and the land of the Gebalite. There is all of Lebanon east from Baal-gad at the base of Mount Hermon as far as Lebo-hamath.

6 D adka deggan dalka buuraha leh oo dhan, tan iyo Lubnaan iyo ilaa Misrefood Mayim, iyo xataa reer Siidoon oo dhan kulligood waxaan ka eryi doonaa reer binu Israa'iil hortooda; laakiinse waa inaad dhaxal ahaan ugu qori riddaa reer binu Israa'iil sidaan kugu amray.

I will drive out from in front of the people of Israel all those living in the hill country from Lebanon as far as Misrephoth-maim, all the Sidonians. Give the land as a gift to Israel, as I have told you.

7 H addaba dalkan dhaxal ahaan ugu qaybi sagaalka qabiil iyo qabiilka reer Manaseh badhkiis, Kala Qaybintii Dhulka Xagga Bariga Ee Webi Urdun

Divide this land for a gift to the nine families and to the half-family group of Manasseh.”

8 K uwaasoo ay reer Ruubeen iyo reer Gaadba la heleen dhaxalkoodii uu Muuse ka siiyey xagga bari oo Webi Urdun ka shishaysa, xataa sidii addoonkii Rabbiga oo Muuse ahaa uu u siiyey iyaga,

The other half-family group, the Reubenites and the Gadites received their gift of land which Moses gave them east of the Jordan, just as the Lord’s servant Moses gave it to them.

It spread from Aroer, beside the Arnon valley, and the city in the center of the valley, and the plain of Medeba as far as Dibon,

and all the cities of Sihon king of the Amorites, who ruled in Heshbon. And it went as far as the land of the Ammonites,

11 i yo Gilecaad, iyo soohdinta reer Geshuur, iyo reer Macakaad, iyo Buur Xermoon oo dhan, iyo Baashaan oo dhan iyo ilaa Salkaah,

and Gilead, and the land of the Geshurites and Maacathites. They received all Mount Hermon, all Bashan as far as Salecah,

12 i yo boqortooyadii Baashaan ku tiil oo dhan oo Coog ka xukumi jiray Cashtarod iyo Edrecii (Isagu wuxuu ka hadhay reer Rafaa), waayo, kuwaas waxaa laayay Muuse, wuuna eryay.

and all the nation of Og in Bashan, who ruled in Ashtaroth and Edrei. (He alone was left of the Rephaim still living.) For Moses had won the war against them and had driven them out.

13 H abase yeeshee reer binu Israa'iil ma ay eryin reer Geshuur iyo reer Macakaad toona; laakiinse reer Geshuur iyo reer Macakaad waxay dhex deggan yihiin reer binu Israa'iil ilaa maantadan la joogo.

But the people of Israel did not drive out the Geshurites or the Maacathites. For Geshur and Maacath live among Israel to this day.

14 O o waxaanu dhaxal siin qabiilkii reer Laawi oo keliya. Sidii Rabbigu kula hadlay isaga, waxaa dhaxal u ahaa qurbaannada loo bixiyo Rabbiga ah Ilaaha reer binu Israa'iil.

Moses did not give any land to the family of Levi. Gifts given on the altar to the Lord, the God of Israel, are their share, as He said to him.

15 O o Muuse wuxuu reer Ruubeen qabiilkoodii wax u siiyey sidii reerahoodu ahaayeen.

Moses gave land to the family group of the Reubenites by their families.

16 O o xuduudkoodu wuxuu ka bilaaban jiray Carooceer taas oo ku taal dooxada Arnoon darafkeeda, iyo magaalada ku taal dooxada dhexdeeda, iyo kulli banka Meedebaa u dhow oo dhan,

Their land was from Aroer beside the Arnon valley, and the city in the center of the valley, and all the plain by Medeba,

17 i yo Xeshboon, iyo kulli magaalooyinkeeda banka ku yaal oo dhan, kuwaasoo ah, Diibon iyo Baamood Bacal, iyo Beyd Bacal Mecoon,

with Heshbon and all its cities on the plain. There was Dibon, Bamoth-baal, Bethbaal-meon,

18 i yo Yahas, iyo Qedemood, iyo Mefacad,

Jahaz, Kedemoth, Mephaath,

19 i yo Qiryatayim, iyo Sibmaah, iyo Sered Shahar oo ku taal buurta dooxada,

Kiriathaim, Sibmah. There was Zereth-shahar on the hill of the valley,

20 i yo Beytfecoor, iyo dhaadhacyadii Fisgaah, iyo Beytyeshimood,

Beth-peor, the hill-sides of Pishgah, and Beth-jeshimoth.

21 i yo kulli magaalooyinkii banka oo dhan, iyo boqorkii reer Amor oo Siixon ahaa boqortooyadiisii oo dhan, kaas oo xukumi jiray Xeshboon, oo Muuse la dilay madaxdii reer Midyaan, kuwaasoo ahaa Ewii, iyo Reqem, iyo Suur, iyo Xuur, iyo Rebac, oo ahaa amiirradii Siixon oo dalkaas degganaa.

