Let those who fear the Lord say, “His loving-kindness lasts forever.”

5 E n medio de la angustia clamé al Señor, y él me respondió y me dio libertad.

I cried to the Lord in my trouble, and He answered me and put me in a good place.

6 E l Señor está conmigo; no tengo miedo de lo que simples mortales me puedan hacer.

The Lord is with me. I will not be afraid of what man can do to me.

7 E l Señor está conmigo y me brinda su ayuda; ¡he de ver derrotados a los que me odian!

The Lord is with me. He is my Helper. I will watch those lose who fight against me.

8 E s mejor confiar en el Señor que confiar en simples mortales.

It is better to trust in the Lord than to trust in man.

9 E s mejor confiar en el Señor que confiar en gente poderosa.

It is better to trust in the Lord than to trust in rulers.

10 T odas las naciones me han rodeado, pero en el nombre del Señor las venceré.

All nations gathered around me. But I cut them off in the name of the Lord.

11 M e han rodeado y me acosan, pero en el nombre del Señor las venceré.

They gathered around me. Yes, they were on every side. But I cut them off in the name of the Lord.

12 Z umban a mi alrededor, como abejas; crepitan como espinos que arden; pero en el nombre del Señor las venceré.

They were all around me like bees and they died out fast like burning thorns. I will destroy them in the name of the Lord.

13 M e empujan con violencia, para hacerme caer, pero el Señor me sostendrá.

You pushed me back so that I was falling, but the Lord helped me.

14 E l Señor es mi fuerza, y a él dedico mi canto porque en él he hallado salvación.

The Lord is my strength and my song. He is the One Who saves me.

15 E n el campamento de los hombres justos se oyen gritos jubilosos de victoria: «¡La diestra del Señor hace grandes proezas!

The joy of being saved is being heard in the tents of those who are right and good. The right hand of the Lord does powerful things.

16 ¡ La diestra del Señor se ha levantado! La diestra del Señor hace grandes proezas!»

The Lord’s right hand is lifted high. The right hand of the Lord does powerful things.

17 N o voy a morir. Más bien, voy a vivir para dar a conocer las obras del Señor.

I will not die but live. And I will tell of what the Lord has done.

18 A unque el Señor me castigó con dureza, no me entregó a la muerte.

The Lord has punished me but He has not given me over to death.

19 ¡ Ábranme las puertas donde habita la justicia! ¡Quiero entrar por ellas para alabar al Señor!

Open to me the gates of what is right and good. I will go through them and give thanks to the Lord.

20 E llas son las puertas que llevan al Señor, y por ellas entran quienes son justos.

This is the gate of the Lord. Those who are right with God will pass through it.

21 T e alabo, Señor, porque me escuchas, y porque me das tu salvación.

I will give thanks to You, for You have answered me. And You are the One Who saves me.

22 L a piedra que los constructores rechazaron, ha llegado a ser la piedra angular.

The stone that was put aside by the workmen has become the most important stone in the building.

23 E sto viene de parte del Señor, y al verlo nuestros ojos se quedan maravillados.

The Lord has done this. We think it is great!

24 É ste es el día que el Señor ha hecho; y en él nos alegraremos y regocijaremos.

This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us be full of joy and be glad in it.

25 S eñor, ¡te ruego que vengas a salvarnos! ¡Te ruego que nos concedas la victoria!

O Lord, we beg You to save us! O Lord, we ask that You let everything go well for us!

26 ¡ Bendito el que viene en el nombre del Señor! Desde el templo del Señor los bendecimos.

Great and honored is he who comes in the name of the Lord. We honor you from the house of the Lord.

27 E l Señor es Dios, y nos brinda su luz. ¡Que comience la fiesta! ¡Aten las ofrendas a los cuernos del altar!

The Lord is God. He has given us light. Tie the gift with rope to the horns of the altar on this special day.

28 T ú eres mi Dios, y siempre te alabaré; siempre, Dios mío, exaltaré tu nombre.

You are my God and I will give You thanks. You are my God and I will praise You.

29 ¡ Alabemos al Señor, porque él es bueno; porque su misericordia permanece para siempre!
