Dalla bocca dei bambini e dei lattanti tu hai stabilito la lode a motivo dei tuoi nemici, per far tacere il nemico e il vendicatore.

3 W hen I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have ordained;

Quando considero i tuoi cieli, e che, sono opera delle tue dita, la luna e le stelle che tu hai disposte.

4 w hat is man, that you think of him? What is the son of man, that you care for him?

che cosa è l'uomo, perché te ne ricordi, e il figlio dell'uomo, perché lo visiti?

5 F or you have made him a little lower than God, and crowned him with glory and honor.

Eppure tu lo hai fatto di poco inferiore a DIO, e lo hai coronato di gloria e di onore.
