1 E u te exaltarei, ó Deus, rei meu; e bendirei o teu nome pelos séculos dos séculos.

I will extol thee, my God, O King; And I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

2 C ada dia te bendirei, e louvarei o teu nome pelos séculos dos séculos.

Every day will I bless thee; And I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

3 G rande é o Senhor, e mui digno de ser louvado; e a sua grandeza é insondável.

Great is Jehovah, and greatly to be praised; And his greatness is unsearchable.

4 U ma geração louvará as tuas obras ã outra geração, e anunciará os teus atos poderosos.

One generation shall laud thy works to another, And shall declare thy mighty acts.

5 N a magnificência gloriosa da tua majestade e nas tuas obras maravilhosas meditarei;

Of the glorious majesty of thine honor, And of thy wondrous works, will I meditate.

6 f alar-se-á do poder dos teus feitos tremendos, e eu contarei a tua grandeza.

And men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts; And I will declare thy greatness.

7 P ublicarão a memória da tua grande bondade, e com júbilo celebrarão a tua justiça.

They shall utter the memory of thy great goodness, And shall sing of thy righteousness.

8 B ondoso e compassivo é o Senhor, tardio em irar-se, e de grande benignidade.

Jehovah is gracious, and merciful; Slow to anger, and of great lovingkindness.

9 O Senhor é bom para todos, e as suas misericórdias estão sobre todas as suas obras.

Jehovah is good to all; And his tender mercies are over all his works.

10 T odas as tuas obras te louvarão, ó Senhor, e os teus santos te bendirão.

All thy works shall give thanks unto thee, O Jehovah; And thy saints shall bless thee.

11 F alarão da glória do teu reino, e relatarão o teu poder,

They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, And talk of thy power;

12 p ara que façam saber aos filhos dos homens os teus feitos poderosos e a glória do esplendor do teu reino.

To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, And the glory of the majesty of his kingdom.

13 O teu reino é um reino eterno; o teu domínio dura por todas as gerações.

Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And thy dominion endureth throughout all generations.

14 O Senhor sustém a todos os que estão a cair, e levanta a todos os que estão abatidos.

Jehovah upholdeth all that fall, And raiseth up all those that are bowed down.

15 O s olhos de todos esperam em ti, e tu lhes dás o seu mantimento a seu tempo;

The eyes of all wait for thee; And thou givest them their food in due season.

16 a bres a mão, e satisfazes o desejo de todos os viventes.

Thou openest thy hand, And satisfiest the desire of every living thing.

17 J usto é o Senhor em todos os seus caminhos, e benigno em todas as suas obras.

Jehovah is righteous in all his ways, And gracious in all his works.

18 P erto está o Senhor de todos os que o invocam, de todos os que o invocam em verdade.

Jehovah is nigh unto all them that call upon him, To all that call upon him in truth.

19 E le cumpre o desejo dos que o temem; ouve o seu clamor, e os salva.

He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him; He also will hear their cry and will save them.

20 O Senhor preserva todos os que o amam, mas a todos os ímpios ele os destrói.

Jehovah preserveth all them that love him; But all the wicked will he destroy.

21 P ublique a minha boca o louvor do Senhor; e bendiga toda a carne o seu santo nome para todo o sempre.

My mouth shall speak the praise of Jehovah; And let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
