1 N ot to us, O Lord, not to us, But to Your name give glory Because of Your lovingkindness, because of Your truth.

NO á nosotros, oh Jehová, no á nosotros, Sino á tu nombre da gloria; Por tu misericordia, por tu verdad.

2 W hy should the nations say, “ Where, now, is their God?”

Por qué dirán las gentes: ¿Dónde está ahora su Dios?

3 B ut our God is in the heavens; He does whatever He pleases.

Y nuestro Dios está en los cielos: Todo lo que quiso ha hecho.

4 T heir idols are silver and gold, The work of man’s hands.

Sus ídolos son plata y oro, Obra de manos de hombres.

5 T hey have mouths, but they cannot speak; They have eyes, but they cannot see;

Tienen boca, mas no hablarán; Tienen ojos, mas no verán;

6 T hey have ears, but they cannot hear; They have noses, but they cannot smell;

Orejas tienen, mas no oirán; Tienen narices, mas no olerán;

7 T hey have hands, but they cannot feel; They have feet, but they cannot walk; They cannot make a sound with their throat.

Manos tienen, mas no palparán; Tienen pies, mas no andarán; No hablarán con su garganta.

8 T hose who make them will become like them, Everyone who trusts in them.

Como ellos son los que los hacen; Cualquiera que en ellos confía.

9 O Israel, trust in the Lord; He is their help and their shield.

Oh Israel, confía en Jehová: El es su ayuda y su escudo.

10 O house of Aaron, trust in the Lord; He is their help and their shield.

Casa de Aarón, confiad en Jehová: El es su ayuda y su escudo.

11 Y ou who fear the Lord, trust in the Lord; He is their help and their shield.

Los que teméis á Jehová, confiad en Jehová: El es su ayuda y su escudo.

12 T he Lord has been mindful of us; He will bless us; He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron.

Jehová se acordó de nosotros: nos bendecirá: Bendecirá á la casa de Israel; Bendecirá á la casa de Aarón.

13 H e will bless those who fear the Lord, The small together with the great.

Bendecirá á los que temen á Jehová; A chicos y á grandes.

14 M ay the Lord give you increase, You and your children.

Acrecentará Jehová bendición sobre vosotros; Sobre vosotros y sobre vuestros hijos.

15 M ay you be blessed of the Lord, Maker of heaven and earth.

Benditos vosotros de Jehová, Que hizo los cielos y la tierra.

16 T he heavens are the heavens of the Lord, But the earth He has given to the sons of men.

Los cielos son los cielos de Jehová: Y ha dado la tierra á los hijos de los hombres.

17 T he dead do not praise the Lord, Nor do any who go down into silence;

No alabarán los muertos á JAH, Ni cuantos descienden al silencio;

18 B ut as for us, we will bless the Lord From this time forth and forever. Praise the Lord!
