1 T he Lord reigns; Let the earth rejoice; Let the multitude of isles be glad!

(По слав. 96). Господ царува, нека се радва земята; Нека се веселят множеството острови.

2 C louds and darkness surround Him; Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.

Облак и мрак са около Него; Правда и съд са основа на престола Му.

3 A fire goes before Him, And burns up His enemies round about.

Огън отива пред Него. И изгаря противниците Му отвред.

4 H is lightnings light the world; The earth sees and trembles.

Светкавиците Му осветляват вселената; Земята вижда и трепери.

5 T he mountains melt like wax at the presence of the Lord, At the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

Планините се топят като восък от присъствието Господно; От присъствието на Господа на цялата земя.

6 T he heavens declare His righteousness, And all the peoples see His glory.

Небесата възвестяват правдата Му; И всичките племена виждат славата Му

7 L et all be put to shame who serve carved images, Who boast of idols. Worship Him, all you gods.

Нека се посрамят всички, които служат на изваяните идоли, Които се хвалят с кумирите; Поклонете се, Нему всички богове.

8 Z ion hears and is glad, And the daughters of Judah rejoice Because of Your judgments, O Lord.

Чу Сион и се развесели, И Юдовите дъщери се зарадваха, Поради Твоите съдби, Господи.

9 F or You, Lord, are most high above all the earth; You are exalted far above all gods.

Защото Ти, Господи, си височайши над цялата земя, Превъзвишен си над всичките богове.

10 Y ou who love the Lord, hate evil! He preserves the souls of His saints; He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.

Вие, които любите Господа мразите злото; Той пази душите на светиите Си, Избавя ги от ръката на нечестивите.

11 L ight is sown for the righteous, And gladness for the upright in heart.

Виделина се сее за праведния, И веселие за ония, които са с прави сърца.

12 R ejoice in the Lord, you righteous, And give thanks at the remembrance of His holy name.

Веселете се в Господа вие праведни, И възхвалявайте спомена на Неговата светост.