There were all the cities of the plain, and all the nation of Sihon king of the Amorites who ruled in Heshbon. Moses won the war against Sihon and the leaders of Midian, Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur, and Reba, the princes of Sihon, who lived in the land.

22 W eliba faaliyaha Balcaam oo ahaa ina Becoor ayay reer binu Israa'iil seef kula dileen dadkii kaloo ay laayeen.

The sons of Israel also killed with the sword Balaam, the son of Beor, the one who told what would happen in the future.

23 R eer Ruubeen dalkooduna wuxuu ahaa Urdun, iyo inta soohdintiisa ah oo dhan. Kanu waa dhaxalkii reer Ruubeen iyo sidii reerahoodu ahaayeen, iyo magaalooyinkoodii iyo tuulooyinkoodiiba.

The side of the land belonging to the people of Reuben was the Jordan. This is what was given to the people of Reuben for their families with their cities and towns.

24 O o Muuse wax buu siiyey qabiilkii reer Gaad, oo wuxuu wax u siiyey reer Gaad sidii reerahoodu ahaayeen.

Moses gave land to the family group of the Gadites for their families.

25 O o xuduudkooduna wuxuu ka koobnaa Yacser, iyo magaalooyinkii Gilecaad oo dhan, iyo dalkii reer Cammoon badhkiis, iyo tan iyo Carooceer oo ku hor taal Rabbaah,

Their land was Jazer, and all the cities of Gilead. And it was half the land of the Ammonites, as far as Aroer which is east of Rabbah.

26 i yo ilaa Xeshboon iyo tan iyo Raamad-misfaah, iyo Betoniim, iyo tan iyo Maxanayim iyo ilaa soohdinta Debiir,

It went from Heshbon as far as Ramath-mizpeh and Betonim, and from Mahanaim as far as the land of Debir.

27 i yo kuwii dooxadii ku dhex yiil oo ahaa Beytaaraam, iyo Beytnimraah, iyo Sukod, iyo Saafoon oo ahaa boqorkii Xeshboon oo Siixon ahaa boqortooyadiisii intii ka hadhay, iyo Urdun iyo soohdintiisii, iyo meesha ugu fog badda Kinnered ee ka shishaysa Webi Urdun ee xagga bari ka xigta.

In the valley there was Bethharam, Beth-nimrah, Succoth, and Zaphon. They were given the rest of the nation of Sihon king of Heshbon, with the Jordan along its side. It went up to the south end of the Sea of Chinnereth east of the Jordan.

28 K anu waa dhaxalkii ay reer Gaad u heleen sidii reerahoodu ahaayeen iyo magaalooyinkoodii iyo tuulooyinkoodii.

This is what was given to the people of Gad for their families with their cities and towns.

29 O o Muusena wuxuu dhaxal siiyey qabiilkii reer Manaseh badhkiis. Wuxuu u ahaa qabiilkii reer Manaseh badhkiis sidii reerahoodu ahaayeen.

Moses gave land to the half-family group of Manasseh. It was divided among the families of the half-family group of the sons of Manasseh.

30 O o xuduudkoodu wuxuu ka koobnaa Maxanayim, iyo Baashaan oo dhan, iyo boqorkii Baashaan oo Coog ahaa boqortooyadiisii oo dhan, iyo magaalooyinkii Yaa'iir oo Baashaan ku yiil oo dhan, kuwaasoo ahaa lixdan magaalo;

Their land was from Mahanaim through all Bashan, all the nation of Og king of Bashan. It was all the towns of Jair which are in Bashan, sixty cities.

31 i yo Gilecaad badhkeed, iyo Cashtarod, iyo Edrecii, kuwaas oo ahaa magaalooyinkii boqortooyadii Coog oo Baashaan ku yiil, waxaa la siiyey reer Maakiir kaasoo ahaa ina Manaseh, oo waxaa loo siiyey reer Maakiir badhkood sidii reerahoodu ahaayeen.

It was half of Gilead, and Ashtaroth and Edrei, the cities of the nation of Og in Bashan. These were given to the people of Machir the son of Manasseh, for half of the sons of Machir by their families.

32 K uwanu waa dhaxalkii Muuse ku qaybiyey banaankii Moo'aab, oo ka shisheeya Webi Urdun, meel u dhow Yerixoo, oo xagga bari ka xigta.

These are the lands which Moses divided in the plains of Moab on the other side of the Jordan east of Jericho.

33 L aakiinse qabiilkii reer Laawi Muuse dhaxal ma uu siin. Waxaa dhaxal u ah Rabbiga ah Ilaaha reer binu Israa'iil, sidii uu kula hadlay iyaga.

But Moses did not give any land to the family of Levi. The Lord, the God of Israel, is their share, as He had told them.
