1 C all out with joy to the Lord, all the earth.

¶ Make a joyful noise unto the LORD all the earth.

2 B e glad as you serve the Lord. Come before Him with songs of joy.

Serve the LORD with gladness; come before his presence with joy.

3 K now that the Lord is God. It is He Who made us, and not we ourselves. We are His people and the sheep of His field.

Know ye that the LORD he is God; it is he that has made us and not we ourselves; we are his people and the sheep of his pasture.

4 G o into His gates giving thanks and into His holy place with praise. Give thanks to Him. Honor His name.

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving and into his courts with praise; be thankful unto him and bless his name.

5 F or the Lord is good. His loving-kindness lasts forever. And He is faithful to all people and to all their children-to-come.

For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endures to all generations.
