1 N O á nosotros, oh Jehová, no á nosotros, Sino á tu nombre da gloria; Por tu misericordia, por tu verdad.

Not to us, O Lord, not to us, But to Your name give glory Because of Your lovingkindness, because of Your truth.

2 P or qué dirán las gentes: ¿Dónde está ahora su Dios?

Why should the nations say, “ Where, now, is their God?”

3 Y nuestro Dios está en los cielos: Todo lo que quiso ha hecho.

But our God is in the heavens; He does whatever He pleases.

4 S us ídolos son plata y oro, Obra de manos de hombres.

Their idols are silver and gold, The work of man’s hands.

5 T ienen boca, mas no hablarán; Tienen ojos, mas no verán;

They have mouths, but they cannot speak; They have eyes, but they cannot see;

6 O rejas tienen, mas no oirán; Tienen narices, mas no olerán;

They have ears, but they cannot hear; They have noses, but they cannot smell;

7 M anos tienen, mas no palparán; Tienen pies, mas no andarán; No hablarán con su garganta.

They have hands, but they cannot feel; They have feet, but they cannot walk; They cannot make a sound with their throat.

8 C omo ellos son los que los hacen; Cualquiera que en ellos confía.

Those who make them will become like them, Everyone who trusts in them.

9 O h Israel, confía en Jehová: El es su ayuda y su escudo.

O Israel, trust in the Lord; He is their help and their shield.

10 C asa de Aarón, confiad en Jehová: El es su ayuda y su escudo.

O house of Aaron, trust in the Lord; He is their help and their shield.

11 L os que teméis á Jehová, confiad en Jehová: El es su ayuda y su escudo.

You who fear the Lord, trust in the Lord; He is their help and their shield.

12 J ehová se acordó de nosotros: nos bendecirá: Bendecirá á la casa de Israel; Bendecirá á la casa de Aarón.

The Lord has been mindful of us; He will bless us; He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron.

13 B endecirá á los que temen á Jehová; A chicos y á grandes.

He will bless those who fear the Lord, The small together with the great.

14 A crecentará Jehová bendición sobre vosotros; Sobre vosotros y sobre vuestros hijos.

May the Lord give you increase, You and your children.

15 B enditos vosotros de Jehová, Que hizo los cielos y la tierra.

May you be blessed of the Lord, Maker of heaven and earth.

16 L os cielos son los cielos de Jehová: Y ha dado la tierra á los hijos de los hombres.

The heavens are the heavens of the Lord, But the earth He has given to the sons of men.

17 N o alabarán los muertos á JAH, Ni cuantos descienden al silencio;

The dead do not praise the Lord, Nor do any who go down into silence;

18 M as nosotros bendeciremos á JAH, Desde ahora para siempre. Aleluya.

But as for us, we will bless the Lord From this time forth and forever. Praise the Lord!
