1 A nd after these things I saw four messengers, standing upon the four corners of the land, holding the four winds of the land, that the wind may not blow upon the land, nor upon the sea, nor upon any tree;

Después de esto, vi a cuatro ángeles de pie en los cuatro extremos de la tierra, que detenían los cuatro vientos de la tierra, para que no soplara viento alguno, ni sobre la tierra ni sobre el mar ni sobre ningún árbol.

2 a nd I saw another messenger going up from the rising of the sun, having a seal of the living God, and he did cry with a great voice to the four messengers, to whom it was given to injure the land and the sea, saying,

También vi a otro ángel que subía de donde sale el sol y que tenía el sello del Dios vivo. Y gritó a gran voz a los cuatro ángeles a quienes se les había concedido hacer daño a la tierra y al mar:

3 ` Do not injure the land, nor the sea, nor the trees, till we may seal the servants of our God upon their foreheads.'

“No hagan daño, ni a la tierra ni al mar ni a los árboles, hasta que hayamos puesto un sello en la frente a los siervos de nuestro Dios.”

4 A nd I heard the number of those sealed, (144 thousands were sealed out of all the tribes of the sons of Israel):

Oí el número de los que fueron sellados: 144, 000 sellados de todas las tribus de los Israelitas.

5 o f the tribe of Judah 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Reuben 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Gad 12 thousand were sealed;

De la tribu de Judá fueron sellados 12, 000; de la tribu de Rubén, 12, 000; de la tribu de Gad, 12, 000;

6 o f the tribe of Asher 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Naphtali 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Manasseh 12 thousand were sealed;

de la tribu de Aser, 12, 000; de la tribu de Neftalí, 12, 000; de la tribu de Manasés, 12, 000;

7 o f the tribe of Simeon 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Levi 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Issachar 12 thousand were sealed;

9 A fter these things I saw, and lo, a great multitude, which to number no one was able, out of all nations, and tribes, and peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne, and before the Lamb, arrayed in white robes, and palms in their hands,

Después de esto miré, y vi una gran multitud, que nadie podía contar, de todas las naciones, tribus, pueblos, y lenguas, de pie delante del trono y delante del Cordero, vestidos con vestiduras blancas y con palmas en las manos.

10 a nd crying with a great voice, saying, `The salvation to Him who is sitting upon the throne -- to our God, and to the Lamb!'

Clamaban a gran voz: “La salvación pertenece a nuestro Dios que está sentado en el trono, y al Cordero.”

11 A nd all the messengers stood around the throne, and the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell upon their face, and bowed before God,

Todos los ángeles estaban de pie alrededor del trono y alrededor de los ancianos y de los cuatro seres vivientes. Estos cayeron sobre sus rostros delante del trono y adoraron a Dios,

12 s aying, `Amen! the blessing, and the glory, and the wisdom, and the thanksgiving, and the honour, and the power, and the strength, to our God -- to the ages of the ages! Amen!'

diciendo: “¡Amén! La bendición, la gloria, la sabiduría, la acción de gracias, el honor, el poder y la fortaleza, sean a nuestro Dios por los siglos de los siglos. Amén.”

13 A nd answer did one of the elders, saying to me, `These, who have been arrayed with the white robes -- who are they, and whence came they?'

Uno de los ancianos habló diciéndome: “Estos que están vestidos con vestiduras blancas, ¿quiénes son y de dónde han venido?”

14 a nd I have said to him, `Sir, thou hast known;' and he said to me, `These are those who are coming out of the great tribulation, and they did wash their robes, and they made their robes white in the blood of the Lamb;

Y le respondí: “Señor mío, usted lo sabe.” Y él me dijo: “Estos son los que vienen de la gran tribulación, y han lavado sus vestiduras y las han emblanquecido en la sangre del Cordero.

15 b ecause of this are they before the throne of God, and they do service to Him day and night in His sanctuary, and He who is sitting upon the throne shall tabernacle over them;

Por eso están delante del trono de Dios, y Le sirven día y noche en Su templo; y Aquél que está sentado en el trono extenderá Su tabernáculo sobre ellos.

16 t hey shall not hunger any more, nor may the sun fall upon them, nor any heat,

Ya no tendrán hambre ni sed, ni el sol les hará daño, ni ningún calor abrasador,

17 b ecause the Lamb that in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters, and wipe away shall God every tear from their eyes.'

pues el Cordero que está en medio del trono los pastoreará y los guiará a manantiales de aguas de vida, y Dios enjugará toda lágrima de sus ojos.”
