Като подигна очи, Исус видя богатите, че пускат даровете си в съкровищницата.

2 a nd He saw also a certain poor widow putting in two mites.

А видя и една бедна вдовица, че пускаше там две лепти(Две лепти са равни на 2 1)2 стотинки.)

3 S o He said, “Truly I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all;

и рече: Истина ви казвам, че тая бедна вдовица пусна повече от всички;

4 f or all these out of their abundance have put in offerings for God, but she out of her poverty put in all the livelihood that she had.” Jesus Predicts the Destruction of the Temple

защото всички тия пуснаха в даровете от излишъка си, а тя от немотията си пусна целия имот, що имаше.

5 T hen, as some spoke of the temple, how it was adorned with beautiful stones and donations, He said,

И когато някои говореха за храма, че е украсен с хубави камъни и с посветени приноси, рече:

6 “ These things which you see—the days will come in which not one stone shall be left upon another that shall not be thrown down.” The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age

Ще дойдат дни, когато от това, което гледате, няма да остане тук камък, който да се не срине.

7 S o they asked Him, saying, “Teacher, but when will these things be? And what sign will there be when these things are about to take place?”

И попитаха Го, казвайки: Учителю, а кога ще бъде това? И какъв ще бъде белегът, когато предстои да стане това?

8 A nd He said: “Take heed that you not be deceived. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am He, ’ and, ‘The time has drawn near.’ Therefore do not go after them.

А Той каза: Внимавайте да не ви заблудят; защото мнозина ще дойдат в Мое име и ще казват: Аз съм Христос, и, че времето е наближило. Да не отидете подир тях.

9 B ut when you hear of wars and commotions, do not be terrified; for these things must come to pass first, but the end will not come immediately.”

И когато чуете за войни и размирици, да не се уплашите; защото тия неща трябва първо да станат, но не е веднага свършекът.

10 T hen He said to them, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.

Тогава им каза: Народ, ще се повдигне против народ, и царство против царство;

11 A nd there will be great earthquakes in various places, and famines and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven.

и ще има големи трусове, и в разни места глад и мор; ще има и ужаси и големи знамения от небето.

12 B ut before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons. You will be brought before kings and rulers for My name’s sake.

А преди да стане всичко това ще турят ръце на вас и ще ви изгонят, като ви предадат на синагоги и в тъмници, и ще ви извеждат пред царе и пред управители поради Моето име.

13 B ut it will turn out for you as an occasion for testimony.

Това ще ви служи за свидетелство.

14 T herefore settle it in your hearts not to meditate beforehand on what you will answer;

И тъй, решете в сърцата си да не обмисляте предварително що да отговаряте;

15 f or I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist.

защото Аз ще ви дам тъй мъдро да отговорите(Гръцки: Уста и мъдрост.), щото всичките ви противници ще бъдат безсилни да ви противостоят или противоречат.

16 Y ou will be betrayed even by parents and brothers, relatives and friends; and they will put some of you to death.

И ще бъдете предадени и даже от родители и братя, от роднини и приятели; и ще умъртвят някои от вас.

17 A nd you will be hated by all for My name’s sake.

И ще бъдете мразени от всички, поради Моето име.

18 B ut not a hair of your head shall be lost.

Но и косъм от главата ви няма да загине.

19 B y your patience possess your souls. The Destruction of Jerusalem

Чрез твърдостта си ще придобиете душите си.

20 “ But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is near.

А когато видите Ерусалим, че е заобиколен от войски, това да знаете, че е наближило запустяването му.

21 T hen let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those who are in the midst of her depart, and let not those who are in the country enter her.

Тогава ония, които са в Юдея, нека бягат в планините, а които са всред града, нека излязат вън, а които са в околностите, да не влизат в него.

22 F or these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.

Защото това са дни на въздаяние, за да се изпълни всичко, което е писано.

23 B ut woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! For there will be great distress in the land and wrath upon this people.

Горко на непразните и на кърмачките, през ония дни! Защото, ще има голямо бедствие в страната, и гняв върху тия люде.

24 A nd they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. The Coming of the Son of Man

Те ще паднат под острието на ножа, и ще бъдат откарани в плен по всичките народи; и Ерусалим ще бъде тъпкан от народите, докле се изпълнят времената на езичниците.

25 “ And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring;

И ще станат знамения в слънцето, в луната и в звездите, а по земята бедствие на народите, като ще бъдат в недоумение, поради бучението на морето и вълните.

26 m en’s hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

Човеците ще примират от страх и от очакване онова, което ще постигне вселената, защото небесните сили ще са разклатят.

27 T hen they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

И тогава ще видят Човешкия Син, идещ в облак със сила и голяма слава.

28 N ow when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.” The Parable of the Fig Tree

А когато почне да става това, изправете се и подигнете главите си, защото изкуплението ви наближава.

29 T hen He spoke to them a parable: “Look at the fig tree, and all the trees.

И каза им притча: Погледнете смоковницата и всичките дървета.

30 W hen they are already budding, you see and know for yourselves that summer is now near.

Когато вече покарат, вие, като видите това, сами знаете, че лятото е вече близо.

31 S o you also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near.

Също така и вие, когато видите, че става това, да знаете, че е близо Божието царство.

32 A ssuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all things take place.

Истина ви казвам, че това поколение няма да премине докле не се сбъдне всичко това.

33 H eaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. The Importance of Watching

Небето и земята ще преминат, но Моите думи няма да преминат.

34 “ But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly.

Но внимавайте на себе си, да не би да натегнат сърцата ви от преяждане, пиянство и житейски грижи, и ви постигне оня ден внезапно като примка;

35 F or it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth.

защото така ще дойде върху всички, които живеят по лицето на цялата земя.

36 W atch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

Но бдете всякога, и молете се, за да сполучите да избегнете всичко, което предстои да стане, и да стоите пред Човешкия Син.

37 A nd in the daytime He was teaching in the temple, but at night He went out and stayed on the mountain called Olivet.

И всеки ден Той поучаваше в храма; а всяка нощ излизаше и нощуваше на хълма, наречен Елеонски.

38 T hen early in the morning all the people came to Him in the temple to hear Him.

И всичките люде подраняваха при Него в храма да Го слушат.
