My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.

3 E l Señor no dejará que resbales; el que te cuida jamás duerme.

He will not let your feet go out from under you. He Who watches over you will not sleep.

4 T oma en cuenta que nunca duerme el protector de Israel.

Listen, He Who watches over Israel will not close his eyes or sleep.

5 E l Señor es tu protector; el Señor es como tu sombra: ¡siempre está a tu mano derecha!

The Lord watches over you. The Lord is your safe cover at your right hand.

6 N i el sol te fatigará de día, ni la luna te agobiará en la noche.

The sun will not hurt you during the day and the moon will not hurt you during the night.

7 E l Señor te librará de todo mal; el Señor protegerá tu vida.

The Lord will keep you from all that is sinful. He will watch over your soul.

8 E l Señor te estará vigilando cuando salgas y cuando regreses, desde ahora y hasta siempre.

The Lord will watch over your coming and going, now and forever.
