1 M arkaasaa Rabbigu Muuse kula hadlay cidladii Siinay, bishii kowaad ee sannaddii labaad oo ka dambaysay wakhtigii ay dalkii Masar ka soo bexeen, oo wuxuu ku yidhi,

The Lord spoke to Moses in the Sinai desert, in the first month of the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt. The Lord said,

2 W eliba reer binu Israa'iil ha dhawreen Iidda Kormaridda xilligeedii la amray.

“Let the people of Israel keep the Passover at the time given for it.

3 B ishan maalinteeda afar iyo tobnaad markay fiidkii tahay waa inaad dhawrtaan xilligeedii la amray. Waxaad u dhawrtaan sida qaynuunnadeedii iyo amarradeedii oo dhammu ay yihiin.

Keep it at its given time, in the evening of the fourteenth day of this month. Keep it by obeying all its Laws.”

4 M arkaasaa Muuse la hadlay reer binu Israa'iil oo wuxuu u sheegay inay Iidda Kormaridda dhawraan.

So Moses told the people of Israel to keep the Passover.

5 O o bishii kowaad maalinteedii afar iyo tobnaad markay fiidkii ahayd ayay Iiddii Kormaridda ku dhawreen cidladii Siinay; oo sidii Rabbigu Muuse ku amray oo dhan ayay reer binu Israa'iil wada yeeleen.

And they kept the Passover in the evening of the fourteenth day of the first month, in the Sinai desert. The people of Israel did all that the Lord had told Moses.

6 O o waxaa jiray niman ku nijaasoobay nin dhintay meydkiis oo aanay sidaas aawadeed karin inay maalintaas Iiddii Kormaridda dhawraan, oo maalintaasay yimaadeen Muuse iyo Haaruun hortooda.

But there were some men who were unclean because they had touched a dead person. So they could not keep the Passover on that day. They came to Moses and Aaron that day

7 O o nimankaasu waxay isagii ku yidhaahdeen, Annagu waxaannu ku nijaasownay nin dhintay meydkiis. Haddaba maxaa nalooga celiyey inaannu reer binu Israa'iil la bixinno qurbaankii Rabbiga xilligii la amray?

and said to Moses, “We are unclean because we touched a dead person. But why are we kept from giving the Lord’s gift at its given time among the people of Israel?”

8 M arkaasaa Muuse ku yidhi, I suga intaan soo maqlayo waxa Rabbigu amri doono oo idinku saabsan.

Moses said to them, “Wait, and I will listen to what the Lord will tell me to do with you.”

9 M arkaasaa Rabbigu Muuse la hadlay oo wuxuu ku yidhi,

Then the Lord said to Moses,

10 R eer binu Israa'iil la hadal oo waxaad ku tidhaahdaa, Haddii nin idinka mid ah amase farcankiinna ka mid ahu uu ku nijaasoobo sabab meyd ka timid, amase hadduu sodcaal dheer ku jiro, weli waa inuu Rabbiga u dhawraa Iidda Kormaridda.

“Say to the people of Israel, ‘If anyone of you or your children touch a dead person and become unclean, or if you are traveling far away, even so, he may still keep the Passover to the Lord.

11 B ishii labaad maalinteeda afar iyo tobnaad markay fiidka tahay waa inay dhawraan oo ay kibis aan khamiir lahayn iyo caleemo qadhaadh cunaan.

They will keep it in the evening of the fourteenth day of the second month. They will eat it with bread without yeast and with bitter tasting plants.

12 W aa inayan waxba ka reebin ilaa subaxda, oo ayan lafahana mid ka jebin. Waa inay u dhawraan sida qaynuunka Iidda Kormaridda yahay oo dhan.

They must not leave any of it until morning. And they must not break a bone of the lamb. They must obey all of the Law of the Passover.

13 L aakiinse ninkii daahir ah oo aan sodcaal ku jirin oo ka hadha inuu dhawro Iidda Kormaridda, qofkaasu waa ka go'i doonaa dadkiisa, maxaa yeelay, wuxuusan bixin qurbaankii Rabbiga xilligiisii la amray, oo ninkaasu dembigiisuu qaadan doonaa.

