1 W ho is this who comes from Edom, With garments of glowing colors from Bozrah, This One who is majestic in His apparel, Marching in the greatness of His strength? “It is I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.”

Кой е Този, Който идва от Едом с боядисани в червено дрехи от Восора, Този, славен в облеклото Си, Който ходи във величието на силата Си? Аз съм, Който говоря с правда, мощен да спасявам.

2 W hy is Your apparel red, And Your garments like the one who treads in the wine press?

Защо е червено облеклото Ти и дрехите Ти са подобни на онези на човек, който тъпче в лин?

3 “ I have trodden the wine trough alone, And from the peoples there was no man with Me. I also trod them in My anger And trampled them in My wrath; And their lifeblood is sprinkled on My garments, And I stained all My raiment.

Аз сам изтъпках лина и от племената не беше с Мене нито един човек. Да! Стъпках ги в гнева Си и ги смазах в яростта Си, така че кръвта им изпръска дрехите Ми и изцапах цялото Си облекло.

4 “ For the day of vengeance was in My heart, And My year of redemption has come.

Защото денят за въздаянието беше в сърцето Ми и годината Ми за изкупване настана.

5 “ I looked, and there was no one to help, And I was astonished and there was no one to uphold; So My own arm brought salvation to Me, And My wrath upheld Me.

Аз разгледах, но нямаше кой да помага, и се зачудих, че нямаше кой да подкрепя; затова Моята мишца Ми изработи спасение и Моята ярост - тя Ме подкрепи.

6 “ I trod down the peoples in My anger And made them drunk in My wrath, And I poured out their lifeblood on the earth.” God’s Ancient Mercies Recalled

Аз стъпках племената в гнева Си, опих ги с яростта Си и излях кръвта им в земята.

7 I shall make mention of the lovingkindnesses of the Lord, the praises of the Lord, According to all that the Lord has granted us, And the great goodness toward the house of Israel, Which He has granted them according to His compassion And according to the abundance of His lovingkindnesses.

Ще спомена милосърдията Господни, причините за хвалене на Господа за всичко, което ни е подарил Господ, и за голямата благост към Израелевия дом, която им показа според щедростите Си и според премногото Си милости.

8 F or He said, “Surely, they are My people, Sons who will not deal falsely.” So He became their Savior.

Защото каза: Наистина те са Мой народ, деца, които няма да постъпят невярно; така им стана Спасител.

9 I n all their affliction He was afflicted, And the angel of His presence saved them; In His love and in His mercy He redeemed them, And He lifted them and carried them all the days of old.

Във всичките им скърби Той скърбеше и ангелът на присъствието Му ги избави; поради любовта Си и милосърдието Си Той сам ги изкупи, вдигна ги и ги носи през всички древни дни.

10 B ut they rebelled And grieved His Holy Spirit; Therefore He turned Himself to become their enemy, He fought against them.

Но те се разбунтуваха и оскърбиха Святия Негов Дух; затова Той се обърна и им стана неприятел, и сам воюва против тях.

11 T hen His people remembered the days of old, of Moses. Where is He who brought them up out of the sea with the shepherds of His flock? Where is He who put His Holy Spirit in the midst of them,

Тогава народът Му си спомни за старите Моисееви времена и казваха: Къде е Онзи, Който ги изведе от морето чрез пастирите на стадото Си? Къде е онзи, който положи Святия Си Дух сред тях?

12 W ho caused His glorious arm to go at the right hand of Moses, Who divided the waters before them to make for Himself an everlasting name,

Който направи славната Си мишца да върви до Моисеевата десница? Който раздели водата пред тях, за да си придобие вечно име?

13 W ho led them through the depths? Like the horse in the wilderness, they did not stumble;

Който ги водѝ през бездната, като кон през пасбище, без да се препънат?

14 A s the cattle which go down into the valley, The Spirit of the Lord gave them rest. So You led Your people, To make for Yourself a glorious name. “You Are Our Father”

Духът Господен ги успокои като добитъка, който слиза в долината; така си водил народа Си, за да си придобиеш славно име. Молитва за милост и помощ

15 L ook down from heaven and see from Your holy and glorious habitation; Where are Your zeal and Your mighty deeds? The stirrings of Your heart and Your compassion are restrained toward me.

Погледни от небесата и виж от святото Си и славно обиталище, къде са ревността Ти и могъщите Ти дела? Твоите милосърдие и щедрости не достигат до мене.

16 F or You are our Father, though Abraham does not know us And Israel does not recognize us. You, O Lord, are our Father, Our Redeemer from of old is Your name.

Защото Ти си наш Отец, ако и да не ни знае Авраам и да не ни признае Израел; Ти, Господи, си наш Отец; Твоето име е наш вечен Изкупител.

17 W hy, O Lord, do You cause us to stray from Your ways And harden our heart from fearing You? Return for the sake of Your servants, the tribes of Your heritage.

Защо си допуснал, Господи, да се отклоняваме от пътищата Ти, да ожесточаваме сърцата си, за да не се боим от Тебе? Върни се заради слугите Си - племената на Твоето наследство.

18 Y our holy people possessed Your sanctuary for a little while, Our adversaries have trodden it down.

Малко време го владя Твоят свят народ; противниците ни потъпкаха светилището Ти.

19 W e have become like those over whom You have never ruled, Like those who were not called by Your name.

Ние сме станали като онези, над които Ти никога не си владял, като онези, които не са били наричани с името Ти.
