún reino contra sí mismo fuere dividido, no puede permanecer el tal reino.

25 A nd if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.

Y si alguna casa fuere dividida contra sí misma, no puede permanecer la tal casa.

26 A nd if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.

Y si Satanás se levantare contra sí mismo, y fuere dividido, no puede permanecer; antes tiene fin.

27 N o man can enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.

Nadie puede saquear las alhajas del hombre fuerte entrando en su casa, si antes no atare al hombre fuerte; y entonces saqueará su casa.

28 V erily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:

De cierto os digo que todos los pecados serán perdonados a los hijos de los hombres, y las blasfemias cualesquiera con que blasfemaren;

29 b ut he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:

mas cualquiera que blasfemare contra el Espíritu Santo, no tiene jamás perdón; mas está obligado a eterno juicio.

30 B ecause they said, He hath an unclean spirit.

Porque decían: Tiene espíritu inmundo.

31 T here came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him.

¶ Vienen después sus hermanos y su madre, y estando fuera, enviaron a él, llamándole.

32 A nd the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee.

La multitud estaba sentada alrededor de él, y le dijeron: He aquí, tu madre y tus hermanos (y tus hermanas) te buscan fuera.

33 A nd he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren?

Y él les respondió, diciendo: ¿Quién es mi madre y mis hermanos?

34 A nd he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!

Y mirando alrededor a los que estaban sentados alrededor de él, dijo: He aquí mi madre y hermanos.

35 F or whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.

Porque cualquiera que hiciere la voluntad de Dios, éste es mi hermano, y mi hermana, y mi madre.
