1 П ри това, братя, желая да разбирате и за духовните дарби.

Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware.

2 В ие знаете, че когато бяхте езичници, се отвличахте към немите идоли, както и да ви водеха.

You know that when you were pagans, you were led astray to the mute idols, however you were led.

3 З атова ви известявам, че никой, като говори с Божия Дух, не казва: Да бъде проклет Исус! И никой не може да нарече Исус Господ, освен със Святия Дух.

Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus is accursed”; and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.

4 Д арбите са различни, но Духът е същият.

Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit.

5 С лужбите са различни, но Господ е същият.

And there are varieties of ministries, and the same Lord.

6 Р азлични са и действията, но Бог е същият, Който върши всичко във всички човеци.

There are varieties of effects, but the same God who works all things in all persons.

7 А на всеки се дава проявяването на Духа за обща полза.

But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.

8 З ащото на един се дава чрез Духа да говори с мъдрост, а на друг - да говори със знание чрез същия Дух,

For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit;

9 н а друг - вяра чрез същия Дух, а пък на друг - изцелителни дарби чрез единия Дух;

to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit,

10 н а друг - да върши велики дела, а на друг - да пророкува; на друг - да разпознава духовете; на друг - да говори разни езици; а пък на друг - да тълкува езици.

and to another the effecting of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another the distinguishing of spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, and to another the interpretation of tongues.

11 А всичко това се върши от един и същи Дух, Който разделя на всеки поотделно, както иска. Едно тяло, съставено от много части

But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually just as He wills.

12 З ащото както тялото е едно, а има много части, и всички части на тялото, ако и да са много, пак са едно тяло, така е и Христос.

For even as the body is one and yet has many members, and all the members of the body, though they are many, are one body, so also is Christ.

13 З ащото всички ние, било юдеи или гърци, било роби или свободни, се кръстихме в един Дух да съставляваме едно тяло и всички с един Дух се напоихме.

For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.

14 З ащото тялото не се състои от една част, а от много.

For the body is not one member, but many.

15 А ко кажеше кракът: Понеже не съм ръка, не съм от тялото, това не го прави да не е от тялото.

If the foot says, “Because I am not a hand, I am not a part of the body,” it is not for this reason any the less a part of the body.

16 И ако каже ухото: Понеже не съм око, не съм от тялото, това не го прави да не е от тялото.

And if the ear says, “Because I am not an eye, I am not a part of the body,” it is not for this reason any the less a part of the body.

17 А ко цялото тяло беше око, къде щеше да е слухът? Ако цялото беше слух, къде щеше да е обонянието?

If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole were hearing, where would the sense of smell be?

18 Н о сега Бог е поставил частите, всяка една от тях, в тялото, както Му е било угодно.

But now God has placed the members, each one of them, in the body, just as He desired.

19 И пак, ако те бяха всички една част, къде щеше да е тялото?

If they were all one member, where would the body be?

20 Н о сега те са много части, а пък едно тяло.

But now there are many members, but one body.

21 И окото не може да каже на ръката: Не ми трябваш; или пък главата на краката: Не ми трябвате.

And the eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you”; or again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.”

22 Н апротив, тези части на тялото, които се виждат да са по-слаби, са необходими;

On the contrary, it is much truer that the members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary;

23 и тези части на тялото, които ни се виждат по-малко достойни за почит, тях обличаме с повече почит; и неблагоприличните ни части получават най-голямо благоприличие.

and those members of the body which we deem less honorable, on these we bestow more abundant honor, and our less presentable members become much more presentable,

24 А благоприличните ни части нямат нужда от това. Но Бог е сглобил тялото така, че е дал по-голяма почит на онази част, която не я притежава;

whereas our more presentable members have no need of it. But God has so composed the body, giving more abundant honor to that member which lacked,

25 з а да няма раздор в тялото, а частите му да се грижат еднакво една за друга.

so that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another.

26 И ако страда една част, всички части страдат с нея; или ако се слави една част, всички части се радват заедно с нея.

And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.

27 А вие сте Христово тяло и поотделно - части от Него.

Now you are Christ’s body, and individually members of it.

28 И Бог е поставил някои в църквата да бъдат: първо апостоли, второ пророци, трето учители, други да правят чудеса, някои имат изцелителни дарби, други с дарби на подпомагане, на управляване, на говорене разни езици.

And God has appointed in the church, first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, various kinds of tongues.

29 В сички апостоли ли са? Всички пророци ли са? Всички учители ли са? Всички вършат ли чудеса?

All are not apostles, are they? All are not prophets, are they? All are not teachers, are they? All are not workers of miracles, are they?

30 В сички имат ли изцелителни дарби? Всички говорят ли езици? Всички тълкуват ли?

All do not have gifts of healings, do they? All do not speak with tongues, do they? All do not interpret, do they?

31 К опнейте за по-големите дарби, а при все това аз ви показвам един превъзходен път.

But earnestly desire the greater gifts. And I show you a still more excellent way.
