Xaakinnada 2 ~ Judges 2

1 M arkaasaa malaa'igtii Rabbigu waxay ka soo kacday Gilgaal oo Bokiim timid, oo waxay tidhi, Anigaa idinka soo bixiyey dalkii Masar, oo waxaan idin keenay dalkii aan ugu dhaartay awowayaashiin, oo waxaan idhi, Anigu weligay jebin maayo axdigayga aan idinla dhigtay.

The angel of the Lord came up from Gilgal to Bochim. And he said, “I brought you out of Egypt and led you into the land I promised your fathers. I said, ‘I will never break My agreement with you.

2 I dinkuna waa inaydnaan axdi la dhigan dadka dalkan deggan; oo waa inaad jejebisaan meelahooda allabariga. Laakiinse idinku ma aydnaan dhegaysan codkaygii. De haddaba maxaad sidan u yeesheen?

Do not make any agreement with the people of this land. Tear down their altars.’ But you have not obeyed Me. What is this you have done?

3 S idaas daraaddeed waxaa kaloo aan idhi, Hortiinna kama eryi doono iyaga, laakiinse waxay idinku noqon doonaan sida qodxan dhinacyada idinkaga jirta, oo ilaahyadooduna waxay idinku noqon doonaan dabin.

So now I say, ‘I will not drive them away from you. They will be like thorns in your sides. Their gods will be a trap to you.’”

4 O o markay malaa'igtii Rabbigu erayadan kula hadashay reer binu Israa'iil oo dhan ayay dadkii codkoodii kor u qaadeen oo ooyeen.

When the angel of the Lord spoke these words to all the people of Israel, the people cried in a loud voice.

5 O o meeshaas magaceedii waxay u bixiyeen Bokiim; oo halkaasay allabari Rabbiga ugu bixiyeen. Caasinimadii Iyo Guuldarradii

So they called that place Bochim. And there they gave gifts in worship to the Lord. The Death of Joshua

6 H addaba markii Yashuuca dadkii diray ayaa reer binu Israa'iil mid waluba u kacay dhaxalkiisii inuu hantiyo dalka.

When Joshua sent the people of Israel away, each one went home to his own land.

7 O o dadkuna Rabbigay u adeegeen wakhtigii Yashuuca noolaa oo dhan, iyo wakhtigii odayaashii Yashuuca ka nolol dambeeyey oo dhan, kuwaasoo wada arkay kulli shuqulkii weynaa oo Rabbigu u sameeyey reer binu Israa'iil.

The people served the Lord all the days of Joshua and all the days of the leaders who lived longer than Joshua and who had seen all the great works the Lord had done for Israel.

8 Y ashuuca oo ahaa ina Nuun oo addoonkii Rabbiga ahaa wuxuu dhintay isagoo boqol iyo toban sannadood jira.

Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the Lord, died when he was 110 years old.

9 O o waxay ku aaseen dalkii uu dhaxalka u helay oo ahaa Timnad Xeres, oo ku tiil dalkii buuraha lahaa oo reer Efrayim, oo xagga woqooyi ka xigta buurta Gacash.

They buried him within his land in Timnath-heres, in the hill country of Ephraim, north of Mount Gaash.

10 O o weliba dadkii qarnigaas oo dhammu waxay ku darmadeen awowayaashood; oo waxaa ka daba kacay kuwo qarni kale ah oo aan aqoon Rabbiga, ama shuqulkii uu u sameeyey reer binu Israa'iil.

All the people of that day died. The children who came after them did not know the Lord. They did not know about the things He had done for Israel. Israel Is No Longer Faithful to the Lord

11 O o reer binu Israa'iil waxay sameeyeen wax Rabbiga hortiisa ku xun, oo waxay u adeegeen Bacaliimka.

Then the people of Israel sinned in the eyes of the Lord. They served the Baals, the gods of the Canaanites.

12 W ayna ka tageen Rabbigii ahaa Ilaahii awowayaashood oo iyaga ka soo bixiyey dalkii Masar, oo waxay raaceen ilaahyo kale, kuwaasoo ahaa ilaahyadii dadkii iyaga ku wareegsanaa, wayna u sujuudeen; oo Rabbigana way ka xanaajiyeen.

