1 S idaas daraaddeed aynu cabsanno, inta ballan nasashadiisa lagu gelayaa jiro, inaan midkiinna u ekaan mid gaadhi waayay.

The same promise of going into God’s rest is still for us. But we should be afraid that some of us may not be able to go in.

2 W aayo, innagana war wanaagsan baa laynagu wacdiyey sidooda oo kale, laakiin hadalkay maqleen waxba uma uu tarin iyaga, maxaa yeelay, kuwii maqlay rumaysad kuma ay darin.

We have heard the Good News even as they did, but it did them no good because it was not mixed with faith.

3 W aayo, kuweenna rumaystay, nasashadaas waynu galnaa, siduu u yidhi, Sidaas daraaddeed anigoo cadhaysan ayaan waxaan ku dhaartay, Iyagu nasashadayda ma geli doonaan, in kastoo ay shuqulladii ka dhammaadeen aasaaska dunida.

We who have put our trust in God go into His rest. God said this of our early fathers, “I was angry and said, ‘They will not go into My rest.’” And yet God’s work was finished after He made the world. God’s Rest

4 W aayo, isagu meel buu maalintii toddobaad sidan ka yidhi, Maalintii toddobaad Ilaah baa shuqulladiisii oo dhan ka nastay.

In the Holy Writings He said this about the seventh day when He made the whole world, “God rested on the seventh day from all He had made.”

5 M eeshatanna mar kale wuxuu yidhi, Iyagu nasashadayda ma geli doonaan.

But God said this about those who turned against Him, “They will not go into My rest.”

6 H addaba waxaa hadhay qaar gelaya, oo kuwii kolkii hore warkii wanaagsanaa lagu wacdiyey way geli waayeen caasinimo aawadeed.

Those who heard the Good News first did not go into His rest. It was because they had not obeyed Him. But the promise is still good and some are going into His rest.

7 T aas daraaddeed haddana mar kale maalintoo buu gooni u dhigay, isagoo wakhti dheer dabadeed qorniinka Daa'uud ku leh, Maanta, sidii kolkii hore la yidhi, Maanta haddaad codkiisa maqashaan, Qalbiyadiinna ha adkaynina.

God has again set a certain day for people to go into His rest. He says through David many years later as He had said before, “If you hear His voice today, do not let your hearts become hard.”

8 W aayo, haddii Yashuuca iyagii nasiyey, Ilaah markaas dabadeed kama uu hadleen maalin kale.

If Joshua had led those people into God’s rest, He would not have told of another day after that.

9 S idaas daraaddeed waxaa dadka Ilaah u hadha nasasho.

And so God’s people have a complete rest waiting for them.

10 W aayo, kii nasashadiisa galay, isaga qudhiisuna waa ka nastay shuqulladiisii sidii Ilaah kuwiisii uga nastay.

The man who goes into God’s rest, rests from his own work the same as God rested from His work.

11 H addaba aynu u dadaalno inaynu nasashadaas galno inaan ninna caasinimadaas oo kale ku dhicin.

Let us do our best to go into that rest or we will be like the people who did not go in.

12 W aayo, hadalka Ilaah wuu nool yahay, waana shaqeeyaa, oo waa ka af badan yahay seef kasta oo laba af leh, isagoo ka dhex dusaya ilaa kala soocniinta nafta iyo ruuxa, iyo xubnaha iyo dhuuxaba, waana kala gartaa fikirrada iyo waxyaalaha qalbiga ku jira.

God’s Word is living and powerful. It is sharper than a sword that cuts both ways. It cuts straight into where the soul and spirit meet and it divides them. It cuts into the joints and bones. It tells what the heart is thinking about and what it wants to do.

13 O o uun aan hortiisa ka muuqani ma jiro, laakiin wax waliba way qaawan yihiin oo bannaan yihiin indhihiisa hortooda, kan aynu ku tirsan nahay. Ciise Wuxuu Yahay Wadaadka Sare Oo Ka Sarreeya Haaruun

No one can hide from God. His eyes see everything we do. We must give an answer to God for what we have done. Jesus—Our Great Religious Leader

14 H addaba innagoo leh wadaad sare oo weyn, kan samooyinka sii dhex maray, kaas oo ah Ciisoo Wiilka Ilaah ah, aynu qirashadeenna xajinno.

We have a great Religious Leader Who has made the way for man to go to God. He is Jesus, the Son of God, Who has gone to heaven to be with God. Let us keep our trust in Jesus Christ.

15 W aayo, ma aynu lihin wadaad sare oo aan itaaldarradeenna ka nixi karin, laakiin waxaynu leennahay mid si walba loo jirrabay sideenna oo kale, oo aan weliba dembi lahayn.

Our Religious Leader understands how weak we are. Christ was tempted in every way we are tempted, but He did not sin.

16 H addaba aynu carshiga nimcada dhiirranaan ugu soo dhowaanno si aynu naxariis u qaadanno oo aynu u helno nimco ina caawisa wakhtiga baahida.

Let us go with complete trust to the throne of God. We will receive His loving-kindness and have His loving-favor to help us whenever we need it.
