1 S trigaţi de bucurie către Domnul, toţi locuitorii pământului!

¶ Make a joyful noise unto the LORD all the earth.

2 S lujiţi Domnului cu bucurie, veniţi înaintea Lui cu strigăte de veselie!

Serve the LORD with gladness; come before his presence with joy.

3 S ă ştiţi că Domnul este Dumnezeu. El este Acela Care ne-a întocmit şi ai Lui suntem; suntem poporul Lui şi turma păşunii Lui!

Know ye that the LORD he is God; it is he that has made us and not we ourselves; we are his people and the sheep of his pasture.

4 I ntraţi pe porţile Lui cu mulţumire şi în curţile Lui – cu laudă! Lăudaţi-L şi binecuvântaţi-I Numele!

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving and into his courts with praise; be thankful unto him and bless his name.

5 C ăci Domnul este bun; în veci ţine îndurarea Lui şi din neam în neam credincioşia Lui.

For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endures to all generations.