They turned away from the Lord, the God of their fathers, Who had brought them out of the land of Egypt. They followed other gods of the nations around them, and worshiped them. So they made the Lord angry.

13 O o intay Rabbiga ka tageen ayay u adeegeen Bacal iyo Cashtarod.

They turned away from the Lord and served Baal and the Ashtaroth.

14 M arkaasaa cadhadii Rabbigu aad ugu kululaatay reer binu Israa'iil, oo wuxuu iyagii ku riday kuwii iyaga dhacay gacmahoodii, oo wuxuu ka iibiyey gacmihii cadaawayaashoodii ku wareegsanaa, sidaas daraaddeed mar dambe ma ay hor istaagi karin cadaawayaashooda.

The Lord was angry with Israel. He gave them into the hands of angry men who robbed them. He sold them into the hands of those around them who hated them. The people of Israel could no longer stand in front of those who hated them.

15 O o meel kasta oo ay tageenba gacanta Rabbigu dhib bay u ahayd, sidii Rabbigu ku hadlay, iyo sidii Rabbigu iyaga ugu dhaartay; oo iyana aad bay u dhibaataysnaayeen.

The Lord punished them everywhere they went. The Lord did what He had told them and promised them He would do. The people were very troubled.

16 M arkaasaa Rabbigu wuxuu kiciyey xaakinno iyaga ka badbaadiyey gacantii kuwii dhacayay.

Then the Lord gave them special men to judge between what was right or wrong. These men saved them from those who robbed them.

17 O o weliba xaakinnadoodiina ma ay dhegaysan, maxaa yeelay, ilaahyo kalay raaceen sidii naag ninkeedii ka dhillowday, wayna u sujuudeen; oo haddiiba gees bay uga leexdeen jidkii ay awowayaashood mareen iyagoo addeecaya amarradii Rabbiga; laakiinse iyagu sidaas ma ay yeelin.

But the people did not listen to those chosen to judge. The people were not faithful to the Lord and they worshiped other gods. They were quick to turn aside from the way their fathers had walked in obeying the Laws of the Lord. They did not do as their fathers had done.

18 O o markii Rabbigu iyaga u kiciyey xaakinno ayuu Rabbigu la jiray xaakinkii, oo wakhtigii xaakinkii noolaa oo dhan wuxuu iyagii ka badbaadiyey gacantii cadaawayaashooda; waayo, Rabbigu wuxuu ka qoomamooday taahiddii ay ka taahayeen kuwii iyaga dulmay oo caddibay.

When the Lord gave them special men to judge them, the Lord was with the judge. And He saved them from those who hated them. For the Lord showed them pity because of their pain when others made it hard for them and hurt them.

19 O o haddana markii xaakinkii dhintay ayay dib u noqdeen, oo waxay ku kaceen wax ka sii xun wixii awowayaashood ay ku kici jireen, oo waxay raaceen ilaahyo kale inay u adeegaan oo ay u sujuudaan. Kama ay joogsan falimahoodii, iyo madax adkaantoodii.

But when the judge died, they would turn again and act worse than their fathers. They would follow other gods and serve them and worship them. They would not give up their sinful acts or their strong wills.

20 O o cadhadii Rabbigu aad bay ugu kululaatay reer binu Israa'iil, oo wuxuu yidhi, Quruuntanu way ku xadgudbeen axdigii aan ku amray awowayaashood, oo codkaygiina ma ay dhegaysan;

So the anger of the Lord was against Israel. He said, “This nation has sinned against My agreement I made with their fathers. They have not listened to My voice.

21 s idaas daraaddeed hadda ka dib ka eryi maayo hortooda mid ka mid ah quruumihii Yashuuca ka tegey markuu dhintay;

I will stop driving away from them any of the nations Joshua left when he died.

22 s i aan iyaga ugu tijaabiyo reer binu Israa'iil bal inay xajiyaan oo ku socdaan jidka Rabbiga, sidii ay awowayaashood u xajiyeen iyo in kale.

I will use them to test Israel. I will see if Israel will keep the way of the Lord to walk in it like their fathers did, or not.”

23 S idaas daraaddeed Rabbigu wuu daayay quruumahaas, oo degdegna uma eryin; oo weliba iyagii sooma uu gelin gacantii Yashuuca.

So the Lord let those nations stay. He was not quick to drive them out. And He did not give them into the power of Joshua.
