1 ¶ And the LORD called unto Moses, and spoke unto him out of the tabernacle of the testimony, saying,

El Señor llamó a Moisés y le habló desde la tienda de reunión, diciendo:

2 S peak unto the sons of Israel and say unto them, When any of you offers an offering unto the LORD of animals, of cattle, even of the cows, or of the sheep ye shall make your offering.

Habla a los hijos de Israel y diles: “Cuando alguno de vosotros traiga una ofrenda al Señor, traeréis vuestra ofrenda de animales del ganado o del rebaño.

3 ¶ If his offering is a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish; he shall offer it of his own free will at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony before the LORD.

“Si su ofrenda es un holocausto del ganado, ofrecerá un macho sin defecto; lo ofrecerá a la entrada de la tienda de reunión, para que sea aceptado delante del Señor.

4 A nd he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering, and he shall accept it to reconcile him.

“Pondrá su mano sobre la cabeza del holocausto, y le será aceptado para hacer expiación por él.

5 T hen he shall kill the bullock before the LORD; and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall offer the blood and sprinkle the blood round about upon the altar that is by the door of the tabernacle of the testimony.

“Entonces degollará el novillo delante del Señor; y los sacerdotes hijos de Aarón ofrecerán la sangre y la rociarán por todos los lados sobre el altar que está a la entrada de la tienda de reunión.

6 A nd he shall flay the burnt offering and cut it into its pieces.

“Después desollará el holocausto y lo cortará en pedazos.

7 A nd the sons of Aaron, the priest, shall put fire upon the altar and lay the wood in order upon the fire.

“Y los hijos del sacerdote Aarón pondrán fuego en el altar, y colocarán leña sobre el fuego.

8 T hen the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall lay the parts, the head and the fat, in order upon the wood that is on the fire which shall be upon the altar;

“Luego los sacerdotes hijos de Aarón arreglarán las piezas, la cabeza y el sebo sobre la leña que está en el fuego sobre el altar.

9 b ut he shall wash its intestines and its legs in water, and the priest shall incense it all on the altar, to be a burnt sacrifice, an offering on fire, of a very acceptable aroma unto the LORD.

“Pero las entrañas y las patas las lavará él con agua. Y el sacerdote lo quemará todo sobre el altar como holocausto; es ofrenda encendida de aroma agradable para el Señor.

10 ¶ And if his offering is of the sheep, namely of the lambs or of the goats, for a burnt sacrifice, he shall offer a male without blemish.

“Mas si su ofrenda para holocausto es del rebaño, de los corderos o de las cabras, ofrecerá un macho sin defecto.

11 A nd he must kill it on the side of the altar, to the Aquilon before the LORD; and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall sprinkle its blood round about upon the altar.

“Y lo degollará al lado norte del altar, delante del Señor; y los sacerdotes hijos de Aarón rociarán la sangre sobre el altar, por todos los lados.

12 A nd he shall cut it into its pieces, with its head and its fat; and the priest shall lay them in order on the wood that is on the fire which shall be upon the altar;

“Después lo dividirá en sus piezas, con su cabeza y el sebo, y el sacerdote los colocará sobre la leña que está en el fuego sobre el altar.

13 a nd he shall wash the inwards and the legs with water; and the priest shall offer it all and incense it upon the altar; it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering on fire, of a very acceptable aroma unto the LORD.

“Pero las entrañas y las patas las lavará con agua, y el sacerdote lo ofrecerá todo, quemándolo sobre el altar; es holocausto, una ofrenda encendida de aroma agradable para el Señor.

14 A nd if the burnt sacrifice for his offering to the LORD is to be of fowls, then he shall bring his offering of turtledoves or of young pigeons.

“Mas si su ofrenda para el Señor es un holocausto de aves, entonces traerá su ofrenda de tórtolas o de pichones.

15 A nd the priest shall offer it upon the altar and wring off its head and incense it on the altar; and its blood shall be wrung out upon the side of the altar:

“Y el sacerdote la traerá al altar, le quitará la cabeza y la quemará sobre el altar; y su sangre será exprimida sobre el costado del altar.

16 A nd he shall pluck away its crop and its feathers and cast them beside the altar on the east part, by the place of the ashes with the burnt fat.

“Le quitará también el buche con sus plumas y lo echará junto al altar, hacia el oriente, en el lugar de las cenizas.

17 A nd he shall cleave it by its wings but shall not divide it in two; and the priest shall incense it upon the altar, upon the wood that is upon the fire; it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering on fire of a very acceptable aroma unto the LORD.

“La henderá después por las alas, sin dividir la; y el sacerdote la quemará en el altar, sobre la leña que está en el fuego; es holocausto, una ofrenda encendida de aroma agradable para el Señor.