But if a man is clean and is not away traveling, yet does not keep the Passover, he must be cut off from his people. For he did not give the Lord’s gift at the time he was to do so. That man will be guilty of his sin.

14 O o haddii nin qalaad dhexdiinna deggan yahay, oo uu doonayo inuu Rabbiga u dhawro Iidda Kormaridda, waa inuu u sameeyaa sida ay Iidda Kormaridda qaynuunkeeda iyo amarkeedu yihiin, oo kii qalaad iyo kii dalka ku dhashayba waa inaad isku qaynuun u lahaataan. Taambuuggii Oo Daruur Dul Joogtay

If a stranger staying with you wants to keep the Passover to the Lord and obey the Law of the Passover, he may do so. You will have one law, both for the stranger and for the one who was born in the land.’” The Cloud of Fire

15 O o maalintii taambuugga la dhisay ayaa daruurtu qarisay taambuuggii, kaasoo ah teendhadii maragga, oo fiidkii waxay taambuuggii korkiisa uga muuqatay sida wax dab u eg ilaa subaxdii.

On the day that the meeting tent was set up, the cloud covered the meeting tent, the tent of the law. In the evening it was over the meeting tent. It looked like fire until morning.

16 O o sidaasay mar kasta ahayd. Maalintii daruurtii baa qarisay, habeenkiina wax dab u eg.

It was like this always. The cloud would cover it during the day. What looked like fire would cover it during the night.

17 O o mar alla markii daruurta Teendhada korkeeda laga qaado, dabadeed ayaa reer binu Israa'iil guuri jireen, oo meeshii daruurtu degto ayay reer binu Israa'iil degi jireen.

When the cloud was lifted from over the meeting tent, the people of Israel would move on. Where the cloud rested, there the people of Israel would set up their tents.

18 O o reer binu Israa'iil waxay ku guuri jireen amarka Rabbiga, waxayna ku degi jireen amarka Rabbiga; oo in alla inta daruurtu taambuugga kor joogto halkaasay iska sii degganaan jireen.

The people of Israel would move on as the Lord told them. And they would set up their tents as the Lord told them. They stayed in one place as long as the cloud rested over the meeting tent.

19 O o haddii daruurtu taambuugga kor joogto maalmo badan, markaas reer binu Israa'iil way xajin jireen amarka Rabbiga oo mana ay guuri jirin.

Even when the cloud rested over the meeting tent for many days, the people of Israel would obey the Lord and not leave.

20 O o marmarna daruurtu taambuugga waxay kor joogi jirtay dhawr maalmood, oo markaas sidii amarka Rabbigu ahaa way iska sii degganaan jireen, oo waxay ku guuri jireen sidii amarka Rabbigu ahaa.

Sometimes the cloud stayed a few days over the meeting tent. But they obeyed the Lord and stayed in that place. Then they would leave when the Lord told them.

21 O o marmarna daruurtu waxay joogtay fiidkii ilamaa subaxdii; oo markii daruurta subaxdii la qaado ayay guuri jireen; oo hadday habeen iyo maalin sii joogtana, markii daruurta la qaado ayay guuri jireen.

Sometimes the cloud stayed from evening until morning. When the cloud lifted in the morning, they would leave. If the cloud stayed during the day and the night, when it was lifted, they would leave that place.

22 O o hadday tahay laba maalmood ama bil ama sannad, in alla intii daruurtu taambuugga dul joogto, oo ay kor deggan tahay, reer binu Israa'iil way iska sii degganaan jireen, oo mana ay guuri jirin; laakiinse markii daruurta kor loo qaado way guuri jireen.

Even when the cloud stayed over the meeting tent for two days, or a month, or a year the people of Israel would stay in that place and not leave. They would leave when it was lifted.

23 W axay ku degi jireen amarka Rabbiga, oo waxay ku guuri jireen amarka Rabbiga. Iyagu xukunkii Rabbiga ayay ku dhawri jireen amarkii Rabbigu ugu soo dhiibay Muuse.

They set up their tents as the Lord told them. And they moved on as the Lord told them. They obeyed what the Lord had told them to do through Moses.
